TECHNICAL FIELD

At present, most of the food packaging machinery is used for granular food packaging,

cause food accumulation in the discharge port, affect the packaging work and reduce the
work efficiency. Most of the machinery can only be dredged by manual discharge port to
continue to use. It not only affects food hygiene, increases the labor intensity of workers,
but also wastes time, which is not convenient for production efficiency and increases
production cost. Therefore, a food packaging machinery is provided to solve this problem.
SUMMARY
The purpose of the present invention is to solve the shortcomings in the prior art, and
to provide a food packaging machine, which is convenient to use. By providing various anti-blocking mechanisms, the food circulation is prevented from being blocked, thereby effectively avoiding the reduction of packaging work efficiency.

Beneficial effects:

is connected to a first spring with weak elasticity through the support frame, and thus when

the fixed plate shakes from side to side, so that the granular food falls slowly from the
upper left or right side of the fixed plate, which is convenient to further reduce the flow
rate of food, and can prevent the blockage and affect the work efficiency.
When the granular food falls into the second discharging cylinder, if there is too much
food circulating in the inner cavity of the second discharging cylinder, after the food passes
through the squeezing buffer plate, the buffer plate compresses the second spring, which
makes the two buffer plates move in opposite directions, which can increase the space in
the inner cavity of the second discharging cylinder and facilitate the circulation of food as
well as reduce the chance of blockage.
When the second discharging cylinder is blocked, as the second discharging cylinder
is transparent, the staff can observe, and then open the switch of the electric push rod by
the control switch, and then the electric push rod drives the baffle to shrink by the push
rod, so as to facilitate the food in the inner cavity of the second discharging cylinder to
enter the inner cavity of the fixed cover through the groove, and to collect by the discharge
of the second discharging cylinder, so as to avoid waste. It effectively solves the problem
of blockage and improve work efficiency. Moreover, the staff can easily collect and
package the food by placing a packaging bag at the bottom of the first discharging cylinder,
so as to effectively improve the work efficiency.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has a simple structure, strong practicality,

movable seats 12 which are sleeved with the rotating shaft 9, and the inner cavity of the
first discharging cylinder 5 is symmetrically connected with cross beams 20, the upper ends
of which are all connected with first springs 21, and the upper ends of the first springs 21
are all connected with supporting frames 22; The upper ends of the supporting frames 22
are all connected with fixing plates 23, which is beneficial for food to fall into the upper
ends of the fixing plates 23. The upper ends of the fixing plates 23 swing from side to side,
which is convenient for granular food to fall down slowly, thus reducing the flow speed of

discharging cylinder 5, which is convenient for the granular food to fall off, avoids
blockage, prevents the output shaft of the motor 8 from rotating hard, and prevents the
motor 8 from being damaged.
It can also avoid crushing granular food, avoid affecting its packaging efficiency, and
avoid affecting sales due to poor appearance of food. Granular food falls into the upper end

weak elastic force through the supporting frame 22, when the granular food falls into the
