Abstract
A shallow-buried drip tape recycling machine is proposed, which is used for recycling drip
tapes. The shallow-buried drip tape recycling machine comprises a tractor and recycling units. A
driving mechanism is arranged on the tractor. Each recycling unit comprises a rotating shaft, a
plurality of shaping rods, the first support rods, and the second support rods. The driving
mechanism drives the rotating shaft to rotate. The plurality of shaping rods are uniformly
arranged on a circumference by taking the rotating shaft as the axis. Each first support rod is
arranged between the first end of the shaping rod and the rotating shaft. Each second support
rod is arranged between the second end of the shaping rod and the rotating shaft. The first
support rods and the second support rods are articulated with the rotating shaft, respectively.
The first support rods are also articulated with the shaping rods. The length of each second
support rod is adjustable. A locking mechanism is arranged between each second support rod
and the rotating shaft. Under the action of the locking mechanisms, the first support rods and the
second support rods are vertical to the rotating shaft. When the locking mechanisms do not
work, the second support rods are folded. The recycling machine utilizes the tractor as the
power; so, the power and the recycling efficiency are high. The recycled drip tape is wound in
turns for convenient placement and arrangement.

TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to the field of drip tape recycling technologies, and specifically, to a shallow-buried drip tape recycling machine.
BACKGROUND Drip irrigation is an important irrigation manner in the modem agriculture. It can not only save water resources, but also timely deliver water to the roots most desperate for the water. A drip tape is a drip irrigation manner, and the used drip tape should be recycled for later use. SUMMARY Embodiments of the present invention seek to provide a shallow-buried drip tape recycling machine to recycle drip tapes. To address the technical problems, the present invention adopts the following technical solution: a shallow-buried drip tape recycling machine comprises: a tractor, on which a driving mechanism is arranged; recycling units, wherein each recycling unit comprises a rotating shaft, a plurality of shaping rods, the first support rods and the second support rods. The driving mechanism drives the rotating shaft to rotate. The plurality of shaping rods are uniformly arranged on the circumference of a circle by taking the rotating shaft as the axis. Each first support rod is arranged between the first end of the shaping rod and the rotating shaft. Each second support rod is arranged between the second end of the shaping rod and the rotating shaft. The first support rods and the second support rods are articulated with the rotating shaft, respectively. The first support rods are also articulated with the shaping rods. The length of each second support rod is adjustable. A locking mechanism is arranged between each second support rod and the rotating shaft. Under the action of the locking mechanisms, the first support rods and the second support rods are vertical to the rotating shaft. When the locking mechanisms do not work, the second support rods are folded. Further, in an embodiment, the second support rod comprises a short rod and a long rod which are articulated. Further, in an embodiment, the locking mechanism comprises a spring fixed to the long rod, an ejector rod fixedly connected with the spring, a locating plate arranged on the rotating shaft, and a locating rod fixed to the locating plate and inserted into the inner cavity of the ejector rod. Further, in an embodiment, a guide rod is fixed to the long rod, and the guide rod is inserted into the inner cavity of the ejector rod. Further, in an embodiment, a plurality of the first lug plates and the second lug plates are fixed to the rotating shaft. The plurality of the first lug plates are uniformly arranged on a circumference, and the plurality of the second lug plates are uniformly arranged on another circumference. The third lug plate is arranged at the first end of each shaping rod. The fourth lug plate is arranged at the second end of each shaping rod. The two ends of each first support rod are respectively articulated with the first plug plate and the third lug plate. The two ends of each second support rod are respectively articulated with the second lug plate and the fourth lug plate. The present invention has the following beneficial effects: the shallow-buried drip tape recycling machine provided by the present invention utilizes the tractor as the power; so, the power and the recycling efficiency are high. The recycled drip tape is wound in turns for convenient placement and arrangement. After the recycling of the drip tape is completed, the shaping rods may deform to reduce their support force to the drip tape, so as to facilitate the detachment of the drip tape.

DESCRIPTION OF THE EMBODIMENTS As shown in FIG. 1 to FIG. 7, the present invention mainly comprises a tractor 1 and recycling units. The following describes the present invention in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. As shown in FIG. 1, the tractor 1 is utilized as a driving part of the present invention to drive the whole device to move. A driving mechanism 1 is arranged on the tractor and can output the rotational motion. Two recycling units are arranged on the left side and the right side of the driving mechanism. As shown in FIG. 2, FIG. 3, and FIG. 4, each recycling unit mainly comprises a rotating shaft 2, a plurality of shaping rods 3, the first support rods 4 and the second support rods 5. The rotating shaft 2 is a shaft-type component. The rotating shaft may have a hollow structure in order to reduce its weight. A group of the first lug plates 21 and a group of the second lug plates 22 are arranged on the rotating shaft. A plurality of the first lug plates in the same group are uniformly arranged on the same circumference. A plurality of the second lug plates in the same group are uniformly arranged on the same circumference. The first lug plates and the second lug plates are located on the different circumferences. The first end of the rotating shaft is driven by the driving mechanism to rotate, and the driving mechanism achieves an assembly supporting function to the first end of the rotary shaft. A locating plate 23 is fixed to the second end of the rotating shaft, and a locating rod 231 is fixed to the locating plate. The shaping rods 3 are circular metal tubes, or iron tubes. One third lug plate 31 and one fourth lug plate 32 are arranged on each shaping rod. The third lug plate is used for corresponding to the first lug plate. The fourth lug plate is used for corresponding to the second lug plate. The first support rod 4 is arranged between the corresponding first lug plate and the third lug plate. The first end of the first support rod is articulated with the first lug plate. The second end of the first support rod is articulated with the third lug plate. The first support rod is a straight rod. The second support rod comprises a short rod 51 and a long rod 52 which are articulated, wherein the first end of the short rod is articulated with the second end of the long rod, the first end of the long rod is articulated with the second lug plate, and the second end of the short rod is articulated with the fourth lug plate. There are six first lug plates and second lug plates, so, there are six shaping rods. A guide rod 521 is fixed to one long rod. A spring 522 is arranged on the periphery of the guide rod. The first end of the spring is fixedly connected with the outer wall of the long rod. An ejector rod 6 is fixed to the second end of the spring. The ejector rod is a hollow metal tube. The first end of the ejector rod isfixedly connected with the spring. The first end of the ejector rod sleeves the guide rod. The outer diameter of the guide rod is smaller than the inner diameter of the inner cavity of the ejector rod. When the second end of the ejector rod supports the locating rod, the long rod and the short rod are arranged collinearly. At this time, the length of the first support rod and the length of the second support rod are equal, and the shaping rod and the rotating shaft are arranged in parallel. After the spring is extruded to separate the ejector rod from the locating rod, the ejector rod is pulled towards one side away from the long rod so that the long rod and the short rod can be intersected; then, the second support rod is folded, as shown in FIG. 5. At this time, the shaping rods swing, and the six shaping rods form a cone shape. A baffle should be arranged on the first lug plate so that the limit position of the first support rod is that the first support rod is vertical to the rotating shaft when the first support rod swings to one side, on which the driving mechanism is located. The ejector rod, the spring, and the locating rod form a locking mechanism. Under the action of the locking mechanism, the second support rod is relatively fixed; then, the shaping rod is fixed relative to the rotating shaft. The following describes a using method of the present invention: (1), The first end of the drip tape is tied to one shaping rod; then, the tractor starts moving. (2), In the tractor moving process, the drip tape continuously winds around a stereo structure formed by the six shaping rods, as shown in FIG. 6. At this time, the drip tape forms a tape circle. The length of the first support rods and the length of the second support rods determine the size of the inner diameter of the tape circle. (3), After the shallow-buried drip tape is completely taken away from the earth, the tractor stops moving. After the drip tape is cleaned up, the ejector rods and the locating rods are separated, and then the second support rods are folded, as shown in FIG. 7. At this time, the shaping rods swing, and the six shaping rods form a cone shape. Then, the wound drip tape is pulled down from the shaping rods.
Claims (5)
1. A shallow-buried drip tape recycling machine, comprising:
a tractor, on which a driving mechanism is arranged;
recycling units, wherein each recycling unit comprises a rotating shaft, a plurality of shaping rods, the first support rods and the second support rods; the driving mechanism drives the rotating shaft to rotate; the plurality of shaping rods are uniformly arranged on the circumference of a circle by taking the rotating shaft as the axis; each first support rod is arranged between the first end of the shaping rod and the rotating shaft; each second support rod is arranged between the second end of the shaping rod and the rotating shaft; the first support rods and the second support rods are articulated with the rotating shaft, respectively; the first support rods are also articulated with the shaping rods; the length of each second support rod is adjustable; a locking mechanism is arranged between each second support rod and the rotating shaft; under the action of the locking mechanisms, the first support rods and the second support rods are vertical to the rotating shaft; when the locking mechanisms do not work, the second support rods are folded.
2. The shallow-buried drip tape recycling machine according to claim 1, wherein the second support rod comprises a short rod and a long rod which are articulated.

The shallow-buried drip tape recycling machine according to claim 2, wherein the locking mechanism comprises a spring fixed to the long rod, an ejector rod fixedly connected with the spring, a locating plate arranged on the rotating shaft, and a locating rod fixed to the locating plate and inserted into the inner cavity of the ejector rod.
4. The shallow-buried drip tape recycling machine according to claim 3, wherein a guide rod is fixed to the long rod, and the guide rod is inserted into the inner cavity of the ejector rod.

The shallow-buried drip tape recycling machine according to claim 4, wherein a plurality of the first lug plates and the second lug plates are fixed to the rotating shaft; the plurality of the first lug plates are uniformly arranged on a circumference, and the plurality of the second lug plates are uniformly arranged on another circumference; the third lug plate is arranged at the first end of each shaping rod; the fourth lug plate is arranged at the second end of each shaping rod; the two ends of each first support rod are respectively articulated with the first plug plate and the third lug plate; the two ends of each second support rod are respectively articulated with the second lug plate and the fourth lug plate.
