Abstract
Disclosed are a high-temperature-resistant color-coated steel plate coating, a
color-coated steel plate containing the coating, and their preparation methods. The coating
comprises component A and component B, wherein the component A comprises the
following raw materials in parts by weight: 35-42 parts of polyether epoxy resin, 22-27
parts of phenolic epoxy resin, 15-20 parts of silicone modified epoxy resin, 20-26 parts of
phenylmethyl silicone resin, 3.5-5 parts of
dimethylsilylene)bis(2-methyl-4-phenylindenyl)zirconium dichloride, 5-7 parts of
polysilazane, 5-7 parts of a filler, and 90-150 parts of a solvent; the component B
comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 80-85 parts of an epoxy resin
hardener, and 15-17 parts of an epoxy resin accelerator. The paintcoat made from the
coating has excellent adhesion performance, high temperature resistance characteristics of
withstanding the temperature above 450°C, and good impact resistance performance. In
addition, the paintcoat has good flexibility.

Description
[0001] The present invention relates to the technical field of coatings for
color-coated steel plates, in particular to a high-temperature-resistant color-coated steel
plate coating, a color-coated steel plate containing the same and their preparation methods.
[0002] Because of its beautiful appearance, different color combinations and
excellent protective performance, color-coated steel plates are widely used in the roofs and
walls of a light steel structure in the construction industry. With the characteristics of
simple operation and wide application range, corrosion-resistant coatings are still the most
extensive corrosion-resistant method for steel structures. Corrosion-resistant coatings
commonly used at present mainly include epoxy resin coatings, polyurethane resin
coatings, and glass-flake coatings. Epoxy resin has excellent alkali resistance,
anti-permeability, adhesion and mechanical properties, and has become one of the most
widely used resins in corrosion-resistant coatings.
[0003] However, the color-coated steel plate coatings currently used still have the
following problems:
[0004] With poor high-temperature resistance, the adhesion performance of the
color-coated steel plate coatings currently used will drop sharply when they are used in a
high temperature environment, and the current paintcoats are prone to peeling off;
[0005] The color-coated steel plate coatings currently used have poor adhesion
performance;
[0006] With poor flexibility, the current color-coated steel plate coatings impacted
are easy to be damaged, and the current paintcoats are prone to peeling off when they are
used an alternating hot and cold environment.
[0007] Based on the above situation, the objective of the invention is to provide a
high-temperature-resistant color-coated steel plate coating, a color-coated steel plate
containing the coating, and their preparation methods, which can effectively solve the
above problems.
[0008] In order to solve the above technical problems, the invention further adopts
the following technical solution:
[0009] A high-temperature-resistant color-coated steel plate coating, including
component A and component B, wherein the mass ratio of the component A to the
component B is 100:(1.2-1.7);

[0044] According to the high-temperature-resistant color-coated steel plate coating
of the invention, by selecting raw materials carefully and optimizing the content of each
raw material, polyether epoxy resin, phenolic epoxy resin, silicone modified epoxy resin,
phenylmethyl silicone resin, dimethylsilylene)bis(2-methyl-4-phenylindenyl)zirconium
dichloride, polysilazane, the filler, the solvent, the epoxy resin hardener, and the epoxy
resin accelerator are selected in an appropriate ratio; they not only give full play to their
respective advantages, but also complement each other and promote each other. The
paintcoat made from the coating has excellent adhesion performance, high temperature
resistance characteristics, and good impact resistance performance. After baking the
coating at a high temperature of 450°C for 2 hours, it is found that the adhesion
performance remains excellent without change, and the temperature resistance can reach
450°C or more. In addition, the paintcoat has good flexibility.

operation, and saves manpower and equipment costs.

a high temperature of 450°C for 2 hours, and then conduct adhesion test.

color-coated steel plate coating of the invention has the following advantages: the
paintcoat made from the coating has excellent adhesion performance, high temperature
resistance characteristics, and good impact resistance performance. After baking the
coating at a high temperature of 450°C for 2 hours, it is found that the adhesion
performance remains excellent without change, and the temperature resistance can reach
450°C or more. In addition, the paintcoat has good flexibility.

Claims (5)
1. A high-temperature-resistant color-coated steel plate coating, comprising component
A and component B, wherein the mass ratio of the component A to the component B is
100:(1.
2-1.7);
the component A comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight:
35-42 parts of polyether epoxy resin,
22-27 parts of phenolic epoxy resin,
15-20 parts of silicone modified epoxy resin,
20-26 parts of phenylmethyl silicone resin,
3.5-5 parts of dimethylsilylene)bis(2-methyl-4-phenylindenyl)zirconium dichloride,
5-7 parts of polysilazane,
5-7 parts of a filler, and
90-150 parts of a solvent;
the component B comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 80-85
parts of an epoxy resin hardener, and 15-17 parts of an epoxy resin accelerator.
2. The high-temperature-resistant color-coated steel plate coating according to Claim 1,
wherein the component A further comprises the following raw materials in parts by
weight:
0.8-1.2 parts of a leveling agent,
1.5-3 parts of a dispersant, and
1.4-2.4 parts of a wetting agent.
3. A preparation method of the high-temperature-resistant color-coated steel plate
coating according to Claim 1 or 2, comprising:
weighing the following materials in parts by weight: polyether epoxy resin, phenolic
epoxy resin, silicone modified epoxy resin, phenylmethyl silicone resin,
dimethylsilylene)bis(2-methyl-4-phenylindenyl)zirconiumdichloride,polysilazane,afiller, a solvent, an epoxy resin hardener, and an epoxy resin accelerator; preparing component A: firstly adding polyether epoxy resin, phenolic epoxy resin, silicone modified epoxy resin, phenylmethyl silicone resin, and dimethylsilylene)bis(2-methyl-4-phenylindenyl)zirconiumdichloride into the solvent, and stirring at 600-10OOr/min for 40-60min; then adding polysilazane and the filler, and carrying out shearing dispersion at 1500-2000r/min for 15-25min, thus obtaining the component A; preparing component B: well mixing the epoxy resin hardener and the epoxy resin accelerator to obtain component B; and mixing the component A and the component B according to the mass ratio of
100:(1.2-1.7) for instant use.
4. A color-coated steel plate containing the high-temperature-resistant color-coated
steel plate coating according to Claim 1 or 2, comprising a color-coated steel plate body
and a high-temperature-resistant paintcoat, wherein the high-temperature-resistant
paintcoat is arranged on the surface of the color-coated steel plate body, and the
high-temperature-resistant paintcoat is made of the high-temperature-resistant
color-coated steel plate coating.
5. A preparation method of the color-coated steel plate containing the
high-temperature-resistant color-coated steel plate coating according to Claim 4,
comprising: uniformly coating the high-temperature-resistant color-coated steel plate
coating on the surface of the color-coated steel plate body, and drying, thus obtaining the
color-coated steel plate containing the high-temperature-resistant color-coated steel plate
coating.
