Description

ROSE CLEANSING SYNERGIST AND PREPARATION METHOD AND APPLICATION THEREOF TECHNICAL FIELD
[01] The disclosure relates to the technical field of petroleum product additives, in particular
to a rose cleansing synergist and a preparation method and application thereof.
BACKGROUNDART
[02] The octane number represents the anti-knock performance of gasoline, according to the
different measurement conditions, the octane number of gasoline is divided into motor octane
number and research octane number, wherein the measurement conditions of motor octane
number are harsh and closer to the anti-knock performance of gasoline in the process of
automobile driving under high speed and heavy load conditions, while the measurement
conditions of research octane number are mild, reflecting the anti-knock performance of
gasoline when the car is running slowly. The research octane number of the same gasoline is
higher than the motor octane number by about 15 units. In foreign countries, the motor octane
number is used to measure the octane number of the gasoline, the gasoline has a large motor
octane number, indicating good shock resistance and good quality, the gasoline standard in
China is formulated in accordance with the research octane number.
[03] With the development of the modern automobile industry, the compression ratio of
automobile engines continues to increase, low-octane gasoline is prone to knocking under
high compression ratio conditions, which is more harmful, while higher-octane gasoline can
avoid knocking. In order to improve the octane number of gasoline, the most commonly used
method is to add tetraethyl lead to gasoline. However, lead-containing substances can cause
serious pollution to the environment and cause harm to personal safety. At present, the
addition of tetraethyl lead to gasoline is no longer allowed. At present, oil refining enterprises
in China usually add methyl tertiary butyl ether to gasoline, for every 100 tons of gasoline
produced, 12-16 tons of methyl tertiary butyl ether need to be added. Methyl tertiary butyl
ether can cause a variety of cancers and a variety of diseases, and will cause huge pollution to 17838765_1 (GHMatters) P116656.AU the air.
