Abstract
This specification provides a storage tank and a dried vegetable picking mechanism.
The storage tank includes a tank body, where a discharging port is disposed at the bottom; a
plug, located above the discharging port; a stirring rod, fixedly installed at the bottom of the
5 plug; a connecting rod, where the bottom of the connecting rod is fixedly connected to the
plug; a driven wheel, fixedly installed at the top of the connecting rod; a driving motor,
fixedly installed on the tank body; a driving wheel, fixedly installed on an output shaft of the
driving motor; and a telescopic rod, fixedly installed on a side wall of the tank body, where a
free end of the telescopic rod is connected to the top of the connecting rod. The telescopic rod
0 has a first position in an elongated state and a second position in a shortened state, at the first
position, the plug abuts against the discharging port, and at the second position, the driven
wheel engages with the driving wheel, so that the driving motor drives the stirring rod to
rotate. Therefore, the discharging port can be effectively prevented from being blocked, so
that discharging efficiency is improved.

[0001] One or more embodiments of this specification relate to the field of vegetable drying and production technologies, and in particular, to a storage tank and a dried vegetable picking mechanism.
[0002] In the process of vegetable drying and production, dried vegetables need to be picked to prevent impurities such as metal particles and spoiled vegetable particles from being mixed into them.
[0003] An existing picking device mainly includes a rack on which a storage tank is disposed. At an egress of the storage tank, a picking disk is provided, and dried vegetables stored in the storage tank fall onto the picking disk for manual picking.
[0004] However, the inventor has found that the existing storage tank tends to be blocked, and needs to be unblocked, affecting the picking efficiency.
[0005] In view of this, the objective of one or more embodiments of this specification is to provide a storage tank and a dried vegetable picking mechanism, to resolve the technical problem in the existing technology.
[0006] On the basis of the above objective, the one or more embodiments of this specification provide a storage tank, including: a tank body, where the tank body has a storage cavity, and a discharging port is disposed at the bottom of the storage cavity; a plug, disposed in the storage cavity, where the plug is located above the discharging port; a stirring rod, fixedly installed at the bottom of the plug; a connecting rod, where the bottom of the connecting rod is fixedly connected to the plug; a driven wheel, fixedly installed at the top of the connecting rod; a driving motor, fixedly installed on an outer wall of the tank body; a driving wheel, fixedly installed on an output shaft of the driving motor; and a telescopic rod, fixedly installed on a side wall of the tank body, where a free end of the telescopic rod is connected to the top of the connecting rod, where the telescopic rod has a first position in an elongated state and a second position in a shortened state, at the first position, the plug abuts against the discharging port, and at the second position, the driven wheel engages with the driving wheel, so that the driving motor drives the stirring rod to rotate.
[0007] In an optional implementation, both the driven wheel and the driving wheel are gears or friction wheels.
[0008] In an optional implementation, the storage tank further includes a feeding port, and the feeding port is in the shape of a horn with a large ingress and a small egress.
[0009] In an optional implementation, the storage tank further includes a guide ramp disposed in the storage cavity, and the guide ramp tilts downward in the direction toward the discharging port.

[0012] As can be learned from the above, according to the storage tank and the dried vegetable picking mechanism provided in the one or more embodiments of this specification, when no materials need to be discharged, the telescoping rod is fixed at the first position, and the plug abuts against the discharging port, to implement plugging. When materials need to be discharged, the telescoping rod moves from the first position to the second position, the plug is moved up by a certain distance under the action of the connecting rod, the discharging port is opened, and dried vegetables in the storage cavity are released from the discharging port. At the same time, the driven wheel engages with the driving wheel, the driving motor drives the connecting rod to rotate the plug, and the stirring rod at the bottom of the plug rotates accordingly for stirring in the discharging port. Therefore, the discharging port can be effectively prevented from being blocked, so that the discharging efficiency is improved.

[0022] To achieve the above objective of the present invention, the present invention provides a storage tank, as shown in Fig. 1 to Fig. 5, including: a tank body 1, where the tank body 1 has a storage cavity, and a discharging port la is disposed at the bottom of the storage cavity; a plug 2, disposed in the storage cavity, where the plug 2 is located above the discharging port la; a stirring rod 3, fixedly installed at the bottom of the plug 2; a connecting rod 4, where the bottom of the connecting rod 4 is fixedly connected to the plug 2; a driven wheel 5, fixedly installed at the top of the connecting rod 4; a driving motor 6, fixedly installed on an outer wall of the tank body 1; a driving wheel 7, fixedly installed on an output shaft of the driving motor 6; and a telescopic rod 8, fixedly installed on a side wall of the tank body 1, where a free end of the telescopic rod 8 is connected to the top of the connecting rod 4, where the telescopic rod 8 has a first position in an elongated state and a second position in a shortened state, at the first position, the plug 2 abuts against the discharging port la, and at the second position, the driven wheel 5 engages with the driving wheel 7, so that the driving motor 6 drives the stirring rod 3 to rotate.
[0023] In this way, when no materials need to be discharged, the telescoping rod 8 is fixed at the first position, and the plug 2 abuts against the discharging port la, to implement plugging. When materials need to be discharged, the telescoping rod 8 moves from the first position to the second position, the plug 2 is moved up by a certain distance under the action of the connecting rod 4, the discharging port la is opened, and dried vegetables in the storage cavity are released from the discharging port la. - What is claimed is: 1. A storage tank, comprising: a tank body, wherein the tank body has a storage cavity, and a discharging port is disposed at the bottom of the storage cavity; a plug, disposed in the storage cavity, wherein the plug is located above the discharging port; a stirring rod, fixedly installed at the bottom of the plug; a connecting rod, where the bottom of the connecting rod is fixedly connected to the plug; a driven wheel, fixedly installed at the top of the connecting rod; a driving motor, fixedly installed on an outer wall of the tank body; a driving wheel, fixedly installed on an output shaft of the driving motor; and a telescopic rod, fixedly installed on a side wall of the tank body, where a free end of the telescopic rod is connected to the top of the connecting rod, where the telescopic rod has a first position in an elongated state and a second position in a shortened state, at the first position, the plug abuts against the discharging port, and at the second position, the driven wheel engages with the driving wheel, so that the driving motor drives the stirring rod to rotate.
- 2. The storage tank according to claim 1, wherein both the driven wheel and the driving wheel are gears or friction wheels.
- 3. The storage tank according to claim 1, further comprising a feeding port, wherein the feeding port is in the shape of a horn with a large ingress and a small egress.
- 4. The storage tank according to claim 1, further comprising a guide ramp disposed in the storage cavity, wherein the guide ramp tilts downward in the direction toward the discharging port.
- 5. The storage tank according to claim 1, further comprising a guide plate disposed below the discharging port.
- 6. A dried vegetable picking mechanism, comprising the storage tank according to any one of claims I to 5.
