Abstract
The present invention discloses an automatic wall cleaner. The invention includes battery (7) as a
power source, dc motor (5), centrifugal pump (6) and other supporting components. The Hold
suction motor (2) helps the cleaner to get intact with the wall. As programmed in the mother
board (3) the cleaner starts to move and also perform scanning and sensing of the surroundings.
The brushes (8) attached with the DC Motors (5) starts to rotate and the dust near the vent gets
sucked in by the running centrifugal pump (6) and stored in the storage tray (10). The filter pad
placed in between the pump (6) and vent blocks the dust entering the pump (6) setup which may
damage its function. The roller (9) attached at the entrance of the vent avoid the blocking of vent
by huge solid particles.

[0001] The present invention relates to an automatic vacuum cleaning system. More particularly the present invention relates an automatic wall cleaner to clean steep and vertical surfaces.
[0002] In general, a cleaning work is a routine job in every households and commercial buildings as well. Since it is a time-consuming work, everyone hesitates to get it done on their own or a private cleaning service team need to be hired who may charge huge sum.
[0003] In our domestic scenario, women are used to do house cleaning activity in lieu of day-to day household chores and it is difficult for them to reach the top-end of the walls and rooftop. The House cleaning activity being a burdensome work, it is difficult for the women to do on their own.
[0004] When comes to commercial aspect, itis not easy to clean both the interior and exterior walls of High-rise buildings purely by manpower without safety gears and further such work shall impose a great life threat to the person involved in the cleaning work.
[0005] Further the cleaning work may be allergic to some people and performing such work in a regular basis it may cause health disorders like respiratory infection or disease.
[0006] There is a need for an automated cleaning system to facilitate effective cleaning of steep and vertical walls.
[0007] The abovementioned shortcomings, disadvantages and problems are addressed herein, which will be understood by reading and studying the following specification.

[0036] Although the specific features of the present invention are shown in some drawings and not in others.
[0037] This is done for convenience only as each feature may be combined with any or all the other features in accordance with the present invention.
[0038] In the following detailed description, a reference is made to the accompanying drawings that form a part hereof, and in which the specific embodiments that may be practiced is shown by way of illustration. These embodiments are described in sufficient detail to enable those skilled in the art to practice the embodiments and it is to be understood that other changes may be made without departing from the scope of the embodiments. The following detailed description is therefore not to be taken in a limiting sense. The various embodiments of the present invention provide a medium frequency induction hardening for induction hardening components of smaller dimension.
[0039] The various embodiments of the present invention discloses a system for automatic wall cleaning. The system includes various components as explained below:
[0040] Battery Power Supply: Battey (7) is provided for supplying the power the entire system such as motherboard, motors and pump.
[0041] Motherboard: It is the brain of the cleaner which has an entire control over the system including motors, pump, brushes, locomotion of the cleaner, etc. It also used to sense and scan the surrounding for the dust as programmed.
[0042] Hold Suction Motor (2): High speed 24volt Brushless Direct Current (BLDC) motor is used for suction which enables the cleaner to get strong hold on the wall.
[0043] Brushes (8): It is used to rotate by powering the DC motor (5) to which it is coupled and pushes the dusts around, towards the suction vent.
[0044] Centrifugal pump: It is operated by the DC motor (5) which is powered by the battery power supply. The dusts around the vent are sucked into the vent and collected in the storage bag (10).
[0045] Filter pad: It is placed between the vent and pump to prevent the dust from entering the pump setup which may cause damage to its function.
[0046] Roller drum (9): It is placed at the entrance of the vent to avoid the blocking of vent by stopping any large solid particles entering the vent which may also affect the function of the air pump (6).
[0047] Wheel (4): The two wheels in the front are responsible for the locomotion of the cleaner and the wheel at the back is used for stabilization of the cleaner during locomotion.
[0048] The working of the presented system is explained herein below. When the switch is turned ON, with the help of power supply through the battery (7), the Hold Suction Motor (2) will start to run with high speed which sucks the air which helps the cleaner being stuck with the wall. According to the programming done in the Mother board (3), the cleaner starts to move on its wheels (4) along with scanning and sensing of the surroundings. As the centrifugal pump starts to run, the brushes (8) coupled with the DC Motors (5) starts to rotate and push the dust towards the cleaner suction vent. As the centrifugal pump suck in the air the dust at the vent entrance gets sucked in and stored in the storage tray (10). The filter pad placed in between the pump and vent blocks the dust entering the pump setup which may damage its function. The roller (9) attached on the entrance of the vent avoid the blocking of vent by blocking huge solid particles.
[0049] The motherboard is the brain of the system which is programmed in such a way to enable the cleaner to perform smartly and efficiently. Based on the instructions programmed in the Mother board (3), the cleaner starts to move on its wheels (4) along with scanning and sensing of the surroundings. There is a chance of vent blockage by the entry of huge solid dust particles through suction process, fig. 7b shows the clear view of the placement of roller (9) drum which overcomes the aforesaid drawback.
[0050] It is noted that the above-described examples of the present invention are for the purpose of illustration only. Although the present invention has been described in conjunction with a specific example thereof, numerous modifications may be possible without materially departing from the teachings and advantages of the subject matter described herein.
