COMPUTER MAINFRAME PLACING CABINET WITH HEAT DISSIPATING FUNCTION
TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to the technical field of computers, in particular to a
computer mainframe placing cabinet with a heat-dissipating function.
BACKGROUND
A mainframe refers to a main body part except input and output devices, and
further refers to a control box body (Mainframe) for placing a mainboard and other
major components. The mainframe generally includes a CPU, a memory, a mainboard,
an optical disc driver, a power supply and other input and output controllers and
interfaces. A virtual host (also referred as to a webhost) where a certain disk space is
divided on a network server for a user to place sites, application assemblies and etc.
provide necessary site function and data storage and transmission functions.
Emergence of virtual host technology makes a great contribution to Internet
technology, which is good news for wide Internet users. At present, almost all of
American companies (including some families) set up own network servers on
network, and a fair part of network servers use the virtual hosts. The so called virtual
host, also referred as to webhost means that one server operating on Internet is divided
into a plurality of "virtual" servers, and each virtual host has an independent domain
name and an intact Internet server function (supporting World-Wide-Web, FTP,
electronic mail box and etc.). Different virtual hosts on one server are independent
from each other and are self-managed by users.
The problems that the cooling efficiency for a computer is low as an existing
computer heat-dissipating device reduces the temperature by a fan that blows air and
it is inconvenient to place a computer mainframe in a computer mainframe placing cabinet and take the computer mainframe out from the computer mainframe placing cabinet are solved.
SUMMARY
The present invention aims to provide a computer mainframe placing cabinet
with a heat-dissipating function. The temperature is reduced on one surfaces of
semiconductor refrigerating pieces and cold air is then blown to the mainframe
through a heat-dissipating fan to dissipate heat, and meanwhile, heat generated by the
other surfaces of the semiconductor refrigerating pieces is dissipated through the fan.
In order to achieve the purpose, the present invention provides a technical
scheme as follows:
a computer mainframe placing cabinet with a heat-dissipating function includes a
placing cabinet main body; a heat-dissipating window filter screen is mounted on the
right side of the placing cabinet main body, a mounting rack is arranged in the placing
cabinet main body, semiconductor refrigerating pieces are arranged on the mounting
rack, a blade shaft mounting sleeve is mounted in the middle of the mounting rack, a
mounting shaft is arranged in the blade shaft mounting sleeve, heat-dissipating blades
are mounted on the left side of the mounting shaft, second heat-dissipating blades are
arranged on the right side of the mounting shaft, a heat-dissipating belt wheel is
mounted on the mounting shaft, a synchronous belt is arranged on the heat-dissipating
belt wheel, a heat-dissipating motor is arranged on the right side of the mounting rack,
a driving belt wheel is mounted at an output end of the heat-dissipating motor, the
driving wheel is connected to the synchronous belt, an end cover is mounted on the
top of the placing cabinet main body, two guide bars are arranged on the end cover,
the two guide bars slide vertically on the end cover, pressure springs are arranged on
the outer sides of the two guide bars, a compressing plate is mounted at the bottoms of
the guide bars, a rubber plate is arranged at the bottom of the compressing plate, a
door lock mechanism is arranged on the left side of the end cover, a movable door is mounted on the left side of the placing cabinet main body, the movable door is hinged to the placing cabinet main body, a filter screen mounting slot is formed in the movable door, an air outlet filter screen is mounted in the filter screen mounting slot, a limiting slot is formed in the top of the movable door, and a limiting bracket is mounted in the placing cabinet main body.
On the basis of the technical scheme, the present invention further provides
optional technical schemes as follows:
In an optional scheme, the door lock mechanism includes a sliding groove
formed in the end cover, a sliding block is arranged in the sliding groove, a pull rod is
mounted on the top of the sliding block, a pressure spring is arranged on the outer side
of the pull rod, a pull plate is mounted on the top of the pull rod and the lower end of
the sliding block is connected to the limiting slot.
In an optional scheme, the pull plate is in threaded connection to the pull rod and
the sliding block is made of modulated #45 steel.
In an optional scheme, bearing feet are mounted at the bottom of the placing
cabinet main body and are in threaded connection to the placing cabinet main body.
In an optional scheme, buffer cushions are mounted at the bottoms of the bearing
feet.
Compared with the prior art, the present invention has the benefits as follows:
1. The temperature is reduced on one surfaces of semiconductor refrigerating
pieces and cold air is then blown to the mainframe through a heat-dissipating fan to
dissipate heat, and meanwhile, heat generated by the other surfaces of the
semiconductor refrigerating pieces is dissipated through the fan, so that the cooling
effect is better than that by the fan;
2. Meanwhile, the door lock mechanism is arranged, so that it is convenient to
mount the computer mainframe and take out the computer mainframe; and by
arranging the heat-dissipating filter screen, dust outside the box body is prevented
from entering the computer mainframe, so that the computer mainframe is protected;
3. The buffer cushions are arranged on the bearing feet to prevent noise induced
by vibration of the box body and the ground as the blades rotate; and the compressing
mechanism composed of the pressure spring and the guide bars is arranged on the
upper portion to prevent the computer mainframe from swinging during transportation,
so that it is convenient to carry the computer mainframe.

computer mainframe placing cabinet with a heat-dissipating function includes a
placing cabinet main body 1; a heat-dissipating window filter screen 2 is mounted on
the right side of the placing cabinet main body 1, a mounting rack 5 is arranged in the
placing cabinet main body 1, semiconductor refrigerating pieces 4 are arranged on the
mounting rack 5, a blade shaft mounting sleeve 19 is mounted in the middle of the
mounting rack 5, a mounting shaft 24 is arranged in the blade shaft mounting sleeve
19, heat-dissipating blades 18 are mounted on the left side of the mounting shaft 24,
second heat-dissipating blades 23 are arranged on the right side of the mounting shaft
24, a heat-dissipating belt wheel 25 is mounted on the mounting shaft 24, a
synchronous belt 22 is arranged on the heat-dissipating belt wheel 25, a heat

With reference to Fig. 1, the embodiment of the present invention is different
from the example 1 that the bearing feet 16 are mounted at the bottom end of the
placing cabinet main body 1, the bearing feet 16 are in threaded connection to the
placing cabinet main body 1 and buffer cushions 17 are mounted at the bottoms of the
bearing feet 16.
The working principle of the present invention is as follows:
In use, the pull plate 29 is pulled upward to drive the sliding block 27 to be
separated from the limiting slot 31 to open the movable door 12 to pull the pull rod 7
to drive the compressing plate 10 to move upward; the pull rod 7 is loosened then
after the mainframe is placed in the placing cabinet main body 1; as the mainframe is
fixed by means of an elastic force of the pressure spring 9, the heat-dissipating motor
is started to drive the mounting shaft 24 to rotate, the mounting shaft 24 drives the
heat-dissipating blades 18 to rotate, the semiconductor refrigerating pieces 4
refrigerate on the left side to cool air, the heat-dissipating blades 18 blow the cold air
on the left sides of the semiconductor refrigerating pieces 4 to the mainframe to cool
the mainframe, and meanwhile, heat on the mainframe is diffused out of the placing
cabinet main body 1 from the air outlet filter screen 13, and heat generated on the
right sides of the semiconductor refrigerating pieces 4 is diffused out of the placing
cabinet main body 1 from the heat-dissipating window filter screen 2 through the
second heat-dissipating blades 23.

Claims (5)

CLAIMS:
1. A computer mainframe placing cabinet with a heat-dissipating function,
comprising a placing cabinet main body, characterized in that a heat-dissipating
window filter screen is mounted on the right side of the placing cabinet main body, a
mounting rack is arranged in the placing cabinet main body, semiconductor
refrigerating pieces are arranged on the mounting rack, a blade shaft mounting sleeve
is mounted in the middle of the mounting rack, a mounting shaft is arranged in the
blade shaft mounting sleeve, heat-dissipating blades are mounted on the left side of
the mounting shaft, second heat-dissipating blades are arranged on the right side of
the mounting shaft, a heat-dissipating belt wheel is mounted on the mounting shaft, a
synchronous belt is arranged on the heat-dissipating belt wheel, a heat-dissipating
motor is arranged on the right side of the mounting rack, a driving belt wheel is
mounted at an output end of the heat-dissipating motor, and the driving wheel is
connected to the synchronous belt;
an end cover is mounted on the top of the placing cabinet main body, two guide
bars are arranged on the end cover, the two guide bars slide vertically on the end
cover, pressure springs are arranged on the outer sides of the two guide bars, a
compressing plate is mounted at the bottoms of the guide bars, a rubber plate is
arranged at the bottom of the compressing plate, a door lock mechanism is arranged
on the left side of the end cover, a movable door is mounted on the left side of the
placing cabinet main body, the movable door is hinged to the placing cabinet main
body, a filter screen mounting slot is formed in the movable door, an air outlet filter
screen is mounted in the filter screen mounting slot, a limiting slot is formed in the top
of the movable door, and a limiting bracket is mounted in the placing cabinet main
body.
2. The computer mainframe placing cabinet with the heat-dissipating function
according to claim 1, characterized in that the door lock mechanism comprises a
sliding groove formed in the end cover, a sliding block being arranged in the sliding groove, a pull rod being mounted on the top of the sliding block, a pressure spring being arranged on the outer side of the pull rod, a pull plate being mounted on the top of the pull rod and the lower end of the sliding block being connected to the limiting slot.
3. The computer mainframe placing cabinet with the heat-dissipating function
according to claim 2, characterized in that the pull plate is in threaded connection to
the pull rod and the sliding block is made of modulated #45 steel.
4. The computer mainframe placing cabinet with the heat-dissipating function
according to claim 1, characterized in that bearing feet are mounted at the bottom of
the placing cabinet main body and are in threaded connection to the placing cabinet
main body.
5. The computer mainframe placing cabinet with the heat-dissipating function
according to claim 4, characterized in that buffer cushions are mounted at the bottoms
of the bearing feet
