Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the utility model will be clearly
and fully described below in combination with the drawings in the embodiments of
the utility model. Apparently, the described embodiments are merely part of the
embodiments of the utility model, not all of the embodiments. Based on the
embodiments in the utility model, all other embodiments obtained by those ordinary skilled in the art without contributing creative labor will belong to the protection scope of the utility model.
With reference to Fig. 1 to Fig. 5, an auxiliary mask wearing device comprises
a housing 1, an ear strap 2, a coiling piece 3, connecting pieces 4 and clamps 5. A
movable cavity 11 with two open ends is arranged in the housing 1, and a coiling
cavity 12 communicated with the movable cavity 11 is also arranged in the housing
1; one end of each connecting piece 4 is slidably installed in the movable cavity 11,
and the other end of the connecting piece 4 extends out of the movable cavity 11 to
the outside; the clamps 5 are installed on the ends of the connecting pieces 4
extending out of the movable cavity 11 for clamping the side edges of a mask; the
coiling piece 3 is rotatably installed in the coiling cavity 12; two connecting pieces
4 are arranged, and the connecting pieces 4 are respectively installed on both ends
of the housing 1; two clamps 5 corresponding to the connecting pieces 4 are
arranged; the ear strap 2 is twined on the coiling piece 3; and both ends of the ear
strap 2 are distributed along the movable cavity 11, and finally respectively
connected with the two connecting pieces 4.
Specifically, before the auxiliary mask wearing device is used, the ear strap is
twined on the coiling piece; the coiling piece is in the first state in which the
coiling piece is fixed to the housing; and the two connecting pieces are stored in
the movable cavity. Thus, the entire auxiliary mask wearing device is in the folded
and stored state, which is convenient for the user to carry.
During use, the coiling piece can be firstly adjusted by the user from the first
state to the second state; then, the two clamps 5 are pulled to completely pull out
the two connecting pieces 4 from the movable cavity 11, so as to clamp two side edges of the mask by the clamps arranged on the two connecting pieces; finally, the coiling piece 3 is rotated by the user according to the head size of the user to partially coil the ear strap into the movable cavity, so as to adjust the length of both ends of the ear strap 2; and then, the coiling piece is adjusted to the first state in which the coiling piece is locked with the housing, so as to meet the needs of different users for the wearing tightness of the mask.
It should be noted that the connection between the ear strap 2 and the
connecting pieces 4, and the connection between the ear strap 2 and the coiling
piece 3 are fixed connections to better contract and elongate the ear strap 2 and
make the overall structure more stable.
In conclusion, one coiling piece 3, two connecting pieces 4 and two clamps 5
are designed in the housing 1; the ear strap 2 twined on the coiling piece 3 is
respectively connected with the connecting pieces 4 on both ends; a connector is
connected with the clamps 5; the mask is clamped by the clamps; and the length of
the ear strap is adjusted so as to adjust the wearing tightness of the mask.
In particular, the coiling piece may be locked with the housing through a
buckle, Velcro or magnetic attractable fixation. The first state and the second state
of the coiling piece can be adjusted by the user according to actual needs.
In the utility model, the buckle connection is adopted. As shown in Fig. 1 to
Fig. 7, one end of the coiling piece 3 penetrates through the coiling cavity 12 to the
outside, and a plurality of clamping blocks 33 are arranged on the end; and a
plurality of clamping grooves 122 corresponding to the clamping blocks 33 are
arranged beside the coiling cavity 12. The clamping blocks 33 have a first state in
which the clamping blocks are clamped with the clamping grooves 122 to limit the coiling piece 3 to be locked with the housing and a second state in which the clamping blocks are separated from the clamping grooves 122 so that the coiling piece 3 can rotate relatively to the housing.
Specifically, when the device is not used by the user, the clamping blocks 33
arranged at one end of the coiling piece 3 penetrating through the coiling cavity 12
are clamped with the corresponding clamping grooves 122 on the coiling cavity 12,
so that the coiling piece is in the first state. Namely, the coiling piece is locked
with the housing to prevent the coiling piece from loosening. When the device is
used by the user, the coiling piece 3 is pulled upwards to separate the clamping
blocks 33 on the coiling cavity 12 from the clamping grooves 122, so that the
coiling piece is in the second state in which the coiling piece can rotate relatively
to the housing. In addition, in order to reduce the error of adjusting the length of
the ear strap 2, the coiling piece 3 is provided with a plurality of clamping blocks
33 which can be respectively matched and clamped with the plurality of clamping
grooves 122.
Further, a limiting groove 121 is arranged in the coiling cavity 12; the coiling
piece 3 is provided with a limiting block 31; and the limiting block 31 is rotatably
and vertically movably installed in the limiting groove 121 so as to prevent the
coiling piece 3 from separating from the coiling cavity 12.
Specifically, when the coiling piece is adjusted by the user from the first state
to the second state, the limiting block 31 moves upwards along the limiting groove;
and when the coiling piece is adjusted by the user from the second state to the first
state, the limiting block 31 moves downwards along the limiting groove.
Further, when the coiling piece is in the second state, for the convenience of rotating the coiling piece (3) by the user, a rotating block (32) is also arranged on one end of the coiling piece which penetrates through the coiling cavity (12) to the outside in the utility model; and the coiling piece (3) can be driven to rotate by rotating the rotating block (32) by the user.
With reference to Fig. 1 to Fig. 7, considering that the connecting pieces 4 and
the clamps 5 are easy to slip off the movable cavity 11 to the outside of the housing
1 when the auxiliary mask wearing device is not used and thus inconvenience is
brought because the ear strap is positioned outside and easy to twine, in order to
solve the problem, in the utility model, the connecting pieces 4 are provided with
magnetic attractable pieces 40; the housing 1 is provided with grooves 13
corresponding to the magnetic attractable pieces 40; inner walls of the grooves 13
are provided with magnetic attractable layers 130; and the magnetic attractable
pieces 40 can be clamped into the grooves 13 and adsorbed with the magnetic
attractable layers 130 in the grooves 13.
Further, in order to increase the locking stability of the connecting pieces 4,
two magnetic attractable pieces 40 are arranged, and the two magnetic attractable
pieces 40 are respectively installed on the connecting pieces 4; and two grooves 13
corresponding to the two magnetic attractable pieces 40 are arranged.
With reference to Fig. 6, the clamps 5 are made of elastic plastic material; the
clamps 5 are provided with two clamping arms 51 engaged with each other; and
the engaging surfaces of the two clamping arms 51 are provided with a plurality of
tooth-shaped serrations 510.
Specifically, the clamps in the utility model are made of the elastic plastic
material, and specifically a PTFE material which has certain restorability.
Therefore, when the clamps are used by the user to clamp the side edges of the
mask, the user only needs to open the two champing arms of the clamps, put the
side edges of the mask into a champing port enclosed by the two champing arms
and then release the two champing arms to clamp the side edges of the mask. In
addition, the engaging surfaces of the two clamping arms 51 are provided with the
plurality of tooth-shaped serrations 510, so as to increase a clamping force when
the mask is clamped by the clamps 5 so that the mask is not easy to slip off during
use.
Further, in order to facilitate the user to move the connecting pieces 4 through
the clamps 5 and simultaneously facilitate the user to open the two clamping arms,
the clamps 5 are also provided with buckles 52 in the utility model.
With reference to Fig. 1, the clamps 5 and the connecting pieces 4 are hinged
with a ball joint. The hinging of the ball joint is movable hinging and can rotate by
360 degrees in all directions, so that the face of the user and the auxiliary mask
wearing device are fitted more closely and the pressure of the clamps 5 on the face
is reduced.
With reference to Fig. 1, the housing 1 is made of soft rubber material, and
specifically PVC material which has good flexibility and can adapt to fit the head
of the user, so as to improve the comfort of the user.
