Abstract

The present invention discloses a display device for digital park monitoring, including a body, a display panel mounted on the front of the body, a stand plate fixedly connected to both the left and right sides of the body, a winding rod movably connected to the inner side of the stand plate, a protective film wrapped around the surface of the winding rod, the end of the protective film away from the winding rod extends to the front of the display panel, a structure for driving the winding rod to rotate on the right side of the stand plate, and a driving motor fixedly connected to the right side of the stand plate for driving the rotation of the winding rod. TECHNICAL FIELD
The present invention relates to the technological field of digital park, in particular to a
display device for digital park monitoring.
BACKGROUND
In order to improve the numerical degree of the industrial park, some industrial parks
have installed display devices inside the monitoring stations to display the overall
monitoring of the park, but the existing display devices are not easy to be cleaned by
users, and a large amount of dust will be adsorbed on their surfaces after a long period of
use, which seriously affects the display effect of the display devices.
SUMMARY
To solve the problems raised in the above background technology, the present invention
aims to provide a display device for digital park monitoring with the advantage of easy
dust cleaning, solving the problem that the existing display device is not easy to be
cleaned by the user, and a large amount of dust will be adsorbed on its surface after a
long period of use, which seriously affects the display effect of the display device.
To achieve the above purpose, the present invention provides the following technical
solution: a display device for digital park monitoring, comprising a body;

The left and right sides of the said body are fixedly connected with a stand plate, and the
inner side of the said stand is movably connected with a winding rod, and the surface of
the said winding rod is wrapped with a protective film, and the said protective film
extends from the end away from the winding rod to the front of the display panel, and the right side of the said stand plate is provided with a structure for driving the winding rod to rotate.
As a preference of the present invention, the structure for driving the winding rod to
rotate is a driving motor fixedly connected to the right side of the stand plate, the output
end of said driving motor and the right end of the winding rod are fixedly connected with
helical gears, and the helical gears engage with each other.
As a preference of the present invention, the bottom of the said protective film is fixedly
connected with a counterweight bar, and the front side of the said stand plate extends to
the front of the counterweight bar and slidingly connected with the counterweight bar.
As a preference of the present invention, the bottom of the winding rod is provided with a
connecting plate, the back of the connecting plate is fixedly connected with a brush, the
side of the brush away from the connecting plate is in contact with the front side of the
protective film, the left and right sides of the connecting plate are extended to the front
side of the stand plate and connected with the stand plate through the adjustment
structure.
As a preference of the present invention, the adjusting structure is a bolt set on both sides
of the front side of the connecting plate, the rear end of said bolt penetrates the
connecting plate and the stand plate in turn and extends to the inside of the stand plate,
said stand plate and connecting plate are threaded with the bolt.
As a preference of the present invention, the protective film comprises a wear-resistant
layer, a base layer and an antistatic layer, said wear-resistant layer is glued to the front
side of the base layer and said antistatic layer is set on the back side of the base layer.
As a preference of the present invention, the surface of the stand plate is opened with an
opening located at the top of the winding rod, and the inside of said stand plate is
provided with a pressure roller located at the top of the winding rod, and both ends of
said pressure roller run through the opening and are slidingly connected with the opening.
As a preference of the present invention, the front side of the body isfixedly connected
with a tension spring located inside the stand plate, and the side of the tension spring is
snapped on the surface of the pressure roller away from the body.
Compared with the prior art, the beneficial effects of the present invention are as follows.
1. By setting a protective film on the front of the display panel, the invention can protect
it in real time and avoid external dust sticking to the surface of the display panel, saving
the user the operation step of cleaning the display panel regularly, and can solve the
problem that the existing display device is not easy for the user to clean, and a large
amount of dust will be adsorbed on its surface after a long time of use, which seriously
affects the display effect of the display device.
2. By setting the driving motor and helical gear, the present invention can drive the
winding rod to rotate automatically, which greatly improves the convenience of the
operation of the winding rod.
3. The present invention can support the protective film and improve the overall flatness
of the protective film by setting the counterweight bar.
4. By setting the connecting plate and brush, the invention can clean the protective film
during the process of winding up the protective film, further reducing the difficulty of
cleaning the protective film.
5. By setting the bolt, the invention can facilitate the user to adjust the tension between
the brush and the protective film and improve the cleaning effect of the brush.
6. The present invention can improve the service life of the protective film and reduce the
impact of friction and static electricity on the protective film by composing the protective
film with wear-resistant layer, base layer and anti-static layer.
7. The present invention can level the protective film and avoid wrinkles in the process of
winding up the protective film by setting the opening and pressure roller.
8. By setting the tension spring, the present invention can support the pressure roller and
improve the leveling effect of the pressure roller.

DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and
completely described below in conjunction with the accompanying figures in the
embodiments of the present invention. Obviously, the embodiments described are only a
part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of them. Based on the
embodiments in the present invention, all other embodiments obtained by a person of
ordinary skill in the art without making creative labor fall within the scope of protection
of the present invention.
As shown in Figures 1 to 6, the present invention provides a display device for digital
park monitoring, comprising a body 1.
A display panel 2 mounted on the front of the body 1.
The left and right sides of the body 1 are fixedly connected with a stand 3, the inner side
of the stand 3 is movably connected with a winding rod 4, the surface of the winding rod
4 is wrapped with a protective film 5, the end of the protective film 5 away from the
winding rod 4 extends to the front of the display panel 2, the right side of the stand 3 is
provided with a structure for driving the rotation of the winding rod 4.
Referring to Figure 1, the structure for driving the rotation of the winding rod 4 is a
driving motor 6 fixedly connected to the right side of the stand plate 3, and the output end
of the driving motor 6 and the right end of the winding rod 4 are fixedly connected with
helical gears 7, which are engaged with each other.
As a technically optimized solution of the present invention, by setting the driving motor
6 and helical gear 7, it can drive the winding rod 4 to rotate automatically and
significantly improve the ease of operation of the winding rod 4.
Referring to Figure 1, the bottom of the protective film 5 is fixedly connected with a
counterweight bar 8, and the front side of the stand 3 extends to the front of the
counterweight bar 8 and is slidingly connected to the counterweight bar 8.
As a technically optimized solution of the present invention, the counterweight bar 8 is
provided to support the protective film 5 and improve the overall flatness of the
protective film 5.
Referring to Figure 1, the bottom of the winding rod 4 is provided with a connecting plate
9, the back of the connecting plate 9 is fixedly connected with a brush 10, the side of the
brush 10 away from the connecting plate 9 is in contact with the front side of the
protective film 5, the left and right sides of the connecting plate 9 are extended to the
front side of the stand plate 3 and connected with the stand plate 3 through the adjustment
structure.
As a technically optimized solution of the present invention, by providing the connecting
plate 9 and the brush 10, it is possible to clean the protective film 5 during the winding
process of the protective film 5, further reducing the difficulty of cleaning the protective
film 5.
Referring to Figure 3, the adjustment structure is a bolt 11 set on both sides of the front of
the connecting plate 9, the rear end of the bolt 11 penetrates the connecting plate 9 and
the stand plate 3 in turn and extends to the inside of the stand plate 3, and both the stand
plate 3 and the connecting plate 9 are threadedly connected to the bolt 11.
As a technical optimization of the present invention, by setting the bolt 11, it can
facilitate the user to adjust the tension between the brush 10 and the protective film 5, and
improve the cleaning effect of the brush 10.
Referring to Figure 4, the protective film 5 consists of a wear-resistant layer 12, a base
layer 13 and an antistatic layer 14, with the wear-resistant layer 12 adhered to the front
side of the base layer 13 and the antistatic layer 14 set on the back side of the base layer
13.
As a technically optimized solution of the present invention, the protective film 5 is
composed of wear-resistant layer 12, base layer 13 and anti-static layer 14, which can
improve the service life of the protective film 5 and reduce the impact of friction and
static electricity on the protective film 5.
Referring to Figure 6, the surface of the stand plate 3 is provided with an opening 15
located at the top of the winding rod 4, and the inner side of the stand plate 3 is provided
with a pressure roller 16 located at the top of the winding rod 4, and both ends of the
pressure roller 16 penetrate the opening 15 and are slidingly connected to the opening 15.
As a technically optimized solution of the present invention, by providing the opening 15
and the pressure roller 16, it is possible to level the protective film 5 and avoid the
wrinkles of the protective film 5 during the winding process.
Referring to Figure 6, the front side of the body 1 is fixedly connected with a tension
spring 17 located inside the stand plate 3, and the side of the tension spring 17 is snapped
to the surface of the pressure roller 16 away from the body 1.
As a technically optimized solution of the present invention, by providing the tension
spring 17, it can support the pressure roller 16 and improve the leveling effect of the
pressure roller 16.
The working principle and use process of the present invention: when using, the internal
monitoring of the park is displayed simultaneously through the display panel 2, and the
protective film 5 located on the front of the display panel 2 can protect it in real time to
avoid external dust sticking to the surface of the display panel 2, when the protective film
needs to be cleaned, first turn on the driving motor 6, the driving motor 6 drives the
winding rod 4 to rotate through the helical gear 7, and the winding rod 4 will wind up the
protective film 5, while the protective film 5 will contact with the brush 10 during the
rising process and complete the cleaning. The user can again control the drive motor 6 to
reverse and reset the protective film 5.
In summary: The display device for digital park monitoring is provided with a protective
film 5 on the front of the display panel 2, which can protect it in real time, avoid external
dust sticking to the surface of the display panel 2, and save the user the operation steps of
cleaning the display panel 2 regularly. It solves the problem that the existing display
device is inconvenient for users to clean up, and a large amount of dust will be adsorbed
on the surface after long-term use, which seriously affects the display effect of the display
device.
