The specific implementation of the present application will be described in more detail herebelow in conjunction with specific embodiments:
Please refer to FIG. 1, FIG. 2, FIG. 3, an embodiment of the present application provides an air inlet filter assembly, including a primary filter screen 100 and a composite filter screen 200 arranged in sequence along an air inlet direction, the primary filter screen 100 and the composite filter screen 200 are detachably connected, the primary filter screen 100 can be cleaned with rinsing liquid to remove attachments attached thereto, and the composite filter screen 200 includes at least an activated carbon layer 220.
It should be noted here that the air inlet filter assembly is arranged close to an air inlet of an air purifier, and the primary filter screen 100 and the composite filter screen 200 are sequentially arranged along the air inlet direction, that is, along an air flow direction. The primary filter screen 100 can primarily filter the air to adsorb part of the pollutants in the air, and the composite filter screen 200 can further filter the air filtered by the primary filter screen 100 to adsorb another part of the pollutants in the air. Therefore, the filtering effect of the air inlet filter assembly can be guaranteed and improved.
Among them, the activated carbon layer 220, through at least the activated carbon layer 220, can filter toxic and harmful gases with a molecular diameter smaller than the micropore diameter of the activated carbon. Based on this, the filtering effect of the composite filter screen 200 can be improved, thereby helping to improve the filtering effect of the air inletfilter assembly.
It should also be noted here that after the air inlet filter assembly is used for a period of time, a large amount of pollutants will accumulate in the primary filter screen 100 to form attachments. At this time, the primary filter screen 100 can be removed from the composite filter screen 200. Then, the primary filter screen 100 is cleaned with rinsing liquid such as clean water to remove the attachments attached to the primary filter screen 100, and after the primary filter screen 100 is dried, the primary filter screen 100 can be reconnected to the composite filter screen 200 so as to reuse the primary filter screen 100, the service life of the air inletfilter assembly can be correspondingly prolonged on the basis of ensuring the filtering effect of the air inlet filter assembly, that is, on the basis of ensuring the performance of the air inlet filter assembly.
It should also be noted here that when the attachments of the primary filter screen 100 are not fully cleaned or the primary filter screen 100 is damaged, the primary filter screen 100 can also be replaced to further prolong the overall service life of the air inlet filter assembly and reduce the replacement costs.
In summary, the air inlet filter assembly provided by the embodiment of the present application first filters the air through the primary filter screen 100 to absorb part of the pollutants in the air, and then further filter the air filtered the primary filter screen 100 through the composite filter screen 200 to absorb another part of the pollutants in the air, which can ensure and improve the filtering effect of the air inlet filter assembly. In which, the activated carbon layer, through at least the activated carbon layer, can filter toxic and harmful gases with a molecular diameter smaller than the micropore diameter of the activated carbon, thereby ensuring and improving the filtering effect of the air inlet filter assembly. In addition, after the air inlet filter assembly has been used for a period of time, the primary filter screen 100 can be disassembled from the composite filter screen 200, and the attachments on the primary filter screen 100 can be cleaned with rinsing liquid to reuse the primary filter screen 100. Based on this, the service life of the air inlet filter assembly can be correspondingly prolonged on the basis of ensuring the filtering effect of the air inlet filter assembly, that is, on the basis of ensuring the performance of the air inlet filter assembly; even when the attachments attached to the primary filter screen 100 are not fully cleaned, or the primary filter screen 100 is damaged, the primary filter screen 100 can be replaced to further extend the overall service life of the air inlet filter assembly and reduce the replacement costs.
Please refer to FIG. 1, FIG. 2, FIG. 3. In this embodiment, a first velcro 300 is connected to is a side of the primary filter screen 100 facing towards the composite filter screen 200, and a second velcro 400 opposite to the first velcro 300 is connected to a side of the composite filter screen 200 facing towards the primary filter screen 100. One of the first velcro 300 and the second velcro 400 has a matte surface, and the other has a hook surface, and the matte surface and the hook surface can be detachably adhered.
It should be noted here that when the side of the first velcro 300 facing the second velcro 400 is the matte surface, the side of the second velcro 400 facing the first velcro 300 is the hook surface. Conversely, when the side of the first velcro 300 facing the second velcro 400 is the hook surface, the side of the second velcro 400 facing the first velcro 300 is the matte surface. By adhering the hook surface and the matte surface in position, a stable connection relationship can be established between the primary filter screen 100 and the composite filter screen 200.
Therefore, by adopting the above solution, the primary filter screen 100 can be detachably connected to the composite filter screen 200 by aligning the first velcro 300 and the second velcro 400. Based on this, on the one hand, there is a strong adhesion between the primary filter screen 100 and the composite filter screen 200, which can ensure that the position of the primary filter screen 100 relative to the composite filter screen 200 is fixed, thereby helping to ensure and improve the performance of the primary filter screen 100; on the other hand, after the primary filter screen 100 is cleaned, the adhesion performance of the first velcro 300 to the second velcro 400 can be basically unaffected. Based on this, the reuse rate of the primary filter screen 100 can be ensured and improved, thereby facilitating the extension of the overall service life of the air inlet filter assembly.
