Field of Technology
The present disclosure relates to the technical field of earphones, and in particular, to a
headphone.
Background Technology
Earphones are one of the commonly used devices for playing music, especially headphones
are becoming more and more popular because of their sound quality. At present, headphones
connected to audio sources through wireless technology are more and more frequently used, and
are gradually becoming the majority. In order to continue using the wireless headphone when it
is out of battery, an audio jack for wired connection is also provided, which is used in
cooperation with an audio cable. However, the connection between the conventional audio cable
and the headphone body is usually not reliable enough, which may easily cause the audio cable
to detach from the headphone body when the user moves.
Summary
An objective of the present disclosure is to provide a headphone which has a more reliable
connection between an audio cable and a headphone body.
In order to achieve the above objective, the present disclosure provides a headphone,
including two earpieces and a head band connecting the two earpieces. One of the earpieces is
provided with an insertion hole for inserting an audio cable. The audio cable is detachably
connected to the headphone body by means of snap fitting.
Further, a ring is sleeved on the audio cable, and a groove matching the ring is provided
correspondingly in the insertion hole, so that the audio cable and the headphone body are
detachably assembled by means of snap fitting.
Further, the audio cable includes a wire core, a sleeve and pins. Two ends of the wire core are respectively connected to each of the pins, and the sleeve is sleeved on the wire core and the pins with the pins partially exposed outside the sleeve. The ring is sleeved on an end of the sleeve near one of the pins.
Further, the ring is a soft rubber ring.
Further, a protrusion is provided in the insertion hole, and a groove matching the protrusion is provided correspondingly on the audio cable, so that the audio cable and the headphone body are detachably assembled by means of snap fitting.
Further, the audio cable includes a wire core, a sleeve and pins. Two ends of the wire core are respectively connected to each of the pins, and the sleeve is sleeved on the wire core and the pins with the pins partially exposed outside the sleeve. The groove is provided on an end of the sleeve near one of the pins.
Compared with the prior art, the audio cable is detachably connected into the insertion hole of the headphone body by means of snap fitting in the present disclosure, and the connection between the audio cable and the headphone body may be more reliable by snap fitting, which may avoid the situation that the audio cable is easily separated from the headphone body when the user moves.
The present disclosure will become clearer through the following description in conjunction with the accompanying drawings. These drawings are used to explain embodiments of the present disclosure.
Brief Description of the Drawings
Fig. 1 is a structural view of a headphone according to an embodiment of the present disclosure;
Fig. 2 is a cross-sectional view of the connection part between an audio cable and an insertion hole of the headphone of the present disclosure;
Fig. 3 is a structural view of an audio cable of the headphone of the present disclosure; and
Fig. 4 is a cross-sectional view of an insertion hole of the headphone of the present disclosure.
Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments will be clearly and completely described below in conjunction with the drawings in the embodiments of the present disclosure. Similar reference numbers in the drawings represent similar components. Obviously, the embodiments to be described below are merely a part of the embodiments of the present disclosure, rather than all the embodiments. Based on the embodiments of the present disclosure, all other embodiments obtained by a person of ordinary skill in the art without creative work shall fall within the scope of protection of the present disclosure.
Referring to Figs. 1 to 4, Figs. 1 to 4 illustrate an embodiment of the headphone 1 provided by the present disclosure. In the embodiment shown in the drawings, the headphone 1 includes a headphone body 10 and an audio cable 20. The headphone body 10 includes two earpieces 102 and a head band 101 connecting the two earpieces 102. One of the earpieces 102 is provided with an insertion hole 103 for inserting an audio cable 20. The audio cable 20 is detachably connected to the headphone body 10 by means of snap fitting. Based on the above design, the audio cable 20 is detachably connected into the insertion hole 103 of the headphone body 10 by means of snap fitting, and the connection between the audio cable 20 and the headphone body 10 may be more reliably by snap fitting, which may avoid the situation that the audio cable 20 is easily separated from the headphone body 10 when the user moves.
Referring to Figs. 2 to 4, in the embodiment shown in the drawings, a ring 203 is sleeved on the audio cable 20, and a groove 1031 matching the ring 203 is provided correspondingly in the insertion hole 103, so that the audio cable 20 and the headphone body 10 are detachably assembled by means of snap fitting. Preferably, the ring 203 is a soft rubber ring, and the soft rubber ring fixes the audio cable 20 into the insertion hole103 of the headphone body 10 through the groove 1031.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, the audio cable 20 includes a wire core, a sleeve 201 and pins 202. Two ends of the wire core are respectively connected to each of the pins 202, and the sleeve 201 is sleeved on the wire core and the pins 202 with the pins 202 partially exposed outside the sleeve 201. The ring 203 is sleeved on an end of the sleeve 201 near one of the pins 202, and the groove 1031 is provided on a lower end part in the insertion hole 103. Based on this design, when the pin 202 is inserted into the insertion hole 103, a part of the sleeve 201 close to the pin 202 is also inserted into the insertion hole 103, and the ring 203 sleeved on the sleeve 201 may be pushed into the groove 1031 under the force applied, and a reliable connection between the audio cable 20 and the headphone body 10 is achieved through the cooperation with the groove 1031.
It is to be understood, in some other embodiments, the groove 1031 may be provided on the sleeve 201 of the audio cable 20, accordingly, a protrusion may be provided in the insertion hole 103, so that the audio cable 20 and the headphone body 10 may also be detachably assembled by means of snap fitting, namely a reliable connection between the audio cable 20 and the headphone body 10 is achieved through the cooperation between the protrusion and the groove 1031.
In summary, the audio cable is detachably connected into the insertion hole of the headphone body by means of snap fitting in the present disclosure, and the connection between the audio cable and the headphone body may be more reliable by snap fitting, which may avoid the situation that the audio cable is easily separated from the headphone body when the user moves.
The present disclosure is described above in conjunction with the preferred embodiments, but the present disclosure is not limited thereto, and shall cover various modifications and equivalent combinations based on the spirit of the present disclosure.
