Technical field
The present invention relates to the technical field of sterilizers, in particular to an ultraviolet disinfection lamp.
Background
The lampshade installation of the existing ultraviolet disinfection lamp is quite complex. It is mainly installed and fixed by nuts, which is not simple enough. The complex structure and the large shielding surface of the lampshade not only make ultraviolet ray can not penetrate it but also affect the use effect and the performance of disinfection. At the same time, if the ultraviolet lamp tube needs to be replaced, the nuts fixing the lampshade need to be disassembled, which is inconvenient because the assembly and disassembly process is troublesome and external tools need to be borrowed. Moreover, the overall design structure of the existing ultraviolet disinfection lamp is quite complex, and the structure is not simple enough.
Summary of the invention
The present purpose of the invention is to provide an ultraviolet disinfection lamp. The lampshade of the ultraviolet disinfection lamp can be stably installed on the lamp holder through simple insertion operation. If the ultraviolet lamp tube needs to be replaced, it is very convenient to disassemble the lampshade. At the same time, through optimization design, the ultraviolet sterilization lamp shielded by the lampshade reduces, improving the use effect. Moreover, the overall structure of the ultraviolet sterilization lamp is effectively optimized to make the structure of the ultraviolet disinfection lamp simpler.

The working principle of the present invention is as follows:
The lamp holder lug boss of the ultraviolet disinfection lamp is provided with a connecting hole connected to the lamp holder, the lug boss is arranged with a plurality of locating holes around the circumference of the connecting hole; one end of the lampshade connected with the lamp holder is provided with a bottom cover which is covered the lug boss. The bottom cover is provided with a first through hole communicating to the connecting hole and a plurality of perforations corresponding to the locating hole. The ultraviolet lamp tube passes through the first through hole and the connecting hole and extends into the lamp holder, by which the lamp tube is fixed in the lamp holder; the bottom cover is provided with a plurality of supporting rods arranged around the ultraviolet lamp tube, one end of the supporting rod extends into the locating hole through the perforation and is connected with the lug boss, by which the lampshade is fixed in the lamp holder, and the other end is connected with a top cover covering the top of the ultraviolet lamp tube; the end of the top cover facing the ultraviolet lamp tube is provided with a protective ring arranged around the ultraviolet lamp tube, the protective ring set on the top cover of the lamp tube can protect the lamp tube. Through this design method, the lampshade can be firmly installed on the lamp holder, the lampshade structure is simple, it is very convenient to replace the lamp tube, and the shielding of ultraviolet light by the lampshade can effectively reduce, and improve the use effect.
In order to simplify the structure of the lamp holder, it is preferred that the lamp holder includes a lamp holder shell, the top of the lamp holder shell is provided with an opening, the opening is covered with an upper cover, the upper cover is arranged with a plurality of touch buttons, and the lug boss is arranged on the upper cover. The upper cover covers on the lamp holder shell, and the touch button is arranged on the upper cover, so the structure is simple and the installation is convenient.
In order to simplify the structure of the lamp holder shell, it is preferred that at least two supporting blocks are arranged along the circumference of the lamp holder shell and the upper cover is placed on the supporting blocks. By arranging the supporting blocks along its inner circumference, the inner space of the lamp holder shell is optimized, and the structure is simpler.
In order to further simplify the structure of the lamp holder, it is preferred that a plurality of first convex blocks and second convex blocks extending towards the ultraviolet lamp tube are arranged in the lamp holder shell, and the first convex block and the second convex block are jointly fixed with a circuit control board, the circuit control board is provided with a plurality of control buttons arranged corresponding to the touch buttons, the control buttons extend out and press against the upper cover, and the touch buttons are electrically connected with the control buttons. The fixing device of the circuit control board and the fixed circuit control board are set inside the lamp holder, and the touch button is set on the upper cover through the circuit connection, so the structure is simple and the operation is convenient.
In order to simplify the fixed structure of the circuit control board in the lamp holder, it is preferred that the first convex block includes a convex block body in a columnar structure, and the convex block body extends outward toward one end of the ultraviolet lamp tube to form a buckle part which can be pressed on the circuit control board; the second convex block has a columnar structure, and a step part is formed on the second convex block to support the circuit control board, and a step opening towards the ultraviolet lamp tube is formed on the step part. The circuit control board can be fixed by a simple buckle structure.
In order to increase the protection of the lamp, it is preferred that a plurality of cushion blocks are arranged at the bottom of the lamp holder shell, and the cushion blocks are arranged to cushion the lamp holder.
In order to facilitate the user to carry the lamp, it is preferred that one end face of the top cover facing away from the ultraviolet lamp tube is provided with a concave platform which is sunken on the surface of the top cover, and a ring with an arc-shaped outer profile is arranged in the concave platform, a space is formed between the ring body and the concave platform for the user to carry the lamp. It is convenient for users to carry lamps through the set lifting space.
In order to increase the protection of the lamp tube, it is preferred that the end of the protective ring towards the ultraviolet lamp tube is provided with a buffer block arranged around the ultraviolet lamp tube, and the buffer block fits the ultraviolet lamp tube. The buffer block is set to protect the lamp tube from crushing.
In order to increase the protection effect on the lamp, it is preferred that the periphery of the protective ring is provided with a protective edge extending towards the ultraviolet lamp tube, the protective edge is enclosed to form a protective space, and the buffer block is built in the protective space. When the buffer block is set in the protection space, the protection effect is better.
The implementation of the present invention provides an effective effect:
1. The lampshade of ultraviolet disinfection lamp can be firmly installed on the lamp holder through simple insertion operation. Its structure is simple, and it is very convenient to replace the ultraviolet lamp.
2. The supporting structure of the lampshade is very simple, which can effectively reduce the shade of the lampshade to the ultraviolet lamp and improve the disinfection effect.
3. By simplifying the design, the overall structure of the ultraviolet disinfection lamp is simple and easy to install.

The lamp holder shell 17 is provided with eight first convex blocks 19 and second convex blocks 20 extending towards the ultraviolet lamp tube 3. The first convex block 19 and the second convex block 20 are jointly fixed with a circuit control board 26. The circuit control board 26 is provided with a plurality of control buttons 21 arranged corresponding to the touch type button 22, and the control buttons 21 extend and contact with the upper cover 13,The touch button 22 is electrically connected with the control button (21).The fixing device of the circuit control board and the fixed circuit control board is set inside the lamp holder, and the touch button is set on the upper cover through the circuit connection, so the structure is simple and the operation is convenient.
The first convex block 19 includes a convex block body in a columnar structure, and the convex block body extends outward toward one end of the ultraviolet lamp tube 3 to form a buckle part 23 which can be pressed on the circuit control board 26; the second convex block 20 has a columnar structure, a step part is formed on the second convex block 20 to support the circuit control board 26, and a step opening 24 towards the ultraviolet lamp tube 3 is formed on the step part. The circuit control board 26 can be fixed through a simple buckle structure.
Four cushion blocks 27 are arranged at the bottom of the lamp holder shell 17 to cushion the lamp holder 1.
One end face of the top cover 9 facing away from the ultraviolet lamp tube 3 is provided with a concave platform 28 which is sunken on the surface of the top cover 9. In the concave platform 28, a ring body 29 with an arc-shaped outer contour is arranged. Between the ring body 29 and the concave platform 28, a space is formed for the user to carry the lamp. It is convenient for users to carry lamps through the set lifting space.
One end of the protection ring 11 towards the ultraviolet lamp tube 3 is provided with a buffer block 25 arranged around the ultraviolet lamp tube 3, and the buffer block 25 fits the ultraviolet lamp tube 3. The buffer block 25 is set to protect the lamp tube 3 from crushing.
The periphery of the protection ring 11 is provided with a protection edge extending towards the ultraviolet lamp tube 3, the protection edge is enclosed to form a protection space, and the buffer block 25 is built in the protection space. The buffer block 25 is arranged in the protection space, so that the protection effect of the lamp tube 3 is better.

CLAIM
1. An ultraviolet disinfection lamp includes a lamp holder (1) and a lampshade (2) connected with each other, and a plurality of ultraviolet lamp tubes (3) arranged in the lampshade (2), wherein, one end of the lamp holder (1) connected with the lampshade (2) is provided with a lug boss (4), and the lug boss (4) is provided with a connecting hole (10) connected to the lamp holder (1), the lug boss (4) is arranged with a plurality of locating holes (5) around the circumference of the connecting hole (10); one end of the lampshade (2) connected with the lamp holder (1) is provided with a bottom cover (6) which covers the lug boss (4). The bottom cover (6) is provided with a first through hole (12) corresponding to the connecting hole (10) and a plurality of perforations (7) corresponding to the locating hole (5). The ultraviolet lamp tube (3) passes through the first through hole (12) and the connecting hole (10) and extends into the lamp holder (1); the bottom cover (6) is provided with a plurality of supporting rods (8) arranged around the ultraviolet lamp tube (3), one end of the supporting rod (8) extends into the locating hole (5) through the perforation (7) and is connected with the lug boss (4), and the other end is connected with a top cover (9) covering the top of the ultraviolet lamp tube (3); the end of the top cover (9) facing the ultraviolet lamp tube (3) is provided with a protective ring (11) arranged around the ultraviolet lamp tube (3).
