including shell and refill; the outer wall of shelter is mounted with a driving piece which

inside the shell has inclined plane and compact is connected on shell inner wall via stretched
spring; the top of compact has the inclined plane which is matched with the inclined plane of
driving piece terminal; inside the shell is installed with refill the sidewall thereof is made of
soft materials and the top thereof has feeding device for injecting pigment, driving piece
slides down to make the inclined plane of terminal of driving piece squeeze compact, then
compact squeezes sidewall of refill to squeeze pigment from refill and fix pigment in bristles
of shell bottom surface through pigment passageway infiltration of shell bottom.

[0002] The invention relates to the technical field of drawing tools, specifically relating to a
pigment storage type drawing pen for art oil painting.
[0003] 2. Description of the Related Art
[0004] Oil painting is a type of painting which uses quick-drying vegetable oil to mix
pigment and paint on the canvasses, linen, paper board, or wood board. The diluter in the
painting adopts volatile turpentine and dry linseed oil and the like. The pigment that the
painting is attached to has relatively great hardness and can keep the luster for a long time
after the painting is dry. The oil painting, one of the major western painting types, can fully
express the depicted objects with rich colors and strong three-dimensional sense by virtue of
the pigment's hiding power and transparency.
[0005] When painting in oils, the pigment after long-term storage tends to oxidize and solid,
causing pigment waste and current drawing pen is convenient to use in painting large-scale
oil painting.

oil painting to solve problems in prior art.
[0007] A pigment storage type drawing pen for art oil painting comprises a shell and a refill,
wherein the shell is an uncovered hollow cylinder the interior of which is the inner cavity and
the refill is installed in the inner cavity; said shell is provided with a driving piece comprising
a driving handle which is parallel to the sidewall of the shell and is positioned outside the
shell wherein the driving inserted bar vertically extends out of the right side surface of the
driving handle, penetrates through the driving insertion hole arranged on the shell and
extends into said inner cavity; the driving inserted bar is inserted into the tail end of said

the refill and fix the pigment in the bristles of shell bottom surface through the pigment
passageway infiltration of shell bottom. The pigment injection and extrusion operations are
convenient and has good using effect.

technical solutions without departing from the spirit of the invention shall all fall within the
protective scope of the invention.

provided by the embodiment of the invention comprising a shell 100, a refill 200 and a pen
cap 300 wherein said shell 100 is an uncovered hollow cylinder the interior of which is the
inner cavity 110 and the refill 200 is installed in said inner cavity 110; said pen cap 300 is
screwed at one uncovered end of said shell 100.

130 and abuts against the inner wall of said shell 100; specifically, said driving piece 120

outside said shell 100 wherein a driving inserted bar vertically extends out of the right side
surface of said driving handle, penetrates through said driving insertion hole 130 and extends
into said inner cavity 110; the driving inserted bar is inserted into the tail end of said inner
cavity 110 and vertically stretches out a driving rack downwards, and the bottom end of said
driving rack is provided with an inclined plane extending leftwards;

its height and the width respectively greater than the thickness and the width of said driving
inserted bar so that the inclined surface at the end of the driving rack can move up and down
when the driving piece 120 moves up and down. In this embodiment, the top of the driving
inserted bar is connected to said shell 100 via a driving spring 121 so that said driving piece
120 can return to the original position by the restoring force of the spring after sliding

[0026] Said refill 200 is a hollow cylinder with two open ends with the top opening thereof installed with a feeding device 210 which is of an inverted T-shaped structure with a feeding hole 211 formed in the vertical part of the feeding device 210, the opening in the top of said feeding hole 211 is located on the top surface of said vertical part and the opening in the bottom of said feeding hole 211 is located on the sidewall of said vertical part and abuts against the horizontal part of said feeding device 210; said vertical part of the feeding device 210 is located in the opening in the top of said refill 200 and the horizontal part thereof is located at the top of said inner cavity 110; said vertical part is connected to the top surface of said refill 200 via a feeding spring 212 so that when the feeding device 210 receives the down force and moves down, the feeding hole 211 in said vertical part communicates with said inner cavity 110 to carry out pigment injection, after the underpressure is removed, the feeding device 210 kick-backs and block off the feeding hole 211 on the vertical part to avoid pigment to spill over;
[0027] It should be understood that said pen cap 300 is provided with a central opening the diameter of which is equal to the diameter of the vertical part of said feeding device 210 and corresponds to the position of said vertical part so that when the pen cap 300 is mounted after the pen refill 200 is loaded into said inner cavity 110, the feeding device 210 can extend out of the opening of the pen cap 300, so that pigment can be conveniently injected. Of course, said feeding device 210 may be disposed flush with the top surface of said shell 100, and the pen cap 300 is not provided with an opening which means that the pen cap 300 needs to be disassembled to inject the pigment to ensured that the impurities such as dust will not enter

The ventilating hole 222 is not communicated with the center air inlet hole 230, and when said refill 200 is mounted inside said inner cavity 110, the center air inlet hole 230 is communicated with the edge air inlet hole 160. When the air pressure in said refill 200 is lower than the standard atmospheric pressure, said ventilating block 221 is separated from the inner wall of said refill 200 and moves towards the inside of said refill 200 at which time the air outside said shell 100 enters the inside of the refill 200 through the edge air inlet hole 160, the central air inlet hole 230, the gap between the ventilating block 221 and the inner wall of the refill 200 and said ventilating hole 222 in sequence until the air pressure of said refill 200 reaches the standard atmospheric pressure, and then the ventilating block 221 returns to the initial position under the action of the pulling force of the ventilating spring and is tightly attached to the inner wall of said refill 200, so that the ventilating hoe 222 is blocked to prevent the air in said refill 200 is prevented from being exposed.

When the force for driving the driving piece 120 is removed, the stretched spring 141 pulls said compact 140 back, and simultaneously jacks up the driving piece 120 to return to its initial position under the restoring force of said driving spring 120.

- CLAIMS 1.A pigment storage type drawing pen for art oil painting comprising a shell and a refill,wherein the shell is an uncovered hollow cylinder the interior of which is the inner cavity andthe refill is installed in said inner cavity; said shell is provided with a driving piececomprising a driving handle which is parallel to the sidewall of the shell and is positionedoutside the shell wherein the driving inserted bar vertically extends out of the right sidesurface of the driving handle, penetrates through the driving insertion hole arranged on theshell and extends into said inner cavity; the driving inserted bar is inserted into the tail end ofsaid inner cavity and vertically stretches out a driving rack downwards, and the bottom end ofthe driving rack is provided with an inclined plane extending leftwards; a compact isarranged in the inner cavity and is positioned right below the driving rack, and the top of thecompact has the inclined plane which is matched with the inclined plane of said driving rackbottom; the sidewall of the refill is made of soft materials and said refill is a hollow cylinderwith two open ends with the top opening thereof installed with a feeding device which is ofan inverted T-shaped structure with a feeding hole is formed in the vertical part of the feedingdevice, the opening in the top of said feeding hole is located on the top surface of saidvertical part and the opening in the bottom of said feeding hole is located on the sidewall ofsaid vertical part; said vertical part of the feeding device is located in the opening in the topof the refill and the horizontal part thereof is located at the top of the inner cavity; saidvertical part is connected to the top surface of the refill via a feeding spring; the bottomsurface of said shell is provided with a plurality of pigment passageway communicated withthe inner cavity, and the bottom of said shell is fixedly provided with bristles.
- 2.The drawing pen of claim 1 wherein it also includes a pen cap which is screwed at oneuncovered end of said shell.
- 3.The drawing pen of claim 2 wherein said pen cap is provided with a central openingthe diameter of which is equal to the diameter of the vertical part of said feeding device andcorresponds to the position of said vertical part.
- 4.The drawing pen of claim 1 wherein said driving piece is integrally formed and thedriving insertion hole is a strip-shaped hole with its height and the width respectively greaterthan the thickness and the width of said driving inserted bar.
- 5.The drawing pen of claim 1 wherein said compact is connected to the inner sidewall ofCLAIMS the shell via a stretched spring.
- 6.The drawing pen of claim 1 wherein it further includes a one-way ventilating devicecomprising a ventilating block arranged on the inner wall of the refill which is connected tothe inner wall of the refill via a ventilating spring and ventilating hole penetrating through theleft side face and the right side face are formed on the ventilating block; a penetrating centralair inlet hole is formed in the sidewall of said refill, and an edge air inlet hole communicatedwith said central air inlet hole is formed on said shell.
