Abstract

The invention discloses an anthropometic device for costume design, which is composed of a horizontal pedal and a pair of measuring scales at the pedal's upper end. Wherein, the measuring scales comprise a height measuring scale perpendicular to the pedal and a width measuring scale perpendicular to the height measuring scale. Besides, the width measuring scale can slide up and down along the height measuring scale. The top end of the height measuring scale and the two ends of the width measuring scale are respectively provided with a pressing and releasing component. The measuring plate connected with the pressing and releasing component on the height measuring scale can slide fit with the height measuring scale. In addition, a pair of measuring plates respectively connected with a pair of pressing and releasing components on the width measuring scale can slide fit with the width measuring scale, and a pair of measuring plates are connected with a tension spring. With the above structure, the measurement workload of designers can be reduced and the measurement efficiency can be improved.

An Anthropometric Device for Costume Design
TECHNICAL FIELD
[01] The invention relates to a measuring device, in particular to an anthropometic device for costume design.
BACKGROUND
[02] It is necessary to measure people's height and shoulder width in fashion design, so an anthropometic device for fashion design is needed.
[03] Chinese patent CN201620322881.3 discloses an anthropometic device for costume design, which includes a pedal arranged horizontally. On the pedal, an upright post is vertically fixed, with a microscler through-hole longitudinally arranged. A groove is arranged in the middle of a horizontally arranged horizontal scale, and the groove is buckled on the upright post. A screw is inserted into the hole in the middle of the horizontal scale and threaded with a nut through the microscler through-hole on the upright post. A measuring plate is horizontally arranged above the horizontal scale, being vertical with the horizontal scale. One end of the measuring plate is provided with a narrow edge which is inserted into the microscler through-hole on the upright post. A bolt passes through a hole on the baffle plate and is in threaded connection with the measuring plate. The upright post is provided with vertical scale and the horizontal scale is provided with horizontal calibration.
[04] When utilizing above patent to measure the size of a certain person, the designer should adjust the height of the measuring plate by tightening or loosening the screw so as to measure the size of the person, which results in a lot of workload and slow measurement efficiency.
SUMMARY
[05] In view of above shortcomings, the present invention provides an anthropometic device for costume design with less workload for designers and high measurement efficiency.
[06] To achieve the above purpose, the present invention provides the following technical scheme.
[07] An anthropometic device for costume design is comprised of a horizontal pedal and a pair of measuring scales at the pedal's upper end. Wherein, the measuring scales comprise a height measuring scale perpendicular to the pedal and a width measuring scale perpendicular to the height measuring scale. Besides, the width measuring scale can slide up and down along the height measuring scale. The top end of the height measuring scale and the two ends of the width measuring scale are respectively provided with a pressing and releasing component. The measuring plate connected with the pressing and releasing component on the height measuring scale can slide fit with the height measuring scale. In addition, a pair of measuring plates respectively connected with a pair of pressing and releasing components on the width measuring scale can slide fit with the width measuring scale, and a pair of measuring plates are connected with a tension spring.
[08] Furthermore, the pressing and releasing component has a shell with a coil spring inside. Moreover, the coil spring is winded with a rope, whose free end is connected with the corresponding measuring plate. The shell is pivoted with a locking arm, which is pressed on the rope under the action of a torsion spring to lock the rope. Beside, a drawstring is arranged on the locking arm so that the locking arm can rotate to release the rope by pulling the drawstring. The measuring plate slides along the height / width measuring scale.
[09] Further, the measuring plate comprises a first T-shaped sliding block which is in sliding coordination with the T-shaped groove on the height / width measuring scale. The outer end of the first T-shaped sliding block is provided with an extension plate, and the first T-shaped sliding block is connected with the corresponding rope.
[010] Further, the locking arm comprises a rotating rod which is pivoted on the side wall of the shell through the torsion spring. Besides, one side of the rotating rod is provided with a wire pressing rod, and the rope can be locked between the wire pressing rod and the inner wall of the second wire passing hole at the lower end of the shell.
[011] Further, one end of the wire pressing rod is provided with a sealing head, and the rope can be locked between the sealing head and the inner wall of the second wire passing hole.
[012] Further, the end of the rotating rod is provided with a clamping hook, and when the measuring plate is in contact with the shell, the clamping hook engages with the clamping groove on the corresponding first T-shaped sliding block.
[013] Further, two sides of the first T-shaped sliding block are respectively provided with a friction rubber strip, which is attached to the inner wall of the corresponding T-shaped groove.
[014] Further, a second T-shaped sliding block is arranged in the middle of the rear side of the width measuring scale, and the second T-shaped sliding block is in sliding fit with the corresponding T-shaped groove on the height measuring scale, and the height of the width measuring scale is defined by bolt connection between the second T-shaped sliding block and the height measuring scale.
[015] It can be seen from the above technical scheme that the advantages of the present invention are as follows.

Because the pressing and releasing component and the measuring plate are arranged in the invention, the position of the measuring plate can be changed by tightening or releasing the drawstring, so that the height and shoulder width of the human body can be measured, which makes it easy to operate, reduces the workload of designers and improves the measuring efficiency.
[017] 2. Because there is a friction rubber strip between the measuring plate and the height / width measuring scale, the friction force is increased, which can prevent the measuring plate from suddenly hitting people's bodies and causing pain.

DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
[027] The technical scheme in the embodiments of the present invention will be described clearly and completely with reference to the figures in the embodiments of the present invention. Obviously, the described embodiments are only part of the embodiments of the present invention, not all of them. Based on the embodiments of the present invention, all other embodiments obtained by ordinary technicians in the field without creative labour should belong to the protection scope of the present invention.
[028] Referring to fig. 1 to fig. 6, an anthropometic device for costume design as shown in fig. 1, fig. 2 and fig. 3 comprises a horizontal pedal (1) and a pair of measuring scales (2) at the pedal's upper end. Wherein, the measuring scales (2) comprise a height measuring scale (2A) perpendicular to the pedal and a width measuring scale (2B) perpendicular to the height measuring scale (2B). A second T-shaped sliding block (7) is arranged on the middle of the rear side of the width measuring scale (2B). The second T-shaped sliding block (7) is in sliding fit with the corresponding T-shaped groove (21) on the height measuring scale (2A), and the height of the width measuring scale (2B) is defined by bolt connection between the second T-shaped sliding block (7) and the height measuring scale (2A). Wherein, the top end of the height measuring scale (2A) and the two ends of the width measuring scale (2B) are respectively provided with a pressing and releasing component (4). Moreover, the measuring plate (3) connected with the pressing and releasing component (4) can slide fit with the height measuring scale (2A). In addition, a pair of measuring plates (3) respectively connected with a pair of pressing and releasing components (4) on the width measuring scale (2B) can slide fit with the width measuring scale (2B). A pair of measuring plates (3) are respectively provided with a hook and are connected with a tension spring (6), wherein one end of the tension spring (6) is hung on a hook, and the other end is hung on another hook.
[029] As shown in fig. 4, the pressing and releasing component (4) has a shell (41) with a coil spring (44) inside. Moreover, the coil spring (44) is winded with a rope (45), whose free end passes through the second wire passing hole (411) on the side wall of the shell (41) to connect with the corresponding measuring plate (3). The shell (41) is pivoted with a locking arm (42), which is pressed on the rope (45) under the action of a torsion spring (43) to lock the rope (45). Beside, a drawstring (46) is arranged on the locking arm (42), and one end of the drawstring (46) is hung on the second hanging ring (423) of the locking arm (42). The other end of the drawstring (46) extends out of the height (2A)/ width (2B) measuring scale through the first wire passing hole (22) of the height (2A)/ width (2B) measuring scale. The measured person can pull the drawstring (46) by himself to release the rope (45). During the release of the rope (45), the measuring plate (3) moves under the action of gravity or tension spring (6), and the measuring plate (3) stops moving after touching the human body. At the same time, releasing the drawstring (46). The locking arm (42) is reset under the action of the torsion spring (43) to lock the rope (45), which is convenient for the designer to record, reduces the designer's workload and improves the measurement efficiency.

The fixed block (33) on the first T-shaped sliding block (31) is connected with the corresponding rope (45). The fixed block (33) is provided with a first hanging ring (34), and the free end of the rope (45) is fixed on the corresponding first hanging ring (34).
[032] As shown in fig. 4 and fig. 6, the locking arm (42) comprises a rotating rod (421) which is pivoted on the side wall of the shell (41) through the torsion spring (43). Besides, one side of the rotating rod (421) is provided with a wire pressing rod (424), and one end of the wire pressing rod (424) is provided with a sealing head (4241). Besides, the rope (45) can be locked between the sealing head (4241) and the inner wall of the second wire passing hole (411). When the rope (45) is clamped, the position of the measuring plate (3) is fixed. Moreover, the end of the rotating rod (421) is provided with a clamping hook (422). When the bump (332) on the fixed block (33) contacts with the shell (41), the clamping hook (422) is engaged with the clamping groove (331) on the corresponding fixed block (33), so that the measuring plate (3) is fixed at the end of the height (2A) / width (2B) measuring scale.
[033] As showm in fig. 4, two sides of the first T-shaped sliding block (31) are respectively provided with a friction rubber strip (5), which is attached to the inner wall of the corresponding T-shaped groove (21). The force of friction between the measuring plate (3) and the height (2A) / width (2B) measuring scale is increased due to the setting of the friction rubber strip (5), which can prevent the measuring plate (3) from suddenly hitting the human body and causing pain.
[034] In the above structure, when the height of a person needs to be measured, the measured person stands on the pedal (1), then pulls the drawstring (46) on the height measuring scale (2A), and the locking arm (42) rotates, the rope (45) is released, and the measuring plate (3) moves downward under the action of gravity. When the measuring plate (3) touches the head of the person, releasing the drawstring (46) to clamp the rope (45). At this time, the designer can measure the height of the measured person by reading on the height measuring scale (2A). When it is necessary to measure the width of a person, the measured person stands on the pedal (1), first moves the width measuring scale (2B) to the position corresponding to his own body part, then pulls the drawstring (46) at both ends of the width measuring scale (2B), so that the locking arm (42) rotates, and a pair of measuring plates 3 are close to each other. When the measuring plate (3) touches the human body, the drawstring (46) is released, so that the rope (45) is clamped. At this time, the designer can measure the width of the measured person by reading on the width measuring scale (2B).
[035] When it is necessary to reset the measuring plate (3) on the height measuring scale (2A), pulling the drawstring (46) to release the rope (45), then pushing the measuring plate (3) upward manually. When the measuring plate (3) touches the shell (41), the drawstring (46) is released to clamp the rope (45), and the measuring plate (3) is clamped with the locking arm (42). When it is necessary to reset the measuring plate (3) at both ends of the width measuring scale (2B), pulling the drawstring (46) at one end to release the corresponding rope (45), then pushing the corresponding measuring plate (3) so that the measuring plate (3) touches the corresponding shell (41), and then the corresponding drawstring (46) is released to clamp the corresponding rope (45), and the measuring plate (3) is engaged with the locking arm (42). The other end is the same.

THE CLAIMS DEFINING THE INVENTION ARE AS FOLLOWS:
1. An anthropometic device for costume design is comprised of a horizontal
pedal (1) and a pair of measuring scales (2) at the pedal's upper end. Wherein, the
measuring scales (2) comprise a height measuring scale (2A) perpendicular to the
pedal (1) and a width measuring scale (2B) perpendicular to the height measuring
scale (2A). Besides, the width measuring scale (2B) can slide up and down along the
height measuring scale (2A). It is characterized in that the top end of the height
measuring scale (2A) and the two ends of the width measuring scale (2B) are
respectively provided with a pressing and releasing component (4). The measuring
plate (3) connected with the pressing and releasing component (4) on the height
measuring scale (2A) can slide fit with the height measuring scale (2A). In addition,
a pair of measuring plates (3) respectively connected with a pair of pressing and
releasing components (4) on the width measuring scale (2B) can slide fit with the
width measuring scale (2B), and a pair of measuring plates (3) are connected with a
tension spring (6). Moreover, the pressing and releasing component (4) has a shell (41)
with a coil spring (44) inside. Besides, the coil spring (44) is winded with a rope (45),

characterized in that the measuring plate (3) comprises a first T-shaped sliding block
(31) which is in sliding coordination with the T-shaped groove on the height (2A)/
width (2B) measuring scale. The outer end of the first T-shaped sliding block (31) is
provided with an extension plate (32), and the first T-shaped sliding block (31) is
connected with the corresponding rope (45).
3. The anthropometic device for costume design according to claim 2 is
characterized in that the locking arm (2) comprises a rotating rod (421) which is pivoted
on the side wall of the shell (41) through the torsion spring (43). Besides, one side of
the rotating rod (421) is provided with a wire pressing rod (424), and the rope (45) can
be locked between the wire pressing rod (424) and the inner wall of the second wire
passing hole (411) at the lower end of the shell (41).
4. The anthropometic device for costume design according to claim 3 is
characterized in that one end of the wire pressing rod (424) is provided with a sealing
head (4241), and the rope (45) can be locked between the sealing head (4241) and the
inner wall of the second wire passing hole (411).

characterized in that the end of the rotating rod (421) is provided with a clamping hook
(422), and when the measuring plate (3) is in contact with the shell (41), the clamping
hook (422) engages with the clamping groove (311) on the corresponding first T-shaped
