Abstract
The invention discloses a concrete cleaning agent mixing production device, which
relates to a production device for magnetically mixing powder and liquid mixing
circulation pipes, and belongs to the field of consumables for maintenance of
construction machinery. It provides a device that circulates through a circulation
pump and cooperates with a magnetic generator to clamp the magnetic field of the
circulating fluid to mix the cleaning agent. The device includes a water tank, a
circulation system, and an electromagnetic device, wherein the two sides of the water
tank are connected with the circulation system and form a closed loop; the
electromagnetic device is placed on the circulatory system, and the circulatory system
is wound several times and passes through the electromagnetic device in one direction;
wherein the water tank includes a tank body, a tank cover, a faucet, and a connector;
the top of the water tank is provided with the tank cover, and both ends of the water
tank are provided with the connector, and the faucet is placed on the water tank and
connected with the water tank, which can quickly disperse and mix the powder, and
cooperate with the magnetic field to accelerate the powder dispersion and uniform
dissolution; the water body is energized by the magnetic field to facilitate rapid
penetration into the concrete.

[0001] The invention provides a concrete cleaning agent mixing production device,
which relates to the field of consumables for maintenance of construction machinery,
in particular to a device for producing cleaning agent by mixing powder and liquid
and cyclically magnetizing it.
[0002] At present, in the process of building construction and other processes,
concrete is required for pouring operations. Concrete transportation and pouring
equipment (concrete pumping machine, concrete transport truck) are easily blocked
by solidified concrete and cause damage, which need to be cleaned in time. At present,
the use of alkaline cleaning agent for concrete cleaning is to directly mix powder and
water, and then use spray, soaking and other methods to clean the concrete equipment.
The cleaning agent infiltrates into the concrete slowly. The equipment is incompletely
cleaned and the efficiency is low.
[0003] CN208711710U discloses a cleaning agent raw material mixing and dissolving
device, including a reaction kettle, a stirring device, a steam device and a compressed
air device. It is mainly stirred by a tank with a stirring device, which cannot form an
efficient mixing and is inefficient. The prepared cleaning agent cannot infiltrate
quickly.

provides a device that circulates through a circulation pump and cooperates with a
magnetic generator to clamp the magnetic field of the circulating fluid to mix the
cleaning agent. The structure is simple and the device is easy to use.

realized in this way. The concrete cleaning agent mixing production device of the
invention includes a water tank, a circulation system, and an electromagnetic device,
wherein the two sides of the water tank are connected with the circulation system and

and the circulatory system is wound several times and passes through the
electromagnetic device in one direction;

the controller is connected with the switch box through the power cord;

placed on the circulatory system, and the circulatory system is wound several times
and passes through the electromagnetic device in one direction;

[0029] When in use, after weighing the powder material and water correspondingly,
put them into the water tank (1). Turn on the circulating pump (3) through the switch
box (5). The circulating pump (3) pumps the water in the water tank (1) to form a
cycle. The impact formed by the flow of water mixes the powder. Then the magnetic
generator (6) works through the switch box (5). The magnetic field is generated on the
outside of the hose (7) and passes through the hose (7) to act on the water molecules
in the hose (7), so that the water molecules are aligned in a directional way and the
powder material spreads evenly. The magnetized water is easy to infiltrate into the
concrete. The cycle works for 10-15 minutes, and then turns on the faucet (2) on the
water tank (1) to discharge it to achieve the purpose of mixing the concrete cleaning
agent.

(1), a circulation system, and an electromagnetic device, wherein the two sides of the
water tank (1) are connected with the circulation system and form a closed loop; the
electromagnetic device is placed on the circulatory system, and the circulatory system
is wound several times and passes through the electromagnetic device in one
direction;
2. the concrete cleaning agent mixing production device of claim 1, wherein the
water tank (1) comprises a tank body, a tank cover, a faucet (2), a connector (8); the
top of the water tank (1) is provided with the tank cover; two ends of the water tank (1)
are provided with the connector (8); the faucet (2) is placed on the water tank (1) and
is connected to the water tank (1); the circulation system includes a hose (7), a
circulation pump (3), a switch box (5), a power cord (4); the circulation pump (3) is
connected to the connector (8) at both ends of the water tank (1) through the hose (7),
and is connected to the water tank (1) to form a water circulation; the circulation
pump (3) is connected to the switch box (5) through the power cord (4), and the hose
(7) on the pumping side of the circulation pump (3) is wound to form a coil structure;
3. the concrete cleaning agent mixing production device of claim 1, wherein the
electromagnetic device comprises a magnetic force generator (6); the magnetic force
generator (6) is correspondingly sheathed on one side of the coil formed by winding
the hose and the multiple coils form a single side wrapping; the magnetic generator (6)
includes a coil (60) and a controller (61); the coil (60) and the hose (7) cross and
intertwine; the controller (61) is connected with the switch box (5) through the power
cord (4);
4. the concrete cleaning agent mixing production device of claim 3, wherein the
magnetic generator (6) and the circulating pump (3) are connected in parallel, and the
corresponding switch is provided;
5. the concrete cleaning agent mixing production device of claim 2, wherein the
switch box (5) is provided with an external power cord (4);
6. the concrete cleaning agent mixing production device of claim 1, wherein the water
tank (1) is made of plastic material;
7. the concrete cleaning agent mixing production device of claim 2, wherein the
connector (8) and the water tank (1) adopt a sealed connection, and the connector (8)
and the water tank (1) are fused.
