Description

Specifications
Transmission Assembly
Technical Field:
The invention relates to a transmission assembly.
Background:
Transmission is widely used in motors, which is frequently used in wind turbines, and it
is an important mechanical component, i.e., a direct-current transmission, whose the main
function is to transmit the power generated by wind wheels to generators and make them get
corresponding rotating speeds. Usually, the speed of the wind wheel is very low, which is far
from the speed required by the generator. It must be realized by the speed-increasing action of
the gear pair of the transmission, so the transmission is also called the speed-increasing box.
To save installation space, the existing transmission and motor are mostly integrated
installation structures, that is, the motor casing is directly fixed on the transmission body, as
shown in the Figure 4. In this structure, the motor casing is rigidly connected with the
transmission body, and vibration will be generated when the motor rotates, which will be
directly transmitted to the transmission body. In the long run, it will cause deflection of the
motor rotating axle and wear of gears in the transmission body, and the structure has certain
defects.
Summary:
The present invention provides a transmission assembly so as to solve the aforesaid
problems in the prior art.
According to the technical proposal adopted by the invention, the transmission assembly
comprises a transmission and a motor, wherein the rotating axle of the motor is connected
with the input end of the transmission, and four buffer units are fixed between the
transmission and the motor and arranged along the circumferential direction of the
Specifications
transmission;
The buffer unit comprises a fixing block and a buffer pad, wherein the fixing block has a
right-angle structure with a vertical side and a horizontal side, and a buffer pad is respectively
fixed on the upper and lower end faces of the horizontal side in thefixing block.
Further, the upper and lower end faces of the horizontal side of the fixing block are both
provided with limiting grooves, and the buffer pad is provided with limiting protrusions
matched with the limiting grooves.
Further, the side wall of the horizontal side in the fixing block is provided with a
threaded hole which is communicated with the limiting groove.
Further, the end face of the buffer pad is provided with anti-slip threads.
Further, the fixing block is made of AL alloy.
The invention has the following beneficial effects: The buffer unit is additionally
arranged, which avoids rigid connection between the motor casing and the transmission body
and plays a role in shock absorption; the buffer unit has a simple structure, and comprises an
AL alloy fixing block and a buffer pad with a buffer effect, wherein the fixing block is used as
a base block to safeguard the installation effect, and the fastening effect is good; and the
buffer pad plays a role in shock absorption.
Brief Description of the Drawings:
Figure 1 is a structural diagram of the present invention.
Figure 2 is a structural diagram of a buffer unit according to the present invention.
Figure 3 is a structural diagram of a fixing block according to the present invention.
Figure 4 is an installation structural diagram of a transmission and a motor in the prior
art.
Detailed Description: of the Embodiments:
The present invention will be further explained with reference to the accompanying
drawings.
Specifications
As shown in the Figure 1 to Figure 3, a transmission assembly of the present invention
includes a transmission 1, a motor 2 and buffer units 3, rotating axle of the motor 2 is
connected with the input end of the transmission 1, four buffer units 3 are fixed between the
transmission 1 and the motor 2, and the four buffer units 3 are arranged along the
circumferential direction of the transmission 1.
The buffer unit 3 includes a fixing block 31 and a buffer pad 32. The fixing block 31 is
made of AL alloy and is fixedly connected to the transmission body by screws. The fixing
block 31 has a right-angled structure with a vertical side 311 and a horizontal side 312, and
the buffer pad 32 has a rectangular structure. A buffer pad 32 is fixed on the upper and lower
end faces of the horizontal side of the fixing block 31.
To better position the buffer pad 32 on the fixing block 31, upper and lower end faces of
the horizontal side 312 in the fixing block 31 are provided with limiting grooves 313, and the
buffer pad 32 is provided with limiting protrusions matched with the limiting grooves 313.
A threaded hole 314 is formed on the side wall of the horizontal side 312 of the fixing
block 31, and the threaded hole 314 is communicated with the limiting groove 313. A screw is
screwed into the threaded hole 314, and the screw is threadedly connected to the limiting
protrusion of the buffer pad 32, and then the buffer pad 32 is fastened to the fixing block 31.
The end face of the buffer pad 32 is provided with anti-slip threads. The anti-slip thread
may increase the friction between the buffer pad 32 and the motor casing and between the
buffer pad 32 and the transmission 1.
The aforesaid is only the preferred embodiment of the present invention, and it shall be
expressed that for ordinary technicians in the technical field, some improvements may be
made without departing from the principle of the present invention, and these improvements
shall also be deemed as the protection scope of the present invention.
