[0031] Referring to FIG. 1, an embodiment of the present disclosure provides a distribution box 100 for being mounted inside a smart light pole. The distribution box 100 includes a box body 110, a main incoming switch 120, a plurality of distributing-outgoing switches 130, and a surge protector 141. The main incoming switch 120, the surge protector 141, and the plurality of distributing-outgoing switches 130 are located inside the box body 110. Along a height direction of the box body 110, mounting heights of the main incoming switch 120, the surge protector 141, and the distributing-outgoing switches 130 sequentially increase.
[0032] Specifically, the distribution box 100 is used to be mounted inside the smart light pole (not shown). In the present disclosure, the height direction of the box body 110 is the
same as a height direction of the light pole, that is, the vertical direction. Along the height
direction of the box body 110, the main incoming switch 120, the surge protector 141, and the
distributing-outgoing switches 130 are disposed in layers. The main incoming switch 120 is
located at a bottommost layer, the surge protector 141 is located at a middle layer, and the
distributing-outgoing switches 130 are located at a topmost layer.
[0033] The surge protector 141 and the plurality of distributing-outgoing switches 130 are connected to the main incoming switch 120. The plurality of distributing-outgoing switches

the current, thereby preventing the surge from damaging the electric devices on the smart light
pole.
[0034] In the above-mentioned distribution box 100, the main incoming switch 120, the surge protector 141, and the distributing-outgoing switches 130 are disposed in layers along
the height direction of the box body 110, so that sizes of the distribution box 100 in length and
width directions are saved, and the distribution box 100 is therefore compactly disposed in the
length and width directions. A radial size of the smart light pole is limited, and the distribution
box 100 is compactly disposed in the length and width directions, so that the distribution box
100 is easy to be mounted inside the smart light pole, thereby making the smart light pole
beautiful in appearance.
[0035] In an embodiment, the distribution box 100 further includes a first mounting rail (not

protection to avoid personal electric shock, electrical fire, electric device damage, and the
like.
[0037] In an embodiment, the distribution box 100 further includes a backup protector 142 for providing protection to the surge protector 141. A mounting height of the backup protector
142 is the same as that of the surge protector 141. Specifically, the backup protector 142 can
be mounted on the second mounting rail, so that the distribution box 100 is compact in
structure, thereby facilitating the mounting of the distribution box 100 inside the smart light
pole.
[0038] Referring to FIGS. 1-6, in an embodiment, the box body 110 includes a top wall111, a bottom wall 112 opposite to the top wall 111, and a plurality of side walls 113 connected
end to end in sequence. One end of the side walls 113 is connected to the top wall 111, and the
other end thereof is connected to the bottom wall 112. A space enclosed by the top wall 111,
the bottom wall 112, and the side walls 113 forms an interior space of the box body 110. The
box body 110 may be in a shape of a cuboid.
[0039] In an embodiment, the distribution box 100 further includes an incoming power line
(not shown). Referring to FIG. 6, a first incoming line port 101 is provided on the bottom wall
112, and the incoming power line enters the box body 110 through the first incoming line port
