A UAV DEVICE WITH UVC DISINFECTION FUNCTION TECHNICAL FIELD
[0001] The invention relates to a UAV, in particular to a UAV with UVC disinfection function.
BACKGROUND
[0002] With the continuous development of science and technology and the continuous
improvement of people's living standards, smart home is accepted by more and more families.
Smart home connects some household devices (such as lighting, air conditioner, refrigerator,
washing machine, TV, etc.) in the home through the Internet of things technology, providing
lighting control, indoor and outdoor remote control, home appliance control, anti-theft alarm and
other functions and uses. The basic goal of smart home is to provide a comfortable, safe,
convenient and efficient living environment for people. However, the current smart home mainly
realizes the interconnection and control of common household appliances, lamps, networks, etc.,
and there is no good intelligent application case and scheme in home health and home
disinfection. For the cleaning and disinfection of the family environment, family members still
need manual operation. At the same time, in some public places, such as hospitals, nursing
homes, restaurants, supermarkets, railway stations and so on, manual cleaning and disinfection
are mainly used at present. Due to the frequent use of these public places, the complexity of
mobile personnel and the large number of public facilities, it often results in heavy workload of
cleaning personnel, low efficiency of cleaning and disinfection, incomplete cleaning of facilities,
and even casualties of cleaning personnel due to the tall buildings in public places.
[0003] UAV is a kind of unmanned aircraft operated by radio remote control equipment. At
present, UAV has been vigorously developed and applied in aerial photography, agriculture,
express transportation, disaster rescue, monitoring of infectious diseases, surveying and mapping,
news reporting and other fields. But the application in the interior of the building is relatively insufficient. The main reason is the complexity of objects and space inside the building, which increases the risk of UAV damage, and also easily causes injuries.
[0004] UVC is short wave ultraviolet, and the wavelength is 200-275nm, also known as short
wave ultraviolet. When the bacteria and viruses on the surface of the object are irradiated by a
certain dose of UVC, the structure of DNA and RNA in the cell is destroyed, and the cell cannot
regenerate. The bacteria and viruses will lose the ability of self replication, so as to achieve the
purpose of sterilization and disinfection.
SUMMARY
[0005] In order to solve the short board that can not be sterilized in intelligent home, and to
provide more efficient, thorough and perfect disinfection scheme for public facilities in some
public places (hospitals, pension homes, restaurants, supermarkets, train stations, etc.), and to
improve the application of UAV in the field of family segmentation, the invention proposes a
UAV device with UVC disinfection function. The UAV device consists of UAV protection shell,
UAV body, UAV rotors, infrared ranging module, UVC disinfection module, protective grid and
wireless charging module. The protective shell of UAV is made of light material and attached
with flexible material. The main function of the shell is to protect the UAV from collision, and
also to protect the possible collision objects. The main body of UAV includes UAV control unit,
communication module, battery, and is connected with the surrounding rotor group. Around the
main body of UAV, there are infrared detection module, video capture module and UVC
disinfection module. The UAV control unit mainly controls the UAV's take-off, landing, hovering,
changing course and other actions, as well as the opening and closing of infrared detection
module, video capture module and UVC disinfection module. The communication module in the
main body of UAV realizes the information communication with the control terminal (such as
smart phone) and UAV control unit. UVC disinfection module is composed of several UVC LED
lamp beads.
[0006] The technical scheme of the invention to solve the above problems is: the UAV device is equipped with UVC led disinfection module, and the short wave ultraviolet generated by UVC LED lamp beads can cause damage to the bacteria and viruses in the area within the irradiation range, so that they cannot regenerate and lose the ability of self replication, so as to achieve the purpose of sterilization and disinfection. Through the configuration of UAV protective shell around the UAV device, it not only increases the beauty and sense of science and technology of UAV, but also avoids the possibility of direct collision damage between UAV rotor and objects in the workspace. At the same time, the risk of damage caused by collision objects is also reduced due to the attachment of flexible materials outside the protective shell. The infrared detection module in the main body of UAV can detect and feedback the flight direction and surrounding environment in real time, which further reduces the probability of UAV collision. The protective grid at the bottom of the UAV device realizes the physical isolation between the UAV rotor and the field personnel in space, which can prevent the personnel from directly touching the UAV rotor and causing personal injury accidents. The wireless charging module of UAV device avoids the disadvantage that the cable charging cable is messy, and the cable plug must be plugged manually.
