Abstract
The invention discloses a logistics cabinet based on Internet of Things (IOT) management, which
includes a cabinet body provided with a cabinet door, a control screen and a solar panel. The
control screen is drivingly connected to the cabinet doorthe solar panel is fixedly connected to a
top surface of the cabinet body,an interior of the cabinet body is provided with a blowing
mechanism and two adjacent cabinet bodies are communicated through a communication hole.
The logistics cabinet based on IOT management, through the cooperation of the cabinet door,
cabinet body, blowing mechanism, dust leakage mechanism and control mechanism, enables the
express delivery to be cleaned when placed in the express cabinet, and the dust is blown out of the
cabinet body by wind. It can also clean the interior of the express cabinet to prevent dust
accumulation, and can also stop blowing when opening the door to prevent dust from blowing to
people, thus solving the problems that the existing express cabinet is sealed, the express delivery
will be dusty or dirty during the transportation and the dust will fall and stay in the express
cabinet after putting it in the express cabinet, and thus the express cabinet will become dirty after
a long time.

The invention relates to a logistics device, and in particular a logistics cabinet based on
Internet of Things (OT) management.
Logistics cabinet, also known as express cabinet, is a self-service device set up in public
places for delivering and picking up the express mails.
However, the existing express cabinet is sealed, the express delivery will be dusty or dirty
during the transportation and the dust will fall and stay in the express cabinet after putting the
express delivery in the express cabinet, and thus the express cabinet will become dirty after a long
time, even the clean express delivery will stick to dust after being put in.
Summary of the Invention:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a logistics cabinet based on Internet of
Things (JOT) management to solve the problems proposed in the background art.
In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, the present invention provides the following
technical solution:
A logistics cabinet based on Internet of Things (OT) management is provided, comprising a
cabinet body provided with a cabinet door, a control screen and a solar panel, wherein the control
screen is drivingly connected to the cabinet door, the solar panel is fixedly connected to a top
surface of the cabinet body, and wherein an interior of the cabinet body is provided with a
blowing mechanism and two adjacent cabinet bodies are communicated through a communication
hole, a bottom of the cabinet body is provided with a dust leakage mechanism and an exterior of
the cabinet body is provided with a dust outlet hole, a back box body is fixedly connected to a
back of the cabinet body, a control mechanism is arranged inside the back box body, a moving
end of the control mechanism is fixedly connected with the cabinet door and the control
mechanism is electrically connected with the blowing mechanism.
As a further solution of the present invention, the dust leakage mechanism comprises
supporting rods, at least ten supporting rods are provided and arranged equidistantly on an inner wall of the cabinet body, and gaps are left between the support rods and an inner bottom wall of the cabinet body.
As a further solution of the present invention, the blowing mechanism comprises a drive
motor, a fan and a ventilation protection cover, wherein the drive motor is fixedly connected with
an inner wall of the cabinet body through a fixing frame and an output end of the drive motor is
fixedly connected with the fan; the ventilation protection cover is fixedly connected to the inner
wall of the cabinet body and the ventilation protection cover is located outside the fan; and the
drive motor is electrically connected with the control mechanism.
As a further solution of the present invention, the control mechanism comprises a first
conductive member, a second conductive member, a power supply and a controller, wherein the
first conductive member is fixedly connected with the cabinet door and the first conductive
member is overlapped with the second conductive member; the second conductive member is
fixedly connected with the inner wall of the cabinet body; both the power supply and the
controller are located inside the back box body and the controller is electrically connected with
the first conductive member; the controller and the second conductive member are electrically
connected to the power supply; and the controller is electrically connected to the drive motor.
As a further solution of the present invention, a transparent rain shield is arranged above the
solar panel, and the transparent rain shield is fixedly connected with a top surface of the cabinet
body through a connecting rod.
Compared with the prior art, the present invention has the following beneficial effects:
The logistics cabinet based on IOT management, through the cooperation of the cabinet door,
cabinet body, blowing mechanism, dust leakage mechanism and control mechanism, enables the
express delivery to be cleaned when placed in the express cabinet, and the dust is blown out of the
cabinet body by wind. It can also clean the interior of the express cabinet to prevent dust
accumulation, and can also stop blowing when opening the door to prevent dust from blowing to
people, thus solving the problems that the existing express cabinet is sealed, the express delivery
will be dusty or dirty during the transportation and the dust will fall and stay in the express
cabinet after putting it in the express cabinet, and thus the express cabinet will become dirty after
a long time.

Detail Description
The technical solution of this application will be described in further detail below in
conjunction with specific embodiments.
Embodiment 1
Referring to FIGS. 1-3, a logistics cabinet based on Internet of Things (IOT) management is
provided, comprising a cabinet body 1 provided with a cabinet door 2, a control screen 3 and a
solar panel 4, wherein the control screen 3 is drivingly connected to the cabinet door 2, the solar
panel 4 is fixedly connected to a top surface of the cabinet body 1, and wherein an interior of the
cabinet body 1 is provided with a blowing mechanism and two adjacent cabinet bodies 1 are
communicated through a communication hole 11, a bottom of the cabinet body 1 is provided with
a dust leakage mechanism and an exterior of the cabinet body 1 is provided with a dust outlet hole
12, a back box body 17 is fixedly connected to a back of the cabinet body 1, a control mechanism
is arranged inside the back box body 17, a moving end of the control mechanism is fixedly
connected with the cabinet door 2 and the control mechanism is electrically connected with the
blowing mechanism. When not in use, the solar panel 4 charges the power supply 15 and the drive
motor 8. When the cabinet door 2 is closed, the first conductive member 13 is in contact with the
second conductive member 14, and the circuit is connected. The power supply 15 supplies power
to the controller 16 so that the controller 16 is turned on. The controller 16 controls the drive
motor 8 to start and drive the fan 9 to rotate to blow the internal dust out of the communication
hole 11 and the dust outlet hole 12. If there is an express delivery on the supporting rod 6, the
surface of the express delivery may be cleaned, such that the dust falls under the supporting rod 6, and is blown out of the cabinet body 1. When the cabinet door 2 is opened, the first conductive member 13 is out of contact with the second conductive member 14, such that the drive motor 8 is turned off to prevent dust from blowing on a picker.
The structure of the dust leakage mechanism is not limited, as long as it may carry express
delivery and has gaps. Optionally, in this embodiment, the dust leakage mechanism comprises
supporting rods, at least ten supporting rods 6 are provided and arranged equidistantly on an inner
wall of the cabinet body 1 and gaps are left between the support rods 6 and an inner bottom wall
of the cabinet body 1.
The structure of the blowing mechanism is not limited, as long as it may blown the dust.
Optionally, in this embodiment, the blowing mechanism comprises a drive motor 8, a fan 9 and a
ventilation protection cover 10, and wherein the drive motor 8 is fixedly connected with an inner
wall of the cabinet body 1 through a fixing frame 7 and an output end of the drive motor 8 is
fixedly connected with the fan 9; the ventilation protection cover 10 is fixedly connected to the
inner wall of the cabinet body 1 and the ventilation protection cover 10 is located outside the fan
9; and the drive motor 8 is electrically connected with the control mechanism.
The structure of the control mechanism is also not limited, as long as it may stop blowing
when the door is opened. Optionally, in this embodiment, the control mechanism comprises a first
conductive member 13, a second conductive member 14, a power supply 15 and a controller 16,
and wherein the first conductive member 13 is fixedly connected with the cabinet door 2 and the
first conductive member 13 is overlapped with the second conductive member 14; the second
conductive member 14 is fixedly connected with the inner wall of the cabinet body 1; both the
power supply 15 and the controller 16 are located inside the back box body 17 and the controller
16 is electrically connected with the first conductive member 13; the controller 16 and the second
conductive member 14 are electrically connected to the power supply 15; and the controller 16 is
electrically connected to the drive motor 8.
Embodiment 2
On the basis of Embodiment 1, in order to prevent the solar panel 4 from being
damaged by rain, a transparent rain shield 5 is arranged above the solar panel 4, and the
transparent rain shield 5 is fixedly connected with a top surface of the cabinet body 1 through a
connecting rod.
The operation principle of the present invention is: when not in use, the solar panel 4 charges
the power supply 15 and the drive motor 8; when the cabinet door 2 is closed, the first conductive
member 13 is in contact with the second conductive member 14, and the circuit is connected; the
power supply 15 supplies power to the controller 16 so that the controller 16 is turned on; the
controller 16 controls the drive motor 8 to start and drive the fan 9 to rotate to blow the internal
dust out of the communication hole 11 and the dust outlet hole 12; if there is an express delivery
on the supporting rod 6, the surface of the express delivery may be cleaned, such that the dust
falls under the supporting rod 6, and is blown out of the cabinet body 1; when the cabinet door 2
is opened, the first conductive member 13 is out of contact with the second conductive member
14, such that the drive motor 8 is turned off to prevent dust from blowing on a picker.
The preferred embodiments of this application are described in detail above, but this
application is not limited to the above embodiments. Within the scope of knowledge possessed by
a person of ordinary skill in the art, various changes may also be made without departing from the
purpose of this application.
Claims (5)
1. A logistics cabinet based on Internet of Things (IOT) management, comprising a cabinet
body (1) provided with a cabinet door (2), a control screen (3) and a solar panel (4), wherein the
control screen (3) is drivingly connected to the cabinet door (2), the solar panel (4) is fixedly
connected to a top surface of the cabinet body (1), and wherein an interior of the cabinet body (1)
is provided with a blowing mechanism and two adjacent cabinet bodies (1) are communicated
through a communication hole (11), a bottom of the cabinet body (1) is provided with a dust
leakage mechanism and an exterior of the cabinet body (1) is provided with a dust outlet hole
(12), a back box body (17) is fixedly connected to a back of the cabinet body (1), a control
mechanism is arranged inside the back box body (17), a moving end of the control mechanism is
fixedly connected with the cabinet door (2) and the control mechanism is electrically connected
with the blowing mechanism.
2. The logistics cabinet based on Internet of Things (IOT) management according to claim 1,
wherein, the dust leakage mechanism comprises supporting rods (6), at least ten supporting rods
(6) are provided and arranged equidistantly on an inner wall of the cabinet body (1), and gaps are
left between the support rods (6) and an inner bottom wall of the cabinet body (1).
3. The logistics cabinet based on Internet of Things (IOT) management according to claim 1,
wherein, the blowing mechanism comprises a drive motor (8), a fan (9) and a ventilation
protection cover (10), and wherein the drive motor (8) is fixedly connected with an inner wall of
the cabinet body (1) through a fixing frame (7) and an output end of the drive motor (8) is fixedly
connected with the fan (9); the ventilation protection cover (10) is fixedly connected to the inner
wall of the cabinet body (1) and the ventilation protection cover (10) is located outside the fan (9);
and the drive motor (8) is electrically connected with the control mechanism.
4. The logistics cabinet based on Internet of Things (IOT) management according to claim 3,
wherein, the control mechanism comprises a first conductive member (13), a second conductive
member (14), a power supply (15) and a controller (16), and wherein the first conductive member
(13) is fixedly connected with the cabinet door (2) and the first conductive member (13) is overlapped with the second conductive member (14); the second conductive member (14) is fixedly connected with the inner wall of the cabinet body (1); both the power supply (15) and the controller (16) are located inside the back box body (17) and the controller (16) is electrically connected with the first conductive member (13); the controller (16) and the second conductive member (14) are electrically connected to the power supply (15); and the controller (16) is electrically connected to the drive motor (8).
5. The logistics cabinet based on Internet of Things (IOT) management according to claim 1,
wherein, a transparent rain shield (5) is arranged above the solar panel (4), and the transparent
rain shield (5) is fixedly connected with a top surface of the cabinet body (1) through a connecting
rod.
