Abstract

The Mites range in size from 25MM up to 150MM in height as I wanted no limitations on that as they will vary in size according to each individual Mite. I would like them to be mass produced in a plastic that is biodegradable and environmentally safe if possible. There are 2 different types of the mites and I would like the patent to cover both as they are considered to be the whole set. Al\N (AL t4 <5 CAea

Title: My Tiny Mites
Background: The Following creation was designed by me in February 2021 It is based on the Doll house toy scenario but instead of making beds and washing dishes in the traditional Doll house setting the child will enjoy all the fun of the great outdoors it is based on a SET of toys which will come in two series.
Series One:
Field: The Mites range in size from 25MM up to 150MM in height as I wanted no limitations on that as they will vary in size according to each individual Mite. I would like them to be mass produced in a plastic that is biodegradable and environmentally safe if possible. There are 2 different types of the mites and I would like the patent to cover both as they are considered to be the whole set.
Summary: My Tiny Mites there are 6 different types they stand at 50mm high and are named Burger Mite - Lolly Mite - Dough Mite - Baby Stack Mite - Buggy Mite and Monkey Mite.
Each character is brightly coloured have a curious hat and holds a token of what they are about. EG: Burger Mite is Yellow white and black she holds a ham burger in her hands and has an egg dropped on her foot from the burger. When created I want the accessories to come separately TE; Ham Burger. Burger Mite will open a caf6 in series 2.
Lolly Mite has lollies attached to her hat is very brightly coloured in pinks reds and blues and her arms are concealing dozens of lollies in which seem to be drawn to her where ever she goes.
Dough Mite makes lots of different treats like Doughnuts and also holds a large one in her grip.
Baby Stack mite has building blocks that she is stacking with bubbles all over and in pale pink blue and yellow.
Buggy Mite loves gardening and is brightly coloured also with a caterpillar and a lady bug sitting on her hat, she sits with a pot and plants trees.
Monkey Mite has a Monkey on his head and wrapped around his hat with bananas and coco nuts in his arms. He loves all kinds of animals and looks after them.
I want the accessories to be made separate from the mites as the models I created out of clay are fixed to the Mites.
Accessories:
Burger Mite - Fire pan and spatula Burger patties and complete burgers and potato chips.
Lolly Mite - Tooth brush and tooth paste
Dough Mite - Dough nut maker
Baby Stack Mite - the builder she has Blocks
Buggy mite - Pots and plants
Monkey Mite - Bananas, coconuts and palm trees
My Micro mites: there are 2 sets of 6 medium size ones and 12 smaller ones in various colours and are only 30MM high and larger are 40MM high. They have an oval shaped round head and have little black eyes. Some have a mouth which depicts mood and the smaller have no mouth at all. They have a roundish pyramid shaped body which is half black and the other side coloured. Red, pink, green, blue and orange but colours vary. The idea is that they bounce in order to get around as they have no limbs just the body they are pets to the Tiny Mites.
I have created the Micro mites into a marble type ball so that they can slide down the slippery dip and race each other on a double slide which will come in series 2.
Treehouse: I have designed a pod that is to be attached to the tree and holds the smaller mites inside. The face will be opened by way of a clip and can be attached to the tree in certain allocated spots. I also want the green pods to be colour change so that the receiver can dip it in water and it will reveal the colour of the Mite enclosed.
Specs for the Tree are from 300mm high and the base is around 290mm long (this will vary when made from plastic as I want the front door to open and the inside accessible to the Mites). The trunk of the tree is 70MM wide and branches out between 80MM and 170MM.
The Tree has a face and four branches which have been designed to hold the Mite pods. It has a slide down the right side a swing a sandpit and a small pool with a picnic area. There is a garden to the back and also a secret doorway at the top of the slide to access the inside. It is also brightly coloured, and hollow for access.
Please see the photos in the drawing section.
There are 4 activates that I want included in the patent at this time.
Tree house 300MM in height
Rock climbing 200MM in height sits on a cube of rock at 150MM square. It resembles a rock mask.
Hide and seek cave highest point is the tree at 200MM high this cave can be accessed through the entrance at the front and there is a trap door at the back as well. They can climb up the mushrooms to assess the top of the tree and then bounce onto a platform for a better view. There are also steps to climb up and a trough at the front to swim in. they also have a 44 gallon drum with a lid to hide in.
Camping ground highest point is the trees at 200MM in height they are cave climbing, hiking, a camp fire and a place to lay their sleeping blankets. The trees provide fruit and there is also a pond in which to fish and find water.
(Colour change green Mite pods) I have downloaded photos in the drawing tab. The Pods should be roughly 70mm long and deep enough 35MM to allow a mite inside and to be able to clip the face to close.
There is the hide and seek cave a camping ground, and a separate rock climbing activity. Future activities I have designed will come in series 2.
