Abstract
OF THE DISCLOSURE
The present disclosure provides a rectum eccentric type double-cavity airbag. The
rectum eccentric type double-cavity airbag comprises an upper airbag and a lower
airbag, wherein the upper airbag is connected with the lower airbag through an elastic
connecting belt, one side of the upper airbag communicates with one end of an upper
catheter, one side of the lower airbag communicates with one end of a lower catheter,
the other end of the upper catheter consists of an upper air tube and an upper liquid tube,
the other end of the lower catheter consists of a lower air tube and a lower liquid tube,
the upper air tube and the lower air tube are connected with an air inflating device, the
upper liquid tube and the lower liquid tube are connected with a water filling device, the
upper air tube, the upper liquid tube, the lower air tube and the lower liquid tube are all
provided with regulating valves, and the air inflating device and the water filling device
are both connected with a controller. Compared with the prior art, the rectum eccentric
type double-cavity airbag is used for anal dilatation by controlling the size of the airbag,
and due to the catheters and the elastic connecting belt in eccentric arrangement, the
visual field is not affected; and during treatment, the upper airbag is inflated/filled with
air/liquid, then the upper airbag is dilated to plug the side wall of a rectum at the top of
an affected part, the visual field is prevented from being contaminated by excrement and
the like, in case of splinter hemorrhage of the rectum, suture hemostasis is hard to
implement, then the lower airbag is inflated/filled with air/liquid, and thus hemorrhagic
spots can be compressed.

[01] The present disclosure relates to the medical field, and particularly relates to a rectum eccentric type double-cavity airbag.
[02] Hemoproctia is generally treated through the anal channel, the visual field is unclear due to narrow operation space as well as local excrement and blood clot contamination, a doctor is often helpless for splinter or multiple hemorrhage, sphincter support is lacked around the rectum, local bandaging and hemostasis cannot be achieved, at present, a balloon mode is adopted for hemostasis, but the design is still incomplete, and the hemostatic effect is not ideal.
[03] In order to solve the problems, the present disclosure provides a rectum eccentric type double-cavity airbag, the size of the airbag can be controlled according to needs for anal dilatation, pain of a patient is relieved, excrement can be prevented from flowing into the visual field of a doctor, and treatment of the doctor is facilitated.
[04] The technical scheme adopted by the present disclosure is as follows:
[05] A rectum eccentric type double-cavity airbag comprises an upper airbag and a lower airbag, the upper airbag is connected with the lower airbag through an elastic connecting belt, the elastic connecting belt is located on one side of the upper airbag and one side of the lower airbag, one side of the upper airbag communicates with one end of an upper catheter, one side of the lower airbag communicates with one end of a lower catheter, the other end of the upper catheter consists of an upper air tube and an upper liquid tube, the other end of the lower catheter consists of a lower air tube and a lower liquid tube, the upper air tube and the lower air tube are connected with an air inflating device, the upper liquid tube and the lower liquid tube are connected with a water filling device, the upper air tube, the upper liquid tube, the lower air tube and the lower liquid tube are all provided with regulating valves, and the air inflating device and the water filling device are both connected with a controller.
[06] Preferably, the regulating valves sleeve tube bodies of the upper air tube, the upper liquid tube, the lower air tube and the lower liquid tube.
[07] Preferably, the upper catheter comprises a first catheter part and a second catheter part, the first catheter part communicates with the upper airbag, the second catheter part consists of an upper air tube and an upper liquid tube, and the first catheter part and the second catheter part are connected through a connecting sleeve.
[08] Preferably, the lower catheter comprises a third catheter part and a fourth catheter part, the third catheter part communicates with the lower airbag, the fourth catheter part consists of a lower air tube and a lower liquid tube, and the third catheter part and the fourth catheter part are connected through a connecting sleeve.
[09] Preferably, the upper catheter and the lower catheter are further provided with pressure indicators respectively.
[10] Preferably, the elastic belt is spiral.
[11] Preferably, grooves for storing lubricating liquid are further formed in the surface of the upper airbag and the surface of the lower airbag.
[12] Compared with the prior art, the present disclosure has the beneficial effects that according to the rectum eccentric type double-cavity airbag provided by the present disclosure, anal dilatation can be carried out by controlling the size of the airbag according to needs, pain of the patient is relieved, excrement can be prevented from flowing into the visual field of the doctor by adopting the airbag, treatment of the doctor is facilitated, and due to the catheters and the elastic connecting belt in eccentric arrangement, the visual field is not affected; and when examination, surgery and treatment are needed, the upper airbag is inflated/filled with air/liquid, then the upper airbag is dilated to plug the side wall of a rectum at the top of an affected part, excrement and residual blood clots are prevented from being discharged to contaminate the visual field, in case of splinter or multiple splinter hemorrhage of the rectum, suture and peratriction are hard to implement, then the lower airbag is inflated/filled with air/liquid, and thus hemorrhagic spots can be compressed.
[13] FIG. 1 is a schematic diagram of a rectum eccentric type double-cavity airbag provided by the present disclosure;

[15] FIG. 3 is a use state diagram of the rectum eccentric type double-cavity airbag provided by the present disclosure.
[16] Preferred embodiments of the present disclosure are described in detail with reference to the attached figures.
[17] In FIG. 1 to FIG. 3, preferred embodiments of a rectum eccentric type double-cavity airbag are provided. As shown in FIG. 1 to FIG. 3, the rectum eccentric type double-cavity airbag comprises an upper airbag 10 and a lower airbag 20, the upper airbag is connected with the lower airbag through an elastic connecting belt 30, the elastic connecting belt 30 is located on one side of the upper airbag 10 and one side of the lower airbag 20, one side of the upper airbag 10 communicates with one end of an upper catheter 40, one side of the lower airbag 20 communicates with one end of a lower catheter 50, the other end of the upper catheter 40 consists of an upper air tube 41 and an upper liquid tube 42, the other end of the lower catheter 50 consists of a lower air tube 51 and a lower liquid tube 52, the upper air tube 41 and the lower air tube 51 are connected with an air inflating device 60, the upper liquid tube 42 and the lower liquid tube 52 are connected with a water filling device 70, the upper air tube 41, the upper liquid tube 42, the lower air tube 51 and the lower liquid tube 52 are all provided with regulating valves 80, and the air inflating device 60 and the water filling device 70 are both connected with a controller; when the rectum eccentric type double-cavity airbag is used, the double-cavity airbag is placed after the anus is expanded by the anoscope; when examination, surgery and treatment are needed, the upper airbag 10 is inflated with air, then the upper airbag is dilated to plug the side wall of a rectum at the top of an affected part, excrement and residual blood clots are prevented from being discharged to contaminate the visual field, in case of splinter or multiple splinter hemorrhage of the rectum, suture and peratriction are hard to implement, then the lower airbag is inflated/filled with air/liquid, and thus hemorrhagic spots can be compressed; and due to the fact that the catheters of the upper airbag 10 and the lower airbag 20 are both located on one side of the airbag, the elastic connecting belt 30 is also located on one side of the airbag, and through eccentric design of the catheters and the elastic connecting belt 30, the operation in the visual field is not affected, so that the airbag is easy for examination and treatment.
[18] The elastic connecting belt 30 is spirally designed, convenient to bend, and suitable for different body types. As a preferred embodiment, the elastic connecting belt and the catheters on each airbag are located on the same side of the airbag, the elastic connecting belt 30 and the upper end of the upper catheter 40 are in a side-by-side state, and meanwhile, the upper end of the lower catheter 50 and the upper catheter 40 are in a side-by-side state, so that only one catheter can be seen from the side direction, and the catheters and the elastic connecting beot 30 which are also located at the center changing positions do not affect the operation visual field of a doctor, so that examination and treatment of the doctor are facilitated.
[19] The upper catheter 40 and the lower catheter 50 are further provided with pressure indicators 90 respectively, and the pressure indicators 90 are used for monitoring pressure inside the airbag. When the airbag is firm and durable in material and is not easy to damage, the installation of the pressure indicators can be omitted.
[20] As shown in FIG. 2, the upper catheter 40 comprises a first catheter part 401 and a second catheter part 402, the first catheter part 401 communicates with the upper airbag , the second catheter part 402 consists of the upper air tube 41 and the upper liquid tube 42, and the first catheter part 401 and the second catheter part 402 are connected through a connecting sleeve 403; and namely, the first catheter part 401 is in a straight tube shape, the second catheter part 402 is in a herringbone shape, and the first catheter part 401 and the second catheter part 402 are connected into a whole body through the connecting sleeve 403, so that the catheter 40 can be conveniently disassembled after use, and disinfection is facilitated.
[21] The structure of the lower catheter 50 is the same as that of the upper catheter 40; the lower catheter 50 comprises a third catheter part 501 and a fourth catheter part 502, the third catheter part 501 communicates with the lower airbag 20, the fourth catheter part 502 consists of the lower air tube 51 and the lower liquid tube 52, and the third catheter part 501 and the fourth catheter part 502 are connected through a connecting sleeve 503; and namely, the third catheter part 501 is in a straight tube shape, the fourth catheter part 502 is in a herringbone shape, and the third catheter part 501 and the fourth catheter part 502 are connected into a whole body through the connecting sleeve 503, so that the catheter 50 can be disassembled conveniently after use, and disinfection is facilitated.
[22] The regulating valves 80 sleeve tube bodies of the upper air tube 41, the upper liquid tube 42, the lower air tube 51 and the lower liquid tube 52.
[23] Grooves 101 for storing lubricating liquid are further formed in the surface of the upper airbag 10 and the surface of the lower airbag 20. When the upper airbag 10 and the lower airbag 20 are placed into the anus of a patient, the upper airbag 10 and the lower airbag 20 are firstly soaked with lubricating liquid, and a small part of the lubricating liquid can be stored in the grooves 101 in the soaking process, so that the lubricating liquid flows out in the expansion process of the upper airbag 10 and the lower airbag 20 to protect the patient, and the airbags are convenient to take out subsequently. The grooves 101 can be annularly distributed on airbag bodies of the upper airbag 10 and the lower airbag 20. The lubricating liquid can be paraffin oil.
[24] In the using process of the rectum eccentric type double-cavity airbag, the upper airbag 10 and the lower airbag 20 are firstly soaked with lubricating liquid, the anus is expanded through the anoscope and then the double-cavity airbag is placed, and when examination, surgery and treatment are needed, the upper airbag 10 is inflated to be expanded to plug the side wall of the rectum at the top of the affected part, so that excrement and residual blood clots are prevented from being discharged to contaminate the visual field; and in case of splinter or multiple splinter hemorrhage of the rectum, suture and peratriction are hard to implement, then the lower airbag 20 is inflated/filled with air/liquid, and thus hemorrhagic spots can be compressed.
[25] In conclusion, the technical scheme of the present disclosure can fully and effectively achieve the purpose, the structure and function principles of the present disclosure are fully verified in the embodiment, the expected effect and purpose can be achieved, and on the premise of not deviating from the principle and essence of the present disclosure, and many variations or modifications may be made to the embodiments of the present disclosure. Therefore, the present disclosure includes all alternatives within the scope of the patent application, and any equivalent variations within the scope of the patent application are intended to fall within the scope of the patent application.
Claims (5)
1. A rectum eccentric type double-cavity airbag, comprising an upper airbag and a lower airbag, wherein the upper airbag is connected with the lower airbag through an elastic connecting belt, the elastic connecting belt is located on one side of the upper airbag and one side of the lower airbag, one side of the upper airbag communicates with one end of an upper catheter, one side of the lower airbag communicates with one end of a lower catheter, the other end of the upper catheter consists of an upper air tube and an upper liquid tube, the other end of the lower catheter consists of a lower air tube and a lower liquid tube, the upper air tube and the lower air tube are connected with an air inflating device, the upper liquid tube and the lower liquid tube are connected with a water filling device, the upper air tube, the upper liquid tube, the lower air tube and the lower liquid tube are all provided with regulating valves, and the air inflating device and the water filling device are both connected with a controller.
2. The rectum eccentric type double-cavity airbag according to claim 1, wherein the regulating valves sleeve tube bodies of the upper air tube, the upper liquid tube, the lower air tube and the lower liquid tube.

The rectum eccentric type double-cavity airbag according to claim 1, wherein the upper catheter comprises a first catheter part and a second catheter part, the first catheter part communicates with the upper airbag, the second catheter part consists of an upper air tube and an upper liquid tube, and the first catheter part and the second catheter part are connected through a connecting sleeve; wherein the lower catheter comprises a third catheter part and a fourth catheter part, the third catheter part communicates with the lower airbag, the fourth catheter part consists of a lower air tube and a lower liquid tube, and the third catheter part and the fourth catheter part are connected through a connecting sleeve.
4. The rectum eccentric type double-cavity airbag according to claim 1, wherein the upper catheter and the lower catheter are further provided with pressure indicators respectively; wherein the elastic belt is spiral.
5. The rectum eccentric type double-cavity airbag according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein grooves for storing lubricating liquid are further formed in the surface of the upper airbag and the surface of the lower airbag.
