ABSTRACT
A pipe arranging structure for a water heating blanket, includes: a blanket part, a water
heating pipe assembly, and a water divider. The blanket part includes two layers of
fabrics. The water heating pipe assembly is disposed between the two layers of fabrics
and the water heating pipe assembly includes a plurality of water heating pipes
distributed in a snakelike shape. The water divider is connected to the blanket part and
integrates water inlets of the plurality of water heating pipes together and interconnects
the water inlets with a water inlet pipe, and the water divider also integrates water outlets
of the plurality of water heating pipes together and interconnects the water outlets with a
water outlet pipe. The blanket part and the water heating pipe assembly are
interconnected by an ultrasonic pressing technology.

[0001] The disclosure relates to the field of pipe arrangement for water heating blankets, and more particularly to a pipe arranging structure for water heating blankets.
[0002] As a substitute product of an electric blanket, a water heating blanket has the advantages of safety, constant temperature, no electromagnetic radiation, no induced voltage and the like, and has a promoting effect of improving sleep quality and allaying tiredness.
[0003] As far as an existing water heating blanket part is concerned, a snakelike distributed water pipe is usually adopted when the water pipe is arranged, which results in a relatively long pipeline, thus adversely affecting the arrangement and flatness of the pipeline.
[0004] In other pipe arranging modes in the related art, for example, grooves are formed in spray-bonded nonwoven material. However, as a whole, an existing pipe arranging mode has the problems of low production efficiency, much consumed time and high production cost.
[0005] Thus, it is necessary to improve the existing pipe arranging mode, so as to improve the production efficiency of the water heating blanket part, shorten the working hour and lower the production cost.
[0006] The disclosure aims to solve the problem that the existing water heating blanket includes only one pipeline, so that the circulation of the pipeline is adversely affected; in
I addition, the conventional pipeline is connected in a single needle quilting mode, leading to relatively low processing efficiency.
[0007] The disclosure provides a pipe arranging structure for a water heating blanket, the pipe arranging structure comprising:

[0009] a water heating pipe assembly, the water heating pipe assembly being disposed between the two layers of fabrics and the water heating pipe assembly comprising a plurality of water heating pipes distributed in a snakelike shape;

[0017] 1. the plurality of water heating pipes form the plurality of subareas, thereby guaranteeing the circulation efficiency of the pipeline;
[0018] 2. the plurality of subareas is controlled by the independent temperature switches respectively, such that the temperatures of the subareas can be adjusted; and
[0019] 3. the water pipes are fixed to the blanket part by the ultrasonic pressing, such that the processing efficiency is improved obviously, and meanwhile, the combining effect is better, the water pipes are larger in density and thus, the integral flatness is improved.

[0022] To further illustrate, embodiments detailing a pipe arranging structure of a water heating blanket are described below. It should be noted that the following embodiments are intended to describe and not to limit the disclosure.
[0023] Referring to the FIG. I to FIG. 2, a pipe arranging structure of a water heating blanket comprises a blanket part 1; the blanket part 1 is formed by stacking two layers of fabrics, and the fabric is one or two of a non-woven fabric, a knitted fabric and cotton fabric.
[0024] The water heating pipe assembly 2 is disposed between the two layers of fabrics and the water heating pipe assembly 2 comprises a plurality of water heating pipes distributed in a snakelike shape; the number of the water heating pipes is three, three subareas: a head subarea 2.1, a middle subarea 2.2 and a tail subarea 2.3 are formed respectively, and the head subarea 2.1, the middle subarea 2.2 and the tail subarea 2.3 are distributed on the blanket part 1 in parallel. By arranging the plurality of water heating pipes to form the plurality of subareas, circulation of liquid in the pipeline can be facilitated, and meanwhile, the plurality of pipelines is arranged, such that communication of other pipelines is still not affected when some pipeline is plugged, and water inlets of the head subarea 2.1, the middle subarea 2.2 and the tail subarea 2.3 are all provided with independent temperature switches. By arranging the temperature switches, the water inlet temperatures in the head subarea 2.1, the middle subarea 2.2 and the tail subarea 2.3 can be controlled, such that subarea adjustment can be realized. As feeling degrees of all parts of a human body on temperature are different, different subareas can improve the comfort level.
[0025] The pipe arranging structure further comprises a water divider 3; the water divider 3 is connected to the blanket part 1 and integrates water inlets of the plurality of water heating pipes together and interconnects the water inlets with a water inlet pipe 4, and the water divider 3 also integrates water outlets of the plurality of water heating pipes together and interconnects the water outlets with a water outlet pipe 5, and thus, the influence and effluence of the plurality of water heating pipes can be controlled conveniently.
[0026] The blanket part 1 and the water heating pipe assembly 2 are interconnected by the ultrasonic pressing technology. The blanket part 1 and the water heating pipe assembly 2 are processed by ultrasonic pressing technology to form a plurality of hot pressing connecting nodes 6 distributed on two sides of each of the water heating pipes. The processing efficiency can be improved by the ultrasonic pressing technology, and meanwhile, the fixing effect to the water heating pipes can be further improved. Furthermore, the integral flatness of the pipe arranging structure can be improved and the comfort can be improved.

- PIPE ARRANGING STRUCTURE FOR WATER HEATING BLANKETSA pipe arranging structure for a water heating blanket, the pipe arranging structurecomprising:a blanket part, the blanket part comprising two layers of fabrics;a water heating pipe assembly, the water heating pipe assembly being disposed between the two layers of fabrics and comprising a plurality of water heating pipes distributed in a snakelike shape;a water divider, the water divider being connected to the blanket part and integrating water inlets of the plurality of water heating pipes together and interconnecting the water inlets with a water inlet pipe, and the water divider integrating water outlets of the plurality of water heating pipes together and interconnecting the water outlets with a water outlet pipe; andthe blanket part and the water heating pipe assembly being interconnected by an ultrasonic pressing technology.
- 2. The pipe arranging structure of claim 1, wherein the fabric is one or two of anon-woven fabric, a knitted fabric, and cotton fabric.
- 3. The pipe arranging structure of claim 2, wherein a number of the water heatingpipes is three, three subareas: a head subarea, a middle subarea and a tail subarea,and the head subarea, the middle subarea and the tail subarea are distributed onthe blanket part in parallel.
- 4. The pipe arranging structure of claim 3, wherein water inlets of the head subarea,the middle subarea and the tail subarea are provided with independent temperature switches, respectively.
- 5. The pipe arranging structure of claim 1, wherein the blanket part and the waterheating pipe assembly are processed by ultrasonic pressing technology to form aplurality of hot pressing connecting nodes distributed on two sides of each of thewater heating pipes.
