Background technology
Currently, trailers are generally one piece and cannot be expanded, without the ability
to increase inner space in multiple directions. This cannot meet the users' demand for
comfortable living space and reduces the users' enjoyment.

recreational vehicles are getting larger and larger. However, this approach has also

trailers are having. The invention describes a trailer house that is small enough to be

The purpose of the invention can be achieved through the following technical solutions:
A towable house / transformable caravan with expandable rooms, comprising a main
frame, a left foldable frame and a right foldable frame which are respectively attached
to both sides of the main frame. Both can be removed from the main frame. The main
frame is mounted on top of a trailer and includes a top plate (roof), a bottom plate (floor)
and walls on all four sides.
The left foldable frame includes a cover plate/roof , a front wall plate, a back wall plate
and a bottom plate / floor. One side of the roof plate is connected to the main frame's
cover plate and can be rotated, and the front wall plate and the back wall plate are also
respectively connected to the respective side of main frame's wall plate and can be
rotated; one side of the bottom plate is connected to the bottom of the main frame and
can be rotated. The opposite side of the bottom plate is connected to a left wall plate
and can be rotated.
The right foldable frame includes a cover plate / roof, a front wall plate, a back wall
plate and a bottom plate / floor. One side of the roof plate is connected to the main
frame's cover plate and can be rotated, and the front wall plate and the back wall plate
are also respectively connected to the respective side of main frame's wall plate and
can be rotated; one side of the bottom plate is connected to the bottom of the main
frame and can be rotated. The opposite side of the bottom plate is connected to a right

can be expanded out:
Firstly the roof plate moves upward. The roof plate can be pushed upward driven by
the pressure telescopic rods until the roof plate reaches the pre-set position.
Secondly the floor plate can be pulled/pushed downward. The floor plate can be pulled
or pushed down while one side is connected to the bottom of the vertical plate until the floor plate is horizontal.
Thirdly the left wall panel is then pulled upward. The bottom of the left wall panel
rotates around the bottom panel until the top of the left wall panel is connected to the
hinge at the bottom of the top panel. The left wall panel supports the top panel at the
bottom.
Fourthly the back wall panel and the front wall panel are pulled outward. The sides of
the back wall panel and the front wall panel are connected to the side of the left wall
panel. Then the latches are inserted to hold the bottom panel on both sides; the latch
penetrates the bottom plate to reach the front wall board and the left wall board; the
latch penetrates the bottom plate to reach the front wall board and the left wall board.
The same process applies to the expansion of the right foldable frame.

to move towards the clamping plate until the push plate is against the clamping plate,

Both can be removed from the main frame (20). The main frame (20) is mounted on top of a trailer and includes a top plate (roof) (6), a bottom plate (floor) and walls (21) on all four sides. The left foldable frame includes a cover plate / roof (1), a front wall plate (4), a back wall plate (5) and a bottom plate / floor (2) . One side of the roof plate (1) is connected to the main frame's cover plate (6) and can be rotated, and the front wall plate (4) and the back wall plate (5) are also respectively connected to the respective side of main frame's wall plate (21) and can be rotated; one side of the bottom plate (2) is connected to the bottom of the main frame (20) and can be rotated. The opposite side of the bottom plate (2) is connected to a left wall plate (3) and can be rotated. The right foldable frame includes a cover plate / roof (11), a front wall plate (14), aback wall plate (15) and a bottom plate/ floor (12). In addition, an elastic telescopic column (31) is arranged between two adjacent hydraulic columns (27), with a bead (30) at the other end of the elastic telescopic column (31) and corresponding holes (29) on the push plate (28) and the bead (30).

A towable house / transformable caravan with expandable rooms according to claim 1, where in the specific steps for the use of the transformable caravan include: Step 1: When the transformable caravan needs to be transported, the left and right frames can be folded and fixed by connecting the clamping plates (32) and the side plates (21). There could be two foldable frames installed on both sides of the main frame (20), or only one foldable frame on any side of the main frame (20). After attaching the clamping plates (32) to the inside of the clamping grooves (26), the clamping plates (32) will push the bead (30), forcing the elastic telescopic column (31) to shrink, so that the clamping plate (32) moves freely inside the clamping groove (26), and the clamping plate (32) is in contact with the bead (30), which makes the clamping plate (32) move steadily while the friction between the bead (30) and the clamping plate (32) decreases; Step 2: After the clamping plate (32) moves inside the clamping groove (26), the hydraulic columns (27) drive the push plate (28) to move towards the clamping plate (32) until the push plate (28) is docked with the clamping plate (32). The clamping plate (32) is stable inside the clip slot (26) and the movable push plate (28) and the ball (30) can be adapted to different sizes of clamping plate (32). When the push plate (28) moves towards the clamping plate (32), the bead (30) passes through the hole (29) without affecting the normal movement of the push plate (28). After the push plate (28) leaves the clamping plate (32), the ball (30) go through the hole (29) to make contact with the clamping plate (32).
    Step 3: After installing the foldable frames to the main frame, the left foldable frame can be expanded out: Firstly the roof plate (1) moves upward. The roof plate (1) can be pushed upward driven by the pressure telescopic rods (24) (25) until the roof plate (1) reaches the pre-set position. Secondly the floor plate (2) can be pulled/pushed downward. The floor plate (2) can be pulled or pushed down while one side is connected to the bottom of the vertical plate (7) until the floor plate (2) is horizontal. Thirdly the left wall panel (3) is then pulled upward. The bottom of the left wall panel (3) rotates around the bottom panel (2) until the top of the left wall panel (3) is connected to the hinge (10) at the bottom of the top panel (1). The left wall panel (3) supports the top panel (1) at the bottom. Fourthly the back wall panel (5) and the front wall panel (4) are pulled outward. The sides of the back wall panel (5) and the front wall panel (4) are connected to the side of the left wall panel (3). Then the latches (8) (9) are inserted to hold the bottom panel (2) on both sides; the latch (8) penetrates the bottom plate (2) to reach the front wall board (4) and the left wall board (3); the latch (9) penetrates the bottom plate (2) to reach the front wall board (5) and the left wall board (3). The same process applies to the expansion of the right foldable frame.
