FIG.1
Description
NOVEL DEHUMIDIFICATION BOX
Technical Field
The utility model relates to the field of articles of daily use, in
particular to a novel dehumidification box body.
Background
Dehumidification products are mainly based on pure
dehumidification particles, and may also be supplemented with fragrant
particles or carbon according to different needs to add different functions.
In dehumidification, a dehumidification medium is generally placed
directly in a dehumidification box, and then the dehumidification box is
placed in a humid environment to achieve the functions of moisture
absorption, deodorization or fragrance addition.
However, no matter what kind of moisture-absorbing material is
used, we found that its moisture absorption capacity is also closely related
to another important factor, i.e., an effective area of a moisture-absorbing
medium in contact with air. Traditional moisture-absorbing media are all
placed in the dehumidification boxes and then placed in humid space to
absorb moisture. However, the design of the dehumidification boxes has
limitations, specifically, existing dehumidification boxes are of semi-open
design, only top openings are reserved, and the rest of the boxes are
Description
sealed. Therefore, with the design of the existing dehumidification boxes,
the dehumidification medium always cannot fully contact ambient air. In
such case, the dehumidification effect is greatly reduced.
Summary
In view of the defects in the prior art, the utility model aims to
provide a novel dehumidification box body, through the fixing between a
mounting column, a fixed column and a box body, it is ensured that a
dehumidification cake is fixed in a dehumidification box. At the same
time, through a mounting way of the box body and a base, the box body
"hangs" in the air, such that the dehumidification medium can fully
contact the moisture in the air, and the moisture absorption effect is
ensured.
In order to achieve the above object, the utility model adopts the
following technical solutions:
a novel dehumidification box has a base, a dehumidification medium
and a box body movably connected to the base. The dehumidification
medium is arranged in the box body. The box body includes an upper box
body and a lower box body connected to the upper box body in an
open-close way. The lower box body is provided with a fixed column,
and the base is provided with a mounting column extending vertically
upwards. When the box body is connected to the base, the mounting
Description
column is inserted into the fixed column.
It should be noted that after the box body is connected to the base,
the box body is located above the base.
It should be noted that an annular step is arranged along a top
periphery of the lower box body, and a periphery of a top side wall of the
upper box body is provided with several flanges. When the upper box
body is connected to the lower box body, the flanges are tightly
connected to an outer surface of the annular step.
As another preferred technical solution, an annular step is arranged
along a top periphery of the upper box body, and a periphery of a top side
wall of the lower box body is provided with several flanges. When the
upper box body is connected to the lower box body, the flanges are tightly
connected to an outer surface of the annular step.
It should be noted that a cavity for insertion of the mounting column
is arranged in the fixed column, and the cavity is provided with a limiting
member. A top side wall of the mounting column is provided with a
limiting groove. When the box body is connected to the base, the limiting
member is located in the limiting groove.
It should be noted that the upper box body and a surface of the upper
box body are respectively provided with several slots or holes for air
exchange of the dehumidification medium with the outside.
As another preferred technical solution, the mounting column in the
Description
present utility model can be a regular polygon structure (such as a regular
hexagon), and the fixed column is matched with the mounting column. In
this way, when the mounting column is inserted into the fixed column,
there will be no rotation between the mounting column and the fixed
column under the regular polygon structure, and it is not easy to loose
after inserting.
The utility model further provides another technical solution: A
novel dehumidification box has a base, a dehumidification cake and a box
body movably connected to the base. The dehumidification cake is
arranged in the box body. The box body includes an upper box body and a
lower box body connected to the upper box body in an open-close way.
The lower box body is provided with a fixed column, and the
dehumidification cake is connected onto the fixed column in a penetration
way. The base is provided with a mounting column extending vertically
upwards. When the box body is connected to the base, the mounting
column is connected onto the fixed column in a penetration way.
It should be noted that a periphery of the upper box body is provided
with an insertion groove, and a periphery of the lower box body is
provided with a flange corresponding to the insertion groove in position.
When the upper box body is connected to the lower box body, the flange
is inserted into the insertion groove.
As another preferred technical solution, a periphery of the upper box
Description
body is provided with a flange, and a periphery of the lower box body is
provided with an insertion groove corresponding to the flange in position.
When the upper box body is connected to the lower box body, the flange
is inserted into the insertion groove.
It should be noted that a top of the upper box body is provided with
a through hole, and when the box body is connected to the base, a top
area of the mounting column is located in the through hole, and a top end
face of the mounting column is level relative to a plane of the through
hole.
It should be further noted that an outer diameter of the top area of
the mounting column is slightly larger than an inner diameter of the
through hole.
As another preferred technical solution, a top of the upper box body
is provided with a through hole, and when the box body is connected to
the base, a top area of the mounting column is located in the through hole.
A retaining member movably connected to a top end face of the mounting
column is further arranged.
It should be further noted that a recessed hole is formed in the top
end face of the mounting column, and a periphery of the recessed hole is
provided with a pair of horizontal protrusions opposite to each other. A
bottom of the retaining member is provided with a limiting column, and a
periphery of a side wall of the limiting column is provided with a pair of
Description
limiting flanges opposite to each other. When the retaining member is
connected to the recessed hole, a top surface of the limiting flange is
connected to a bottom surface of the protrusion.
It should be noted that the upper box body and a surface of the upper
box body are respectively provided with several slots or holes for air
exchange of the dehumidification cake with the outside..
The utility model has the beneficial effects of simple structure,
convenient use and attractive appearance. Through the matching between
the mounting column, the fixed column, the upper box body, the lower
box body and the retaining member, the whole dehumidification box is
firmly connected and not easy to loosen. More importantly, the
dehumidification cake is placed in the box body, and surroundings thereof
are completely open, such that the dehumidification cake can fully
contact the air, and the dehumidification effect is ensured.

Detailed Description
The utility model will be further described below in conjunction
with the accompanying drawings. It should be noted that the following
embodiment provide a detailed implementation and a specific operating
Description
procedure under the premise of the present technical solution, but the
protection scope of the utility model is not limited to the present
embodiment.
As shown in FIG. 1, the patent is a novel dehumidification box,
having a base 1, a dehumidification medium and a box body 2 movably
connected to the base 1. The dehumidification medium is arranged in the
box body 2. The box body 2 includes an upper box body 21 and a lower
box body 22 connected to the upper box body 21 in an open-close way.
The lower box body 22 is provided with a fixed column 221, and the base
1 is provided with a mounting column 11 extending vertically upwards.
When the box body 2 is connected to the base 1, the mounting column 11
is inserted into the fixed column 221.
It should be pointed out that when the dehumidification medium is a
dehumidification cake, the patent has the following mounting modes:
The first case is that when the middle of the dehumidification cake is
provided with a mounting hole, if such dehumidification cake is used, the
mounting hole can be directly connected onto the fixed column in a
penetration way.
The second case is that when the dehumidification cake is not
provided with a mounting hole, in use, such dehumidification cake is
directly placed in the lower box body.
In addition, the placement mode of the second case above is also the
Description
placement mode of most dehumidification media in the prior art.
For the second placement mode above, in order to prevent the
swaying of the fixed column of the lower box body during transportation
from damaging the dehumidification medium, the lower box body of the
patent may structurally be designed to be recessed from the edge to center.
The fixed column is arranged in the center of the recessed area. Therefore,
after the dehumidification medium is placed in the lower box body, a
bottom periphery of the dehumidification medium will be supported by
the middle of a side wall periphery of the lower box body. Such
arrangement effectively prevents possible damage to the dehumidification
medium caused by the fixed column in the lower box body.
As shown in FIG. 2 and FIG. 3, an annular step 222 is arranged
along a top periphery of the lower box body 22, and a periphery of a top
side wall of the upper box body 21 is provided with several flanges 211.
When the upper box body 21 is connected to the lower box body 22, the
flanges 211 are tightly connected to an outer surface of the annular step
222.
As another preferred technical solution, a connecting mechanism of
the upper box body and the lower box body may be changed. Specifically,
an annular step is arranged along a top periphery of the upper box body,
and a periphery of a top side wall of the lower box body is provided with
several flanges. When the upper box body is connected to the lower box
Description
body, the flanges are tightly connected to an outer surface of the annular
step.
As shown in FIG. 4 and FIG. 5, in order to prevent possible rotation
after the box body is connected to the base, a cavity for insertion of the
mounting column 11 is arranged in the fixed column 221, and the cavity
is provided with a limiting member 2211. A top side wall of the mounting
column 11 is provided with a limiting groove 111. When the box body is
connected to the base, the limiting member 2211 is located in the limiting
groove 111.
Further, the upper box body and a surface of the upper box body are
respectively provided with several slots or holes for air exchange of the
dehumidification medium with the outside. Furthermore, due to the
"hanging" design of the box body relative to the base, the moisture in the
air in the environment can enter the box body through the slots or holes
formed in the upper box body and the lower box body, thereby being
absorbed by the dehumidification medium. Moreover, the moisture
generated after the dehumidification medium absorbs moisture can drip
into and gather in the base through the slots or holes of the lower box
body.
As shown in FIG. 11, FIG. 12 and FIG. 13, the utility model
provides a novel dehumidification box, having a base 1, a
dehumidification cake and a box body 2 movably connected to the base 1.
Description
The dehumidification cake is arranged in the box body 2. The box body 2
includes an upper box body 21 and a lower box body 22 connected to the
upper box body 21 in an open-close way. The lower box body 22 is
provided with a fixed column 221, and the dehumidification cake is
connected onto the fixed column 221 in a penetration way. The base 1 is
provided with a mounting column 11 extending vertically upwards. When
the box body 2 is connected to the base 1, the mounting column 11 is
connected onto the fixed column 221 in a penetration way.
It should be pointed out that a mounting hole is formed in the middle
of the dehumidification cake used in the utility model, and the
dehumidification cake is connected onto the fixed column in a penetration
way through the mounting hole.
As shown in FIG. 9, as a preferred technical solution, the upper box
body 21 may be provided with a flange 3 and an insertion groove 4 at the
same time. The lower box body 22 is also provided with a flange and an
insertion groove 4 at corresponding positions at the same time. When the
upper box body is connected to the lower box body, the flange is inserted
into the insertion groove. Such arrangement can make the location easier
during combination.
As another preferred technical solution, a periphery of the upper box
body is provided with a flange, and a periphery of the lower box body is
provided with an insertion groove corresponding to the flange in position.
Description
When the upper box body is connected to the lower box body, the flange
is inserted into the insertion groove.
As still another preferred technical solution, a periphery of the upper
box body is provided with an insertion groove, and a periphery of the
lower box body is provided with a flange corresponding to the insertion
groove in position. When the upper box body is connected to the lower
box body, the flange is inserted into the insertion groove.
As shown in FIG. 10 to FIG. 13, a top of the upper box body is
provided with a through hole, and when the box body is connected to the
base, a top area of the mounting column is located in the through hole. A
retaining member movably connected to a top end face of the mounting
column is further arranged.
As shown in FIG. 10 to FIG. 13, a recessed hole 111 is formed in the
top end face of the mounting column 11, and a periphery of the recessed
hole 111 is provided with a pair of horizontal protrusions 112 opposite to
each other. A bottom of the retaining member 6 is provided with a
limiting column, and a periphery of a side wall of the limiting column is
provided with a pair of limiting flanges opposite to each other. When the
retaining member is connected to the recessed hole, a top surface of the
limiting flange is connected to a bottom surface of the protrusion 112.
As another preferred technical solution, a top of the upper box body
is provided with a through hole, and when the box body is connected to
Description
the base, a top area of the mounting column is located in the through hole,
and a top end face of the mounting column is level relative to a plane of
the through hole.
It should be further noted that an outer diameter of the top area of
the mounting column is slightly larger than an inner diameter of the
through hole.
Further, the upper box body and a surface of the upper box body are
respectively provided with several slots or holes for air exchange of the
dehumidification cake with the outside.
As another preferred technical solution, a water level observation
window may be formed in the base of the utility model. After the
dehumidification cake absorbs moisture, the moisture will gather inside
the base. The window is configured to check whether the base is full of
moisture and whether cleaning needs to be carried out or not.
It should be pointed out that the utility model may be in any shape,
or it is also possible that the base and the box body are in different
shapes.
It should be pointed out that after the box body and the base are
mounted, the box body is located over the base. When the
dehumidification cake is placed in the box body, due to several slots or
holes arranged and distributed in the box body, this is equivalent to
hanging the dehumidification cake. In this way, the dehumidification cake
Description
can fully contact the moisture in the air through the slots or holes, such
that the moisture absorption effect is improved.
As shown in FIG. 14, As another preferred technical solution, the
mounting column in the present utility model can be a regular polygon
structure (such as a regular hexagon), and the fixed column is matched
with the mounting column. In this way, when the mounting column is
inserted into the fixed column, there will be no rotation between the
mounting column and the fixed column under the regular polygon
structure, and it is not easy to loose after inserting.
Embodiments
In use, the dehumidification cake is inserted, through the own
mounting hole thereof, to the fixed column of the lower box body. Then
the flanges and the insertion grooves of the upper box body and the lower
box body are completely aligned to complete the mounting. Then, the box
body is connected to the base. Specifically, the mounting column of the
base is inserted into the fixed column of the lower box body until the
mounting column is inserted into the through hole of the upper box body.
Finally, the box body is fixed to the mounting column by using the
retaining member, so as to complete the entire mounting.
When another solution is used, the dehumidification medium is
placed in the lower box body, and the two are then fixed by inserting fit
between the fixed column of the lower box body and the mounting
Description
column on the base. Specifically, the limiting member in the fixed
column of the lower box body is located in the limiting groove of the
mounting column of the base. Finally, the upper box body is connected to
the lower box body to complete the mounting step.
After mounting, under the support of the mounting column of the
base, the entire box "hangs" over the base, and through the slots or holes
formed in the box body, full contact between the dehumidification
medium of the box body and the ambient air is realized, and finally the
moisture absorption capacity is improved.
In addition, when the dehumidification medium is the
dehumidification cake and is provided with the mounting hole, the
mounting hole of the dehumidification cake is in abutting joint with and
fixed to the fixed column of the lower box body, and the rest of the steps
can follow the operations above.
For those skilled in the art, various corresponding changes and
variations can be given based on the above technical solutions and ideas,
and all these changes and variations should be included in the protection
scope of the claims of the utility model.
