Abstract
OF THE DISCLOSURE
An electronic device assembly with a support structure, including: a base;
an electronic device, configured at one side of the base; and a support structure,
connected to the electronic device and coupled pivotally to the base, allowing
5 the electronic device to be moved relatively to the base, the pivot structure
including: a connecting element, connected to the electronic device; a first
support, coupled pivotally to the connecting element; and a second support,
coupled pivotally to the first support and base, and having an accommodation
space. With the above components, the base can be fixed to any plane, and
10 the connecting element, first support and second support are coupled pivotally
to one another, allowing them to be pivoted to one another, thereby providing
the positioning effect of the electronic device. Therefore, a user can adjust
the use height and use angle of the support structure according to use
requirements.

Description
(a) Technical Field of the Invention
The present invention relates to a support structure, and more particularly
to a support structure for an electronic device.
(b) Description of the Prior Art
Supports may be used in conventional electronic devices such as LCD
screens. For example, Taiwan Patent No. M595738, titled "LCD device and
support therefor", as FIG 1 shows, provides a support coupled pivotally to the
housing of an LCD device, and the support can be accepted in a depression,
thereby effectively reducing the entire package volume, or the support can be
extended out to support the LCD device on the base.
However, the above conventional support structure cannot be adjusted in
use height and use angle, which causes the applicability and practicality to be
greatly reduced; the support is obviously more difficult to be operated and
used and still has the following problems in practical use experiences: it
cannot be adjusted according users'height differences such that their postures
must be coordinated, causing fatigue, pain and discomfort of the users, which
Instead, causes user inconvenience. Therefore, the above conventional
support structure is difficult to adapt to users of all shapes.
To overcome the above disadvantages, the present invention proposes an
electronic device assembly with a support structure, including: a base; an
electronic device, configured at one side of the base; and a support structure,
connected to the electronic device and coupled pivotally to the base, allowing
the electronic device to be moved relatively to the base, the pivot structure
including: a connecting element, connected to the electronic device; a first
support, coupled pivotally to the connecting element; and a second support,
coupled pivotally to the first support and base, and having an accommodation
space.
Preferably, the first support includes a first end and second end, the first
end is coupled pivotally to the connecting element through a first pivot
assembly, and the second end the second support through a second pivot
assembly.
Preferably, the second support includes a third end and fourth end, the
third end is coupled pivotally to the first support, and the fourth end is coupled
pivotally to the base through a third pivot assembly.
Preferably, the connecting element is fixed to the electronic device
through a plurality of locking elements.
Preferably, the base is fixed to a plane with a fixing memberin a way of
gluing, locking, fastening, or clamping.
With the above components, the base can be fixed to any plane, the first
support can be pivoted to accept in the accommodation space of the second
support, thereby adjusting the height of the support structure, and the
connecting element, first support and second support are coupled pivotally to
one another, allowing them to be pivoted to one another, thereby providing the
positioning effect of the electronic device. Therefore, a user can adjust the
use height and use angle of the support structure according to use
requirements.
FIG 1 is a perspective view of a preferred embodiment of the present
invention;
FIG 2 shows a first action of a support structure;
FIG 3 shows a second action of the support structure;
FIG 4 shows a third action of the support structure; and
FIG 5 shows a fourth action of the support structure.
Referring to FIG 1, an electronic device assembly with a support
structure of the present invention includes a base 1, electronic device 2 and
support structure 3.
The base 1 can be fixed on a plane with a fixing member 600 in a manner
of gluing, locking, fastening or clamping, and the plane may be a desktop 5,
but the ways to fix the base 1 are not are not so limited in implementation.
The electronic device 2 may be an LCD screen, a projector, a monitor, an
LCD TV or a tablet computer, but the present invention is not so limited;
where the electronic device 2 is configured at one side of the base 1.
The support structure 3 is connected to the electronic device 2 and
coupled pivotally to the base 1, allowing the electronic device 2 to be moved
relatively to the base 1. The support structure 3 includes: a connecting
element 31, connected to the electronic device 2; a first support 32, coupled
pivotally to the connecting element 31; and a second support 3, coupled
pivotally to the first support 32 and base 1, where the second support 33 has an
accommodation space 34.
The connecting element 31 can be fixed to the electronic device 2 through
a plurality of locking elements 44. The first support 32 includes a first end
321 and second end 322, where the first end 321 can be coupled pivotally to the connection element 31 through a first pivot assembly 41, and the second end 322 can be coupled pivotally to the second support 33 through a second pivot assembly 42. The second support 33 includes a third end 331 and fourth end 332, where the third end 331 is coupled pivotally to the first support
32, and the fourth end 332 is coupled pivotally to the base 1 through a third
pivot assembly 43.
Referring to FIGS. 2, with the above components, the base 1 can be fixed
to any plane such as the desktop 5; the connecting element 31 and first support
32 can be pivoted relatively to each other to a first included angle 0 1 as
shown in the figure; the first support 32 and second support 33 a second
included angle 02 as shown int the figure; and the second support 33 and
base 1 a third included angle 0 3 as shown in the figure. Further referring to
FIG 3, the first support 32 can be pivoted to accept in the accommodation
space 34 of the second support 33, thereby adjusting the height of the support
structure 3. Also further referring to FIGS. 4 and 5, the connecting element
31, first support 32 and second support 33 can be pivoted relatively to one
another, allowing the electronic device 2 to be close to a user, and changing
the use angle of the electronic device 2.
Therefore, with the connecting element 31, first support 32 and second
support 33 of the support structure 3 being coupled pivotally to one another, the present invention provides the positioning effect of the electronic device 2.
Whereby, the user can adjust the use height and use angle of the support
structure 3 according to use requirements, and further changes the use height
and use angle of the electronic device 2.
Conclusively, the present invention at least has the following advantages
over the prior arts:
1. the installation is simple, and the cost is low;
2. the operation is simple, convenient and quick; and
3. The support structure can be pivoted to change the use height and use
angle of the electronic device so as to adapt to users of various shapes.
Claims (5)
1. An electronic device assembly with a support structure, comprising:
a base;
an electronic device, configured at one side of said base; and
a support structure, connected to said electronic device and coupled
pivotally to said base, allowing said electronic device to be moved
relatively to said base, said pivot structure comprising: a connecting
element, connected to said electronic device; a first support, coupled
pivotally to said connecting element; and a second support, coupled
pivotally to said first support and base, and having an
accommodation space.
2. The electronic device assembly according to claim 1, wherein said
first support comprises a first end and second end, said first end is
coupled pivotally to said connecting element through a first pivot
assembly, and said second end said second support through a second
pivot assembly.
3. The electronic device assembly according to claim 1, wherein said
second support comprises a third end and fourth end, said third end is
coupled pivotally to said first support, and said fourth end is coupled
pivotally to said base through a third pivot assembly.
4. The electronic device assembly according to claim 1, wherein said
connecting element is fixed to said electronic device through a
plurality of locking elements.
5. The electronic device assembly according to claim 1, wherein said
base is fixed to a plane with a fixing member a way of gluing,
locking, fastening, or clamping.
