Abstract
This application is suitable for the technical field of writing utensils and provides
a writing structure including two writing boards, the first connecting member and a
connecting assembly. The writing board is set to be capable of double-sided writing;
the first connecting member is hinged to the two writing boards, In addition, the two
writing boards are hinged through the first connecting member, and the two writing
boards can be folded along 360; the connecting assembly includes the second
connecting member and the third connecting member, the second connecting member,
which are respectively provided on the two writing boards. It forms a detachable
connection with the third connecting member to limit the angle formed by the two
writing boards to be greater than 0° and less than 180°. The mutual folding of the two
writing boards enables writing on both sides of the two writing boards, which
improves the material utilization rate of the writing boards and reduces material waste.
In addition, the second connecting member and the third connecting member on the

Description
The present application relates to the technical field of writing utensils, and more
specifically, relates to a writing structure
Currently, many writing structures on the market are generally formed by two
splicing writing boards. The two writing boards form an angle to support the entire
writing structure. Each writing board can be used for writing. However, the existing
writing structure can only write on the outer side of the two writing boards. In this
way, the utilization rate of the writing boards is reduced and the material is wasted.
One of the objectives of the embodiments of the present application is to provide
a writing structure, which aims to solve the technical problem of material waste
caused by the low utilization rate of the writing structure in the prior art.
To solve the above technical problems, the technical solutions adopted in the
embodiments of this application are:
A writing structure is provided, which includes two writing boards, a first
connecting member, and a connecting assembly. The writing board is arranged to be
able to write on both sides; the first connecting member is hinged to the two writing
boards, and the two writing boards are hinged by the first connecting member, and the
two writing boards can be folded by 360; the connecting assembly includes a second
connecting member and a third connecting member respectively provided on the two
writing boards. The second connecting member and the third connecting member
form a detachable connection to limit the angle formed by the two writing boards to
be between 0° -180°.
In one embodiment, a rotating shaft is provided on one side of each of the two writing boards, a rotating groove is provided on the first connecting member, and the two rotating shafts are rotatably arranged in the rotating groove. In one embodiment, the first connecting member defines two rotating grooves; the opposite sides of the first connecting member are provided with first openings respectively, and the two first openings are connected to the two rotating groove, the first opening is provided for the rotation shaft to slide into the rotating groove. In one embodiment, the first connecting member includes a connecting body and a plurality of elastic arms provided on opposite sides of the connecting body, and a plurality of elastic arms on the same side of the connecting body are spaced apart and enclosed to form the rotating groove and the first opening. In addition, the second connecting member and the third connecting member on the two writing boards can form a detachable connection to limit the angle formed by the two writing boards. In this way, after the two writing boards are folded, the second connecting member and the third connecting member forms a connection to support the two writing boards, which helps users write on the writing board and improves the convenience of the writing structure. Embodiment 1 Please refer to FIGS. 1 to 3 together. The writing structure provided by the embodiment of the present application includes two writing boards 1, the first connecting member 2 and the connecting assembly 3. Among them, the writing board 1 is arranged to be able to write on both sides, that is, both sides of the writing board 1 can be written. The first connecting member 2 is hinged to two writing boards 1 respectively, then both writing boards 1 can rotate around the first connecting member 2, so that the two writing boards 1 are hinged by the first connecting member 2, and the two writing boards 1 can be folded by 3600. Wherein, in this embodiment, in order to improve the stability of the writing structure, when the second connecting member 31 is connected to the third connecting member 32, the angle formed by the two writing boards 1 is an acute angle. It should also be noted here that in this embodiment, the vertical direction when the writing structure is placed on the target position is set to be the longitudinal direction, as shown in the direction of y in FIG. 1, the first connecting member 2 is hinged to one side of the writing board 1 in the longitudinal direction, that is the top side of writing board 1. The bottom sides of two writing board 1 are used for supporting; the second connecting member 31 or the third connecting member 32 is connected to the lateral side of writing board 1, and the second connecting member 31 or the third connecting member 32 is located at the bottom of the writing board 1, so that the tops of the two writing boards 1 are connected by the first connecting member 2, and the bottoms of the two writing boards 1 are connected by the second connecting member 31 and the third connecting member 32 and thus improving the stability of the entire writing structure. Wherein, the transverse direction is the direction of x as shown in Fig. 1, and the direction of x is perpendicular to the direction of y. Wherein, in this embodiment, the number of first connecting members 2 is set to be two, both the first connecting member 2 are hinged between the two writing boards 1, and the two first connecting members 2 are distributed at interval along the lateral direction of the writing board 1; the number of the second connecting member 31 and the third connecting member 32 is two each, the two second connecting members 31 are respectively provided on both sides of the writing board 1 along the lateral direction, and the two third connecting members 32 are respectively provided on two sides of the writing board 1 along the lateral direction. The two the second connecting members 31 correspond to the two the third connecting members 32 to form a detachable connection; in this way, the stability of the entire writing structure is improved. In the embodiment of the present application, the writing board 1 is arranged to be double-sided for writing, and the two writing boards 1 are hinged through the first connecting member 2, so that the two writing boards 1 can be folded by 360, thus after the two writing boards 1 are folded mutually, the two sides of the two writing boards face the outside to facilitate writing, that is, through the mutual folding operation of the two writing boards 1, both sides of the two writing boards 1 can be written, which improves the utilization rate of the writing board and the material utilization rate of writing board 1 and reduces material waste. In this embodiment, the top sides of the two writing boards 1 in the longitudinal direction are each provided with a rotating shaft 11, the first connecting member 2 is provided with a rotating groove 201, and both rotating shafts 11 are arranged by rotation in the rotating groove 201. Wherein, the rotating shaft 11 extends along the lateral direction of the writing board 1; when the two writing boards 1 are folded with each other, the rotating shaft 11 on the two writing boards 1 rotates laterally in the rotating groove 201, so as to realize the 360° mutual folding of the two writing boards 1. In addition, the arrangement of the rotating shaft 11 and the rotating groove 201 improves the flexibility of rotation when the two writing boards 1 are folded. Please refer to FIGS. 3 and 4 together. In this embodiment, two rotating grooves 201 are provided on the first connecting member 2, that is, there are two rotating grooves 201 on each of the first connecting member 2. The opposite sides of the first connecting member 2 are respectively provided with the first opening 202, and the two the first openings 202 respectively communicate with the two rotating grooves 201 correspondingly. When the two writing boards 1 are spliced together, the rotating shaft 11 on the two writing boards 1 slides into the rotating groove 201 through the two first opening 202 correspondingly, so that the two rotating shaft 11 can rotate in the two rotating groove 201 correspondingly. Correspondingly, the rotating shaft 11 in the rotating groove 201 can also slide into the rotating groove 201 through the first opening 202. By adopting the above technical solution, that is, the detachable cooperation of the rotating shaft 11 and the rotating groove 201 makes the two writing boards 1 can be connected with the first connecting member 2 detachably, so that the two writing boards 1 can be spliced detachably, and the disassembly and assembly operations between the two writing boards are very simple. The writing structure can be easily used and can be disassembled and stored, which improves the convenience of the writing structure. Please refer to FIG.4, in this embodiment, the first connecting member 2 includes a connecting body 21 and a plurality of elastic arms 22 arranged on opposite sides of the connecting body 21, and a plurality of elastic arms 22 on the same side of the connecting body 21 are spaced apart and enclosed to form a rotating groove 201 and the first opening 202. In this way, by adopting the above technical solution, the rotating shaft 11 first squeezes the elastic arm 22 through the first opening 202 to open the elastic arm 22. At this time, the rotating shaft 11 slides into the rotating groove 201. At the same time, the elastic arm 22 is elastically reset and wrapped around the outer circumference of the rotating shaft 11 to ensure that the rotating shaft 11 is confined in the rotating groove 201, and the inner peripheral wall of the elastic arm 22 is cylindrical, which helps to realize the rotating operation of the rotating shaft
11 in the rotating groove 201. In addition, the arrangement of the elastic arm 22 helps
realize that the rotating shaft 11 is detachably arranged in the rotating groove 201.
Please refer to FIG. 2. In this embodiment, both the second connecting member
31 and the third connecting member 32 are arranged in a strip shape, one end of the
second connecting member 31 is connected to one writing board 1, and the other end
of the second connecting member 31 is provided with a plug shaft 311; one end of the
third connecting member 32 is connected to another writing board 1, and the other
end of the third connecting member 32 is provided with a socket 321. When the two
writing boards 1 are folded with each other, the plug shaft 311 and the socket 321 are
separated from each other to avoid interference when the two writing boards 1 are
folded, which helps achieve the mutual folding of the two writing boards; when the
two writing boards 1 complete the mutual folding work , the plug shaft 311 forms a
plug-in fit with the socket 321 detachably, limiting the angle formed by the two
writing boards 1 to an acute angle, so that the entire writing structure is triangular,
which helps realize the stable use of the writing structure. Wherein, the plug-in fit of
the plug shaft 311 and the slot helps improve the flexibility and convenience of the
folding and fixing operations of the two writing boards 1.
Please refer to FIG. 1 and FIG. 2 together. In this embodiment, the second
connecting member 31 and the third connecting member 32 are respectively hinged to
two writing boards 1 and can rotate around the two writing boards 1. It should be
noted here that one end of the second connecting member 31 is hinged to one lateral
side of one writing board 1, and one end of the third connecting member 32 is hinged
to the other lateral side of writing board, when two writing boards 1 needs to be
accommodated, the second connecting member 31 rotates around the writing board 1
to be accommodated on the side wall of one writing board 1, and the third connecting
member 32 rotates around the writing board 1 to be accommodated on the side wall of
the other writing board 1, thereby helping reduce the volume of the writing structure
after accommodation, improving the accommodation and preservation of the writing
structure. In addition, the second connecting member 31 and the third connecting member 32 can respectively rotate around the two writing boards 1, which can adjust the angle formed by the two writing boards 1 and improve the flexibility of the writing structure. In a specific embodiment, the plug shaft 311 and the socket 321 form an articulated connection. After the two writing boards 1 are folded and accommodated, the plug shaft 311 can rotate around the socket 321, which also helps realize the folding and accommodation of the second connecting member 31 and the third connecting member 32 on the writing board 1. In this embodiment, the writing board 1 includes a frame 12 and a board body 13 arranged in the frame 12, and the board body 13 is arranged to be capable of double-sided writing. The two frames 12 are hinged to the first connecting member 2 respectively, and the second connecting member 31 and the third connecting member 32 are respectively connected to the two frames 12 correspondingly. By adopting the above technical solution, the board body 13 does not need to be directly connected to the first connecting member 2, the second connecting member 31 or the third connecting member 32, and the board body 13 does not need to directly support the board body 13, which is helpful to improve the service life of the board body 13. Wherein, the frame 12 can be made of plate, plastic or metal. In this embodiment, the board body 13 is a white board or a blackboard. Both the white board and the blackboard can be used for writing, and are non-disposable items, and can be reused, which improves the utilization rate of the board body 13. In this embodiment, non-slip sleeve 15 is sleeved on frame 12, specifically, non-slip sleeve 15 is sleeved on the four comers of frame 12 to realize the anti-slip effect when it is made into frame 12, improving the stability of the entire writing structure. embodiment 2 and the embodiment 1 is: the first connecting member 2 is provided
with a rotating groove 201; the first connecting member 2 is provided with a second
opening on one side, and the second opening is connected to the rotating groove 201
In this way, the two rotating shafts 11 respectively enter the rotating groove 201
through the second opening, so that both rotating shafts 11 can rotate in the rotating
groove 201. The first connecting member 2 is provided with only a rotating groove
201 and a second opening, which makes the structure of the first connecting member
2 simpler and helps improve the processing efficiency of the parts of the first
connecting member 2, thereby improving production efficiency.

A writing structure, wherein comprising two writing boards, a first connecting member, and a connecting assembly, the writing board is arranged to be able to write on both sides; the first connecting member is hinged to the two writing boards, and the two writing boards are hinged by the first connecting member, and the two writing boards can be folded by 360; the connecting assembly comprises a second connecting member and a third connecting member respectively provided on the two writing boards, the second connecting member and the third connecting member form a detachable connection to limit the angle formed by the two writing boards to be between 0°-180°.
- 2. The writing structure according to claim 1, wherein a rotating shaft is provided on one side of each of the two writing boards, a rotating groove is provided on the first connecting member, and the two rotating shafts are rotatably arranged in the rotating groove.

The writing structure according to claim 2, wherein the first connecting member defines two rotating grooves; the opposite sides of the first connecting member are provided with first openings respectively, and the two first openings are connected to the two rotating groove, the first opening is provided for the rotation shaft to slide into the rotating groove.

The writing structure according to claim 3, wherein the first connecting member comprises a connecting body and a plurality of elastic arms provided on opposite sides of the connecting body, and a plurality of elastic arms on the same side of the connecting body are spaced apart and enclosed to form the rotating groove and the first opening.

The writing structure according to claim 2, wherein the first connecting member is provided with one rotating groove; one side of the first connecting member is provided with a second opening communicating with the rotating groove, and the two rotating shafts enter the rotating groove by passing through the second opening respectively.
- 6. The writing structure according to any one of claims 1-5, wherein the secondconnecting member is provided with a plug shaft, the third connecting member isprovided with a socket, and the plug shaft is detachably fitted with the socket.
- 7. The writing structure according to any one of claims 1-5, wherein the secondconnecting member and the third connecting member are hinged to the two writingboards respectively, and can rotate around the two writing boards to beaccommodated in the sidewall of the two writing boards respectively.

The writing structure according to any one of claims 1-5, wherein the writing boardcomprises a frame and a board body provided in the frame, the board body is arrangedto be able to write on both sides; the frame is hinged to the first connecting member,and the second connecting member and the third connecting member are connected tothe two frames respectively.
- 9. The writing structure according to claim 8, wherein the board body is a white boardor a blackboard.
- 10. The writing structure according to claim 8, wherein a non-slip sleeve is sleeved onthe frame.
