Description
[0001] The disclosure relates to the field of energy utilization, particularly to anew material

[0002] With the development of economy and the progress of society, use of clean energy has
become an important link for today's social development and progress, and utilization of energy
is mainly utilization of solar energy.
[0003] A solar flat plate collector, as one of solar water heaters, has attracted more and more
attentions due to its reliable operation and easy combination with buildings.
[0004] The most common representation of the flat plate collector is water mist which is
formed by a fact that water evaporates when being heated and condenses into diffuse drops
when being cooled, and mainly comes from residual moisture, infiltrated moisture and damp
returning moisture. Some of these phenomena are caused by external factors and can only work
through internal reasons. The main internal reason is that a collector cavity has poor airtightness,
which results in the infiltration and damp returning of external moisture and dust. The invasion
of environmental factors can directly or indirectly cause secondary hazards through water.
[0005] Furthermore, in the solar flat plate collector, the thermal collection plate is a core
component whose performance directly affects the size of a thermal efficiency factor. There are
many manufacturers of solar heat absorbing plate cores at home and abroad, most of the
designed flat plate collectors adopt an all aluminum heat absorbing plate core, an all copper heat
absorbing plate core or a copper-aluminum composite heat absorbing plate core. Due to their
own materials, the above types of plate cores are easily oxidized, and have undesirable thermal
conductivity and fatigue resistance at high temperatures.
[0006] In summary, the solar flat plate collector in the prior art has the main problems: 1. due
to the objective factors of airtightness, moisture and dust easily enter the collector so as to affect
the heat collecting property; 2. the material of the collector sheet has the problems of easy

[0057] the waterproof breathable film 620 is arranged in the cavity 611 and abutted against the third annular bulge 613;
[0058] as shown in Figs. 6 and 7, the protective cover 640 includes an outer cylinder 641 and a connection cylinder 642 which are connected, a part of the connection cylinder 642 is inserted into the cavity 611 and abutted against the waterproof breathable film 620, the waterproof breathable film 620 is positioned through the combined action of the cylinder wall of the connection cylinder 642 and the third annular protrusion 613, the cylinder wall of the exposed part of the connection cylinder 642 is provided with a vent hole 643, and the cavity 611 is communicated with external through the vent hole 643.
[0059] The waterproof breathable film 620 preferably adopts a microporous film made of polytetrafluoroethylene. The waterproof breathable film 620 can allow water vapor molecules to penetrate and meanwhile block liquid water droplets to penetrate; when the temperature inside the collector cavity 110 rises, the pressure inside the collector cavity 110 also rises, and the formed water vapor can be discharged to the external through the waterproof breathable film
620; when a temperature difference between the collector cavity 110 and the external is not large, for example a long rainy day in the south, a part of the water vapor outside may be absorbed by the waterproof breathable film 620 to enter the cavity 611, and the water vapor may also enter the collector cavity 110, at this moment, the moisture absorption fiber 630 can be used to absorb a small amount of water vapor from the external or the inside of the collector cavity 110 so that the external water vapor does not directly enter the heat collecting cavity 110 or absorbs a small amount of water vapor in the heat collecting cavity 110; when the weather improves, the temperature in the collector cavity 110 continues to rise, and the moisture absorbed by the moisture absorption fiber 630 is directly evaporated and discharged through the waterproof breathable film 620, so as to achieve the purpose of eliminating humidity.
[0060] Preferably, the replaceable ventilation device 600 also includes a filter screen 650, the filter screen 650 is fixed near the port of the second annular protrusion 612, the filter screen 650 uses a metal filter screen 650, when in use, the filter screen 650 can absorb a certain amount of dust in the air, thereby enhancing the dust absorption performance of the replaceable ventilation device 600.
[0061] It should be noted that due to long-term use, when dusts are accumulated on the waterproof breathable film 620 to form blockage, or a large amount of moisture is gathered in the moisture absorption fiber 630 to possibly enter the collector cavity 110, the waterproof breathable film 620 and the moisture absorption fiber 630 need to be changed, at this moment, the replaceable ventilation device 600 is entirely pulled out of the first mounting passage 710 and the second mounting passage 721 by releasing the elastic clamping member 800, and then re-inserted into the first mounting passage 710 and the second mounting passage 721 after the waterproof breathable film 620 and moisture absorption fiber 630 in the replaceable ventilation device 600 are replaced, so as to be used.
[0062] However, due to some objective factors, a user has no spare replaceable ventilation device 600, or for some small towns and rural users, it spends long time in purchasing the spare replaceable ventilation device 600 or the waterproof breathable film 620 and moisture absorption fiber 630. But, after the replaceable ventilation device 600 is taken away, the first mounting passage 710 and the second mounting passage 721 are directly communicated with the external, the external water vapor and dust can directly enter the collector cavity 110 so as to affect the heat collection performance and service life of the solar collector. Therefore, in the technical proposal of this application, the elastic clamping member 800 is specially designed.
[0063] As shown in Figs. 3 and 5, it is preferable that the elastic clamping member 800 in this
application includes a drive rod 810, a clamping member 820 and a spring 830, wherein the
spring 830 is penetrated on the drive rod 810, the clamping member 820 is fixed at the end of
the drive rod 810, and the installation groove 722 formed in the seat 720 includes a first groove
body 723 and a second groove body 724 from outer to inner, wherein the diameter of the first
groove 723 is smaller than that of the second groove 724, the drive rod 810 is penetrated in the
first groove body 723 and the second body 724, and both ends of the spring 830 are respectively
abutted against the groove bottom of the second groove 724 and the clamping member 820.
When the spring 830 is under the pressure or in the released state, the clamping member 820
can move in the second groove body 724 and the first mounting passage 710.
[0064] In addition, the outer wall of the shell 610 is provided with a clamping groove 614, and
the size of the clamping groove 614 fits to that of the clamping member 820 and used for
accommodating the clamping member 820. When the clamping members 820 are inserted into
the first mounting passage 710 and the second mounting passage 721, the clamping member
820 can be inserted in the clamping groove 614 to fix the shell 610, and meanwhile block the
first mounting passage 710, at this moment, the spring 830 is in the compressed state;
[0065] when the replaceable ventilation device 600 is pulled out into the first mounting
passage 710 and the second mounting passage 721, because the spring 830 is in the released
state, two clamping members 820 are butted in the second mounting passage 721 under the
driving force of the spring 830, thus playing the role in sealing the second mounting passage
721.
[0066] As shown in Fig. 5, it is preferred that in order to improve the sealing performance of
the two clamping members 820 to the second mounting passage 721, the end of one of the two
clamping members 820 is provided with an insertion strip 821, and the end of the other
clamping member is provided with an insertion groove for accommodating the insertion strip,
and then when the two clamping members 820 are butted, the insertion strip 821 is inserted into
the insertion groove to increase the sealing effect of the second mounting passage 721.

user has no spare replaceable ventilation device 600, or it takes a long time to purchase the
spare replaceable ventilation device, when the replaceable ventilation device 600 is taken out, the clamping members 820 in the elastic clamping member 800 can be automatically butted, and then the second mounting passage 721 is sealed, thereby preventing external moisture or dust from entering the collector cavity 110, and effectively guaranteeing the use performance of the solar collector.
[0068] Preferably, in order to further improve the blocking effect of the solar collector on the
external dust, as shown in Figs. 6 and 7, in the technical solution of this application, the outer
margin of the outer cylinder 641 is provided with a bent edge 644, the bent edge 644 surrounds

720 right opposite to the bent edge 644, the fourth annular bulge 725 together with the bent
edge 644 forms an air flue, and the fourth annular bulge 725 is made of an elastic material such
as a rubber ring, when the external air enters the air flue, a part of the dust can be blocked due to
the blockage effect of the fourth annular bulge 725.
[0069] Preferably, the inner wall of the outer cylinder 641 is set as a concave arc shape.
Through the concave arc-shaped inner wall, the air can be guided, so that the air can be
smoothly discharged from the air flue, and it is avoided that the turbulence between the outer
cylinder and the seat is formed to cause poor exhausting.

[0072] Where, the silver ion can play a role in strengthening aluminum and copper matrixes,
thereby improving the strength and hardness of the matrix; beryllium is an effective deoxidizer
for copper, which improves the high-temperature oxidation resistance of copper; nickel can
significantly improve the strength, hardness, thermal stability and corrosion resistance of
aluminum and copper matrixes; manganese silicide is used to improve the mechanical
properties and corrosion resistance of aluminum and copper matrixes; by adding rare earth
elements such as lanthanum, cerium, ytterbium, neodymium and terbium, the melted aluminum
copper metal materials can better realize the process of degassing, deoxidizing and impurity removal, thereby ensuring the consistency of the solidification direction of molten metal and improving the metal performance of the material; the rare earth aluminum copper alloy can maintain high strength and stability while improving the thermal conductivity, thereby playing role in promoting the energy transfer.
