Description

A MULTI-PURPOSE SANITIZATION CHAMBER
Technical field of invention:
[001] Present invention in general relates to amulti-purpose sanitization chamberwhich precisely use for sanitizing the product in an efficient manner.
Background of the invention:
[002] The background information herein below relates to the present disclosure but is not necessarily prior art.
[003] A sanitizer or antiseptic is a supplement or alternative to washing withsoap and water. Sanitizers present a way to reduce the spread of infection. Theuse of sanitizers has become very popular in recent years. For instance, a personmay carry a bottle of an alcohol-based sanitizer liquid or gel in his pocket, suitcoat, book bag, or purse and dispense a drop or two into his hands on a regularbasis.
[004] Decontamination of the various surfaces by proper cleaning and effectivedisinfection '0 method is of prime importance to prevent spread and controltransmission of infection in the healthy environment. Physical removal ofextraneous material or surface remains is called as cleaning, while killing orinactivation of microorganisms causing infection is called as disinfection.
[005] UVC germicidal irradiation technology is around since many years andhas been used to effectively sanitize surfaces as well as drinking water andcontaminated air, food industry. Such devices eliminate the health and safetyrisks associated with chemical disinfection. Further, research shows that usingUV lightto sanitize fruits and vegetables is also beneficial as it can delaymicrobial growth without altering the quality and extend the shelf life of freshfruits and vegetables. UV light can be more effective in reducing microbialgrowth than the commonly used chlorine, hydrogen peroxide or ozone, which canleave residue and ultimately reduce quality.
[006] Inadequate cleanliness and hygienic practices can cause a rise within the infection rate during this outbreak. The virus is active for long as 3 hours in aerosols, as long as 4 hours on copper surfaces, as long as 3 days on steel and plastic surfaces, and up to 24 hours on cardboard surfaces. This indicates that without appropriate sanitization, the virus can spread quickly through contact surfaces and air. Effective surface and air disinfection can guarantee an early regulation and counteraction of further viral spread. The literature suggests that COVID-19 viral infections are often regularly effective with 0.1% hypochlorite solution within 1 min. High temperature and high humidity also can reduce and diminish the coronavirus transmission.A robust disinfection system is needed to break the chain of the virus from spreading, irrespective of the hygiene condition of individuals.
[007] Coronavirus has caused a lot of damage to human life and day to day activities. This pandemic has affected the whole world in terms of human life and GDP (Gross domestic product).Ensuring cleanliness and sanitization is the most important lesson learnt in this tenure of months. There is a need for a sanitization system that allows the sanitization or disinfection with a multitude of applications.
[008] Although various attempts are made before, for providing various sanitization systemand few of them are such as- US20160250361A1 discloses a dry heat sanitizer and '0 method of use, US6911177B2 discloses ultraviolet area sterilizer and method of area sterilization using ultraviolet radiation,US7767168B2 discloses sanitization system and system components, EP0662346A1 discloses method and equipment for sanitization, US 2011/0110819 Al discloses sanitization process for objects and sanitization chamber, EP 2705858 Al discloses disinfection tunnel, in particular for surface disinfection of objects and US 9,179,703 B2 discloses ultravioletsystem for disinfection.
[009] There exist many drawbacks in the existing unit. Therefore, there is need to introduce a novel and efficient system for sanitization. Hence the present invention develops a multi purpose sanitization chamber.
