FIG. 1
DESCRIPTION ADJUSTABLE SUPPORTING DEVICE FOR GEOTECHNICAL ENGINEERING FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The invention relates to the field of construction, in particular to an adjustable supporting
device for geotechnical engineering.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
As a structural system, foundation pit support should meet the requirements of stability
and deformation, that is, the requirements of the two limit states mentioned in the general
specification, namely the bearing capacity limit state and the normal service limit state.
The so-called bearing capacity limit state for foundation pit support is the destruction, tipping,
sliding of the support structure or damage to the surrounding environment, resulting in a
relatively large range of instability. The general design requirements do not allow this limit
state of the supporting structure.
The normal service limit state refers to the deformation of the supporting structure or the
deformation of the surrounding soil caused by excavation, which affects normal use, but does
not cause structural instability. Therefore, the foundation pit support design must have a
sufficient safety factor relative to the bearing capacity limit state, so as not to cause the
supporting device to lose stability, and under the condition of ensuring that there is no
instability, the displacement must be controlled so as not to affect the safe use of the
surrounding buildings. Therefore, as a design calculation theory, not only the stability of the
supporting structure should be calculated, but also its deformation should be calculated, and
the deformation should be controlled within a certain range according to the surrounding
environmental conditions.
However, the traditional supporting devices do not allow for effective angle adjustment,
and even if the reserved amount is calculated before erecting the device, the supporting force
of the device is not sufficient.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
The technical problem to be solved by the invention is to provide an adjustable
DESCRIPTION supporting device for the above problems.
In order to solve the above technical problems, the technical solution provided by the
present invention is: an adjustable supporting device for geotechnical engineering, which
comprises a foundation; a supporting wall is hinged on the foundation, fasteners are arranged
on both sides of the supporting wall, and the fasteners on both sides can be connected together;
one side of the supporting wall is fixedly connected with hinge joints, hydraulic rods are
hinged on the hinge joints, hydraulic cylinders are attached to the hydraulic rods, and cylinder
bases are hinged on the bottom of the hydraulic cylinders.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages that it can avoid the
traditional support structure being single, and the angle can be changed according to the needs
of geotechnical engineering; the supporting device is locked by the adjacent fixing method,
and the supporting force is provided by hydraulic pressure. The structure is simple, easy to
use, and has a good market prospect.
As an improvement, the foundation and the cylinder bases are provided with cones at the
bottom, which is good for driving the foundation of the supporting device into the rock or soil
to form a fixation.
As an improvement, the articulated joint between the foundation and the supporting wall
is a hydraulic joint, which also provides a certain support force to the supporting wall,
forming a double insurance.
As an improvement, the number of the hydraulic cylinders, hydraulic rods, hinge joints
and cylinder bases is two, which are separately arranged on both sides of the supporting wall
to form a good supporting structure.
As an improvement, two hydraulic cylinders and the hydraulic joint are connected to a
hydraulic press, the single hydraulic press is better controlled and easier to use, and later the
hydraulic presses of all supporting walls can be connected together for computer control.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS
FIG. 1 is a schematic diagram of the structure of an adjustable supporting device for
geotechnical engineering.
FIG. 2 is a top view of an adjustable supporting device for geotechnical engineering.
DESCRIPTION As shown in the drawings: 1. foundation, 2. supporting wall, 3. fastener, 4. hinge joint, 5.
hydraulic rod, 6. hydraulic cylinder, 7. cylinder base, 8. cone, 9. hydraulic joint, 10. hydraulic
press.
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
The following is a further detailed description of the invention in conjunction with the
accompanying drawings.
In the actual implementation of the invention, an adjustable supporting device for
geotechnical engineering comprises a foundation 1; a supporting wall 2 is hinged on the
foundation 1, fasteners 3 are arranged on both sides of the supporting wall 2, and the fasteners
3 on both sides can be connected together; one side of the supporting wall 2 is fixedly
connected with hinge joints 4, hydraulic rods 5 are hinged on the hinge joints 4, hydraulic
cylinders 6 are attached to the hydraulic rods 5, and cylinder bases 7 are hinged on the bottom
of the hydraulic cylinders 6.
As an improvement, the foundation 1 and the cylinder bases 7 are provided with cones 8
at the bottom, which is good for driving the foundation 1 of the supporting device into the
rock or soil to form a fixation.
As an improvement, the articulated joint between the foundation 1 and the supporting
wall 2 is a hydraulic joint 9, which also provides a certain support force to the supporting wall
2, forming a double insurance.
As an improvement, the number of the hydraulic cylinders 6, hydraulic rods 5, hinge
joints 4 and cylinder bases 7 is two, which are separately arranged on both sides of the
supporting wall 2 to form a good supporting structure.
As an improvement, two hydraulic cylinders 6 and the hydraulic joint 9 are connected to
a hydraulic press 10, the single hydraulic press 10 is better controlled and easier to use, and
later the hydraulic presses 10 of all supporting walls 2 can be connected together for computer
control.
The working principle of the invention: the supporting walls are completely connected
together by means of fasteners of adjacent supporting walls, which can effectively prevent the
inadequate supporting capacity of individual supporting walls, and the overall support force is
DESCRIPTION provided by hydraulic means, which can fully afford the pressure brought by the rock and soil
and is very convenient.
In the present invention, unless otherwise clearly specified and limited, the first feature
"'on" or "under" the second feature may include direct contact between the first and second
features, or may include contact between the first and second features not directly, but through
other features between them. Moreover, the first feature is "above", "over", and "in the upper
of' the second feature can be that the first feature is directly above or obliquely above the
second feature, or simply indicating that the first feature is horizontally higher than the second
feature. The first feature is "below", "under", and "in the lower of' the second feature can be
that the first feature is directly below or obliquely below the second feature, or simply
indicating that the first feature is horizontally lower than the second feature.
Although embodiments of the invention have been shown and described above, it can be
understood that the above embodiments are exemplary and are not to be construed as limiting
the invention, and that variations, modifications, replacements and variants of the above
embodiments may be made within the scope of the invention by those of ordinary skill in the
art without departing from the principles and purposes of the invention.
