Detailed Description of the Embodiments
[0030] The invention will be further described in detail below in combination with embodiments with reference to the drawings.
[0031] Embodiment 1:
[0032] One embodiment of the feature of preferred embodiment provides a conductor insulation positioning apparatus. Comprising two fixing casings for fixing a conductor 1, Each fixing casing is integrally formed from an insulation material (the insulation material is not limited to engineering plastics, a Polycarbonate (PC) material, an Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (ABS) material and the like) so as to reinforce the insulation effect of the insulation apparatus. Anti-skid lines are formed on the outer surfaces of the fixing casings so as to take an anti-skid effect in the operating process.
[0033] As shown in Fig. 7, the fixing casing comprises a first enclosure 2 and a second enclosure 3, and the first enclosure 2 and the second enclosure 3 are arranged at a certain included angle. The included angle is within a range of 90 degrees to 180 degrees.
[0034] Openings 4 are formed in reversely corresponding parts of the first enclosures 2 and the second enclosures 3, and when two fixing casings are oppositely closed for mounting, a through hole formed by the openings 4 is used for a conductor 1 to pass through. A cross section of each first enclosure 2 is wider than that of the corresponding second enclosure 3 so as to form a boss 10. Clamping structures are arranged on two inner side edges of the fixing casings, and detachable fastening connection of the two fixing casings can be realized by the clamping structures when the two fixing casings are oppositely mounted.
[0035] The feature of preferred embodiment does not make any special limit to the fastening connection structure, as long as the objective of the feature of preferred embodiment can be achieved. As a preferred implementation structure of the feature of preferred embodiment, the clamping structure can be set as a structure in which a bayonet 5 and a buckle 6 are matched as shown in the first enclosure 2 in Fig. 5, or be set as a structure in which a process rib 7 and a clamping groove 8 are matched as shown in the second enclosure 3 in Fig. 5 (the process rib 7 increases a creepage distance while reinforcing the strength of the fixing casing). In this embodiment, preferably, the fixing casings are the same in structure and are symmetrically arranged. Two points should be noted that: a part position relationship of the clamping structures on the two inner side edges of the fixing casings in the feature of preferred embodiment may be other cases different from the example in Fig. 5.
