Abstract

AN Al INTEGRATED APPARATUS FOR REALTIME MONITORING OF MEDICINES AND MEDICAL PRESCRIPTIONS FOR PATIENTS TO ENSURE THEIR HEALTH SAFETY Hospitals may have databases of their patients' prior medical history that can be used for future references without the patient needing to keep copies of the history. This medical history information may prove crucial for people undergoing multiple treatments. Therefore, the present disclosure overcomes the above-mentioned problems associated with the traditionally available method or system, any of the above-mentioned inventions can be used with the presented disclosed technique with or without modification The present disclosure pertains to a system and method for real time managing of medical prescriptions. The centralized server receives data from individual transceiver modules located in each patient's room that communicate with the microphones and transmit the doctor's verbal instructions to the central server. The central servers send information to the individual computers that convert into text the verbal prescription and are configured to specifically print out the required prescription/part of the prescription in the form of text or create digital copies in textual format. Each transceiver is connected to the central server through a Wi-Fi router or a Bluetooth based device. Data from the centralized server can be then selectively is sent to the pharmacy, the Outpatient department, the laboratories etc. through the network system Total pages 1 Page 1 of 1 101 -patient's Medicine 103 communication details 102 A 207 Doctor's prescription 104 105. MEDICINES AND MEDICAL PRESCRIPTIONS FOR PATIENTS TO ENSURE THEIR HEALTH SAFETY FIELD OF INVENTION
[001] 5 The present invention relates to an intelligent AI integrated image sensor based
realtime monitoring of medicines and medical prescriptions for patients. More
particularly, the invention AI based imaging and analyzing invention for diagnosis
of opposite/nearby person for self-safety in public places.
10 BACKGROUND OF INVENTION
[002] Background description includes information that may be useful in understanding
the present invention. It is not an admission that any of the information provided
herein is prior art or relevant to the presently claimed invention, or that any
publication specifically or implicitly referenced is prior art.

[003] A very crucial part of the treatment process is the prescription that is handed out by
the physician or the specialist doctor. The general practice is that the physician
writes the prescription down for the patient and the patient then procures those
medicines from a pharmacist. In various cases, the writing is illegible and can lead
20 to difficulty in figuring out the writing which may lead to delivery of wrong
medication in some cases.
[004] In certain instances, mistakes may creep in if a prescription was handed out by the
doctor over a call and written down by the patient, creating difficulties in the
treatment process. A medical practitioner is required to comply with a number of
laws and there is no scope for mistakes in the profession as such mistakes or
5 erroneous prescriptions may prove fatal to an individual. Lack of medical history
poses a threat in such scenarios where the patient has been diagnosed with serious
ailments. It is important for a doctor to make a well-informed decision with regard
to the treatment of the patient.
[005] 10 The patent application number US5357427A discloses Remote monitoring of high
risk patients using artificial intelligence using the artificial intelligence which is
described as Method and system for remote monitoring of high-risk patients using
artificial intelligence. A plurality of high-risk patients can be simultaneously
monitored without patient intervention. A patient hears questions in the doctor's
15 voice at each monitoring encounter and responds. The patient's responses are
recorded at a remote central monitoring station and can be analyzed on line or later.
Artificial intelligence (Al) and voice technology (DECvoice) are combined to
present to the patient, during a monitoring session or encounter, questions which
would be selected from a plurality of different recorded questions. Questions to the
20 patient are chosen using Al, based on the patient's response, by parsing. The
monitor could take several forms such as for e.g., uterine activity strips,
glucometers, blood pressure cuffs, pulse monitors, electroencephalographs, etc.
Preferably, four telephone lines are dedicated to each patient, one for the monitor, one for the voice, one as a back up and one to sense failures. Dual tone matrix frequency signals (DTMF) may be used for transmission of monitored signals and other information which can be recognized by DECvoice, which is but one example of the voice technology which can be used.
5
[006] However, at present technology only manual and traditional methods are used for
taking care of patients. So, the inventor decides to innovate new methods for
portable technology that can solve the above-mentioned problems.
[007] 10 Further limitations and disadvantages of conventional and traditional approaches
will become apparent to one of skill in the art through comparison of described
systems with some aspects of the present disclosure, as outlined in the remainder
of the present application and concerning the drawings.
[008] 15 Groupings of alternative elements or embodiments of the invention disclosed herein
are not to be construed as limitations. Each group member can be referred to and
claimed individually or in any or a combination with other members of the group
or other elements found herein. One or more members of a group can be included
in, or deleted from, a group for reasons of convenience and/or patentability. When
20 any such inclusion or deletion occurs, the specification is herein deemed to contain
the group as modified thus fulfilling the written description of all groups used in
the appended claims.

with or without modification The present disclosure pertains to a system and
method for real time managing of medical prescriptions. It discloses a microphone
10 that is handheld by the doctors or installed in conjunction with a transceiver that is
connected to a centralized server through a local network.
[0014] The centralized server receives data from individual transceiver modules located in
each patient's room that communicate with the microphones and transmit the
15 doctor's verbal instructions to the central server. The central servers send
information to the individual computers that convert into text the verbal
prescription and are configured to specifically print out the required
