2
FIG. 1
[0001] The present disclosure relates to the technical field of medical apparatus and instruments, in particular to an improved dental curet for department of stomatology.
[0002] Dental curettes are commonly used dental instruments for removing tooth fragments, residues, or scraping granulomas, cysts, diseased tissues in the alveolar cavity, and decaying bone during oral surgery. The dental curette is composed of a curette handle and spoon-shaped scraping blades at both ends of the handle. Dental curettes are dental instruments used for exploring the alveolar cavity after tooth extraction, and removing foreign bodies (calculus, dental fragments, bone fragments and the like), inflammatory tissues, granulomas, dental sacs and the like in the alveolar cavity. Therefore, the purposes of thoroughly cleaning the extraction cavity and reducing complications such as infection and bleeding after extraction are achieved.
[0003] Dental curettes are divided into two types of straight type and angled type according to whether the scraping blades are angled or not. The purpose of the scraping blades designed to be angled is to facilitate the cleaning of foreign bodies in various parts of the tooth extraction socket; according to the shape of the curette handle, the dental curette is divided into two types of round handle and flat handle; according to the number of the scraping blades, the dental curette is divided into two types of double-headed type and single-headed type; and in addition, the difference between different types of curettes mainly lies in the sizes of the scraping blades.
[0004] As mentioned above, the current curette in the prior art has the following technical problems: firstly, the spoon-shaped scraping blade structures of the dental curette are generally spoon-shaped, and the dental curette is in point contact during cleaning, which is low in efficiency and ease of operation during operation; and secondly, generally, the length of the curette handle is fixed regardless of a single-headed or double-headed curette, which is not easy to operate. Therefore, an improved dental curette is designed by the applicant based on this.
[0005] Aiming at the above-mentioned problems existing in the prior art, the present disclosure provides an improved dental curette. By designing scraping blades consistent with the anatomic structure of a tooth outline and a telescopic scraping handle, the dental curette for department of stomatology is more convenient in the using process.
[0006] In order to achieve the technical purpose and the technical effect, the present disclosure is realized by the following technical scheme:

[0011] Further, the radian included angles alpha, beta and gamma corresponding to the first working section, the second working section and the third working section are 5-15 degrees, 15 degrees and 5-15 degrees respectively.
[0012] Further, the first working section, the second working section and the third working section of each arc-shaped notch are designed into different types according to the anatomic structures of teeth.
[0013] Further, each spoon-shaped scraping blade head is an inwardly concave arc surface as a whole; and the maximum length of each spoon-shaped scraping blade head is 0.5-1.5 cm, and the maximum width of each spoon-shaped scraping blade head is 0.3-0.5 cm.
[0014] Further, the telescopic part is a telescopic rod.

[0030] Embodiment I
[0031] As shown in FIG. I to FIG. 6,
[0032] An improved dental curet for department of stomatology comprises scraping blades 2 and a scraping handle 1, the scraping blades are fixedly mounted at two ends of the scraping handle 1, the scraping handle 1 comprises knurling rods 101 at two ends and a telescopic part 102 in the middle (the telescopic part is a telescopic structure with adjustable length, in principle, the structure principle of the prior art is selected and used, the outer wall is relatively smooth, and built-in grooves and spring buttons are clamped to realize the adjustment of the length.), each scraping blade 2 comprises a connecting part and a scraping blade head, the scraping blade heads are spoon-shaped scraping blade heads 201, an arc-shaped notch 202 consistent with the peripheral anatomic structure of a tooth is formed in the side surface of each spoon-shaped scraping blade head 201, and two ends of each arc-shaped notch 202 are in smooth transition.
[0033] In the present disclosure, different scraping blades are designed according to the types of the connecting part and the scraping blade heads for selection and application; and each spoon shaped scraping blade head is an inwardly concave arc surface as a whole, so that the whole is a spoon-shaped structure.
[0034] Embodiment II
[0035] The technical scheme of the present disclosure is as follows:
[0036] The working sections of each arc-shaped notch sequentially comprise a first working section, a second working section and a third working section, radian included angles corresponding to the first working section, the second working section and the third working section are alpha, beta and gamma, and radian radii corresponding to the first working section, the second working section and the third working section are a, b and c.
[0037] The radian included angle beta corresponding to the second working section is larger than the radian included angles alpha and gamma corresponding to the first working section and the third working section; and the radian radius b corresponding to the second working section is larger than the radian radii a and c corresponding to the first working section and the third working section.
[0038] The radian included angles alpha, beta and gamma corresponding to the first working section, the second working section and the third working section are 5-15 degrees, 15-25 degrees and 5-15 degrees respectively.
[0039] The first working section, the second working section and the third working section of each arc-shaped notch are designed into different types according to the anatomic structures of teeth.
[0040] Based on the above-mentioned embodiment, combined with FIG. 5 in the specification, for the first working section, the second working section and the third working section of each arc-shaped notch in the present disclosure, different types of the working sections are designed according to corresponding arc length angles and radii, that is, according to patients and different teeth, corresponding content of the corresponding peripheral anatomic structure of the tooth to perform related operation, and at the same time, in the technical scheme of the present disclosure, different types are designed according to the specifications of the first working section, the second working section and the third working section.
[0041] Embodiment III

[0043] in the specific operation, different specifications of the spoon-shaped scraping blade heads are selected according to the need. The scraping handle comprises the knurling rods at both ends and the telescopic part in the middle, the frictional force is increased through the design of the knurling rods, and the length of the overall scraping handle can be changed through the design of the telescopic part; certainly, the telescopic part and the knurling rods can be designed to be adjustable and separable, and after an appropriate curet head is selected, the length is adjusted for selection and application; and
[0044] In the novel spoon-shaped scraping blade heads in the present disclosure, the arc-shaped notch parts can be matched with the peripheral anatomical structures of the teeth, the effective operation area of scraping is increased. In a plane schematic diagram as shown in FIG. 5, when a scraping blade in the prior art is operated, the operation is point contact, but in the technical scheme of the present application, the operation is surface contact to increase the efficiency and make the operation more suitable for use, and at the same time, different scraping blades can be used cooperatively.
[0045] The preferred embodiments of the present disclosure disclosed above are merely to help illustrate the present disclosure. The preferred embodiments neither fully recite all the details nor limit the present disclosure to the specific embodiments only.
