DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
In order to further explain the technical solution of the present invention, the
following describes the present invention in detail through specific embodiments.
As shown in Figures 1 to 8, a tent is provided, which comprises a tent cloth
1, a top base 2 and a plurality of support rods 3. The top base 2 is set on a top
center part of the tent cloth 1. Each of the support rods 3 comprises an upper
section 31, a middle section 32 and a lower section 33 which are rotatably
connected in sequence. The upper section 31 is arranged in a telescopic manner.
The upper section 31 has an upper end which is rotationally connected to the top
base 2 and a lower end which is rotationally connected to an upper end of the
middle section 32. The middle section 32 has a lower end which is rotationally
connected to an upper end of the lower section 33.
After the above structure is adopted, as shown in Figure 2, when the tent
cloth 1 and the support rods 3 are assembled and erected, the three points A, B
and C form a triangle, and the length of AC+BC>AB. Since the maximum distance
between the two points A and B is limited by the pulling of the tent cloth 1, it is
fixed and cannot be increased. As shown in Figure 3, when the tent needs to be
stowed, the top base 2 is pulled down from point C, thereby driving the upper
section 31 to rotate downward. Because the upper section 31 is arranged in a
telescopic manner and the length between A and B cannot be extended, the upper
section 31 contracts continuously during the process of pulling down. When the
top base 2 is pulled to point D, the upper section AC is shortened to AD and BC is shortened to BD. At this time, AD+BD=AB, thus ensuring that the top base 2 can be pulled down through point D smoothly. As shown in Figure 4, when the top base 2 is pulled down from point C through point D and reaches point E, AD stretches to AE and BD stretches to BE, that is, AE+BE>AB. At this time, fold A, B,
F and G four points toward the center of the tent cloth 1, and fold the middle
section 32 and the lower section 33 toward each other to complete the stowing of
the tent. When erecting the tent again, just lift the top base 2 upward while driving
the upper section 31 to rotate upward, and unfold the middle section 32 and the
lower section 33 to complete the erection.
Compared with the prior art, the upper section 31 of the present invention is
arranged in a telescopic manner, so that the efficiency of erecting and stowing the
tent can be better improved.
Preferably, the upper section 31 comprises a first rod section 311, a second
rod section 312, a tube 313 and a first spring 314. The first rod section 311 has a
first end which is rotationally connected to the top base 2 and a second end which
is inserted into the tube 313 from a first end of the tube 313 to connect with the
tube 313. The second rod section 312 has a first end which is inserted into the
tube 313 from a second end of the tube 313 and slides in the tube 313. The
second rod section 312 has a second end which is rotationally connected to the
middle section 32. The first spring 314 presses against the first rod section 311
and the second rod section 312 in the tube 313 respectively. When the tent is
stowed using the above structure, the top base 2 is pulled down from point C to
point D, so that the first rod section 311 slides into the tube 313 to realize the
contraction of the upper section 31. When the top base 2 continues to be pulled down to point E, the first rod section 311 rebounds through elastic force, and the upper section 31 extends to support the tent cloth 1. During the whole process, the upper section 31 automatically realizes the telescopic function without any adjustment, and the operation is simple and convenient.
Preferably, the upper section 31 and the middle section 32 as well as the
middle section 32 and the lower section 33 are rotationally connected by a
connecting mechanism 4 respectively. The connecting mechanism 4 comprises a
first rotating member 41, a second rotating member 42, a spring 43 and a
positioning pillar 44. The first rotating member 41 is connected to the second
rotating member 42, and the first rotating member 41 is provided with a positioning
hole 411 for receiving the positioning pillar 44. The positioning pillar 44 is
connected to the second rotating member 42 through the spring 43. With the
above structure, when the positioning pillar 44 is inserted into the positioning hole
411, the first rotating member 41 and the second rotating member 42 are fixedly
connected, and the two support rods 3 connected to each other fixedly support the
tent. When the positioning pillar 44 moves out of the positioning hole 411, the first
rotating member 41 and the second rotating member 42 are rotationally connected,
and the two support rods 3 connected to each other are folded, which saves the
folding space of the frame.
Preferably, the first rotating member 41 comprises a disc part 412, and the
positioning hole 411 is provided on an arc-shaped side surface of the disc part 412.
The second rotating member 42 is provided with an arc-shaped groove 421 into
which the disc part 412 is inserted. The disc part 412 is pivotally connected to a
side wall of the arc-shaped groove 421. The arc-shaped groove 421 is provided with a hole 422 at a bottom end thereof. The positioning pillar 44 has a first end which presses against the spring 42 and a second end which passes through the hole 422. After adopting the above structure, the connecting mechanism 4 has a simple and ingenious structure, which is convenient for processing and manufacturing.
Preferably, the connecting mechanism 4 further comprises a control
member 45. The second rotating member 42 is provided with an elongated hole
423. The control member 45 has a first end which is connected to the positioning
pillar 44 and a second end which passes through the elongated hole 423 and is
fitted on a surface of the second rotating member 42. After adopting the above
structure, the positioning pillar 44 is adjusted by means of the control member 45
to slide up and down inside the hole 422, thereby controlling the first rotating
member 41 and the second rotating member 42 to fix or rotate with respect to
each other.
Preferably, an outer surface of the tent cloth 1 is provided with a plurality of
fixing hooks 5 which are hooked on the support rods 3 to facilitate the installation
and disassembly of the tent cloth 1.
Preferably, the tent also comprises a plurality of positioning bases 6
corresponding to the support rods 3. The positioning bases 6 are each rotationally
connected to a lower part of the lower section 33 to facilitate the frame to stand
stably. The outer surface of the tent cloth 1 is provided with cloth belts 11. The
cloth belts 11 each passes through the positioning base 6 and is fixed to the
ground with a positioning anchor (not shown in the figure) to enhance the wind
resistance of the tent.
Preferably, the tent comprises four or six support rods 3.
The above-mentioned embodiments and drawings do not limit the product
form and style of the present invention, and any appropriate changes or
modifications made by the persons with ordinary skills in the technical field should
be regarded as not departing from the patent scope of the present invention.
