Abstract

of The Disclosure This invention provides a junction box and a panel lamp and belongs to the technical field of the safe use of lamps. The junction box comprises two box covers, a wire clip body, and a limit clamping rib. The two box covers are mutually buckled to be fixed, and a threading hole is formed in the side wall where the two box covers are buckled, and the wire clip body is used for fixing a wire. The periphery of the wire clip body is provided with an annular clamping groove used for being set on the threading hole and clamped with the two box covers. The limit clamping rib is fixedly arranged at one end of the wire clip body used for clamping with the inner side of the box cover. The limit clamping rib is used for abutting against the inner side wall of the box cover. The wire clip body is clamped with the two box covers and is limited on the two box covers buckled with each other by virtue of the limit clamping rib and the annular clamping groove on the wire clip body. The panel lamp uses the junction box. The junction box and the panel lamp provided by this invention can effectively improve the fixing and pulling resistant effect of the wire and can avoid the direct contact between the box body and the wire. 16

Junction Box and Panel Lamp
Technical Field
[0001] The disclosure belongs to the technical field of wire clip pulling
resistance, and in particular to a junction box and a panel lamp using the junction
box.
Background
[0002] Currently, the external dial code junction box of a panel lamp on the
market is configured to control the color temperature or wattage of the panel lamp
and is between the panel lamp and the control part. A wiring terminal mode or a
direct welding mode can be directly adopted for convenient operation, but the wiring
mode is not firm in fixing and poor in realizing pulling resistant effect, and the use
safety of the panel lamp is influenced.
Summary
[0003] This invention provides a junction box and a panel lamp, and aims at
solving the problem of unsafe use of the lamp caused by poor wire fixing and pulling
resistant effect in the wiring process.
[0004] In order to achieve the above purpose, the technical solution of this
invention is as follows. A junction boxcomprises two box covers, a wire clip body, and
a limit clamping rib. The two box covers are mutually buckled to be fixed, and a
threading hole is formed in the side wall where the two box covers are buckled, and
the wire clip body is used for fixing a wire.An annular clamping groove used for being set on the threading hole and clamped with the two box covers is arranged in the periphery of the wire clip body. The limit clamping rib is fixedly arranged at one end of the wire clip body which is used for clamping with the inner side of a box cover.
The limit clamping rib is used for abutting against the inner wall of the box cover.
The wire clip body is clamped with the two box covers and is limited on the two box
covers buckled with each other by virtue of the limit clamping rib and the annular
clamping groove on the wire clip body.

length of the wire clip body.

resistant effect of the wire are obviously improved, and the safety of the lamp in the
using process is improved.

and a control part, and further comprising a junction box according to any one of the
above.

compared with the prior art, the panel lamp of this invention uses the above junction box, wherein a threading hole is formed in the side wall where the two box covers are buckled, and a limit clamping rib and an annular clamping groove are arranged in the wire clip body, and the wire clip body passes through the threading hole and is clamped with the two box covers via the threading hole and the annular clamping groove, and the limit clamping rib and the annular clamping groove in the wire clip body limit the wire clip body on the two box covers buckled with each other. In the wiring process, the fixing and pulling resistant effect of the wire are obviously improved, and the safety of the lamp in the using process is improved.

Detailed Description of Illustrative Embodiments
[0024] In order to clearly illustrate the technical problems, technical solutions
and beneficial effects to be solved bythis invention, this invention is described in
further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments.
It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely
illustrative of this invention and are not intended to limitthis invention.
[0025] Referring to Fig. 1 and Fig. 2, a junction box provided by this invention
will now be described. The junction box 5 comprises two box covers, a wire clip body
11 and a limit clamping rib 13. The two box covers are mutually buckled to be fixed,
and a threading hole 21 is formed in the side wall where the two box covers are buckled, and the wire clip body 11 is used for fixing a wire. An annular clamping groove 12 used for being set on the threading hole 21 and clamped with the two box covers is arranged in the periphery of the wire clip body 11. The limit clamping rib 13 is fixedly arranged at one end of the wire clip body 11 which is used for clamping with the inner side of the box cover. The limit clamping rib 13 is used for abutting against the inner side wall of the box cover. The wire clip body 11 is clamped with the two box covers and is limited on the two box covers buckled with each other by virtue of the limit clamping rib 13 and the annular clamping groove 12 on the wire clip body 11.
[0026] In the embodiment, the two box covers are respectively a box roof cover
2 and a box bottom cover 3. The limit clamping rib 13 is fixedly arranged at one end
of the wire clip body 11 used for clamping with the inner side of the box cover,
wherein the box cover can be the box roof cover 2 or the box bottom cover 3. Namely
the limit clamping rib 13 can abut against the inner side surface of the box roof cover
2 or the inner side surface of the box bottom cover 3. The wire clip body 11 and the
limit clamping rib 13 form a wire clip structure 1.

compared with the prior art, a threading hole 21 is formed in the side wall where the
two box covers of the junction box 5 of this invention are buckled, and a limit
clamping rib 13 and an annular clamping groove 12 are arranged in the wire clip body
11, and the wire clip body 11 passes through the threading hole 21 and is clamped with
the two box covers via the threading hole 21 and the annular clamping groove 12, and
the limit clamping rib 13 and the annular clamping groove 12 in the wire clip body 11 limit the wire clip body 11 on the two box covers buckled with each other. In the wiring process, the fixing and pulling resistant effect of the wire are obviously improved, and the direct contact between the box body and the wire can be avoided, and the safety of the lamp in the using process is improved.
[0028] As a specific embodiment of the junction box provided by this invention,
with reference to Fig. 2, the length of the limit clamping rib 13 is less than the length
of the wire clip body 11. The length A indicated in Fig.2 is the length of the limit
clamping rib 13, and the length B indicated in Fig.2 is the length of the wire clip body
11. When the length of the limit clamping rib 13 is less than the length of the wire clip
body 11 and the wire tension is more than 60 N, it can meet the requirements of the
IEC standard, and the use amount of the limit clamping rib 13 is reduced while the
pulling resistant effect is guaranteed, and materials are saved, and the cost is saved.
[0029] As a specific embodiment of this invention, with reference to Figs. 2 to 5,
the wire clip body 11 and the limit clamping rib 13 are integrated injection molding
structure. The processing can be completed only by one set of mould such that the
operation is convenient, and the pulling resistant effect of the integrally molded of
the wire clip body 11 and the limit clamping rib 13 is better than that of the split
molded, and the direct contact between the wire and the box body can be avoided.
[0030] As a specific embodiment of this invention, with reference to Fig. 1, one
end of the box bottom cover 3 is provided with a limit clamping groove 31 used for
accommodating the limit clamping rib 13, so that the limit clamping rib 13 abuts
against the box bottom cover 3, or the limit clamping rib 13 abuts against the inner side of the box roof cover 2. In this way, the contact area between the limit clamping rib 13 and the box bottom cover 3 is ensured, or the contact area between the limit clamping rib 13 and the box roof cover 2 is ensured. The pulling resistant effect of the wire is improved, and the wire clip body 11 can be limited to rotate in the box body.
[0031] As a specific embodiment of this invention, with reference to Fig. 1, a
PCB board 4 is provided in a space enclosed by the box roof cover 2 and the box
bottom cover 3. With respect to a conventional circuit board, the PCB board 4
replaces a wire with a copper foil, and replaces a conventional element with a patch
element, such that the PCB board 4 is much better than an ordinary circuit in density,
scale, and layout. One end of the box roof cover 2 and one end of the box bottom
cover 3 are respectively clamped with the wire clip body 11. A mold core is
manufactured in the wire clip body 11, and then the wire is fixed in the mold core, so
the wire is fixed in the wire clip body. The wire fixed in the wire clip body 11 is welded
and fixed with the PCB board 4. The other end of the box roof cover 2 and the other
end of the box bottom cover 3 are used for clamping with the wire, and the wire is
welded and fixed with the PCB board 4; or a wiring terminal can be bonded and fixed
on the PCB board 4, and the wire extends into the wiring terminal so that a
connecting passage is formed in the box body. In other embodiment, the other end of
the box roof cover 2 and the other end of the box bottom cover 3 can also be provided
with a wire clip structure 1, namely, the two ends of the box roof cover 2 are
symmetrically provided with the wire clip structure 1, and the two ends of the box
bottom cover 3 are symmetrically provided with the wire clip structure 1, so the pulling resistant effect is better.
[0032] As a specific embodiment of this invention, with reference to Fig. 1, the
bottom end of the inner side of the box bottom cover 3 is provided with a positioning
rib 33. The positioning rib 33 and the box bottom cover 3 are integrally injection
molded, or the positioning rib 33 and the box bottom cover 3 are fixedly glued. The
positioning rib 33 is used for positioning the PCB board 4, and the positioning rib 33
is detachably connected with the PCB board 4, preferably, the positioning rib 33 is
inserted into the PCB board 4. The positioning rib 33 is arranged with a support
portion 331 and a raised portion 332. A through hole (not shown in the figures)
corresponding to the raised portion 332 is formed in the PCB board 4, and the raised
portion 332 is plugged and cooperated with the through hole to fix the PCB board 4.
The support portion 331 supports the PCB board 4. Due to the arrangement of the
positioning rib 33, the problem of poor contact between the wire and the PCB board 4
caused by the change of the PCB board 4 subjected to external vibration is avoided.
[0033] As a specific embodiment of this invention, with reference to Fig. 1, the
box roof cover 2 is clamped and cooperated with the box bottom cover 3. In the
existing junction box, the box roof cover 2 and the box bottom cover 3 are matched by
screws, which results the disassembly is complicated and the interface part is easy to
be damaged. In this embodiment, the box roof cover 2 is clamped and cooperated
with the box bottom cover 3, and the disassembly is convenient, and the box body
cannot be damaged.
[0034] As a specific embodiment of this invention, with reference to Fig.1, the inner side wall of the box roof cover 2 is provided with a groove 22, and the outer side wall of the box bottom cover 3 is provided with a buckle 32. The groove 22 is clamped and cooperated with the buckle 32 to fix the box roof cover 2 and the box bottom cover 3. There can be a plurality of the grooves 22 and the buckles 32. The groove 22, the buckle 32 and the wire clip body 11 are matched to fix the box roof cover 2 and the box bottom cover 3, so the problem of complicated disassembly caused by screw matching is avoided, and the assembly is convenient, and the labor intensity of workers is reduced.
[0035] As a specific embodiment of this invention, with reference to Fig. 5, a
first tooth 14 is fixedly arranged on the abutting surface of the limit clamping rib 13
abutting against the inner side wall of the box bottom cover 3. The first tooth 14 is
integrally formed with the limit clamping rib 13, and the first tooth 14 is arranged
along the height direction C of the limit clamping rib 13. A second tooth 34 is fixedly
arranged on an abutting surface of the inner side wall of the box bottom cover 3
abutting against the limit clamping rib 13. The second tooth 34 is integrally formed
with the box bottom cover 3, and the second tooth 34 is arranged along the height
direction D of the box cover. The first tooth 14 and the second tooth 34 are jagged,
and the first tooth 14 is meshed with the second tooth 34. It is also possible to
arrange multiple rows of the first tooth 14 along the height direction C of the limit
clamping 13, and arrange multiple rows of the second tooth 34 along the height
direction D of the box cover. The meshing of the first tooth 14 and the second tooth
34 is beneficial to improve the pulling resistant effect of the wire. When the box roof cover 2 and the box bottom cover 3 need to be disassembled, the wire clip body 11 is tightly clamped with the box roof cover 2 and the box bottom cover 3, and it results that the wire clip body 11 is hard to disassemble and easy to be damaged. While the first tooth 14 and the second tooth 34 are meshed to fix the wire clip body 11 and the box bottom cover 3, the box roof cover 2 is convenient to disassemble. If the limit clamping rib 13 abuts against the inner side surface of the box roof cover 2, the first tooth 14 and the second tooth 34 are respectively arranged on the abutting surface of the limit clamping rib 13 and the box roof cover 2; and the first tooth 14 is integrally formed with the limit clamping rib 13 and the second tooth 34 is integrally formed with the box roof cover 2.
[0036] This invention further provides a panel lamp, as shown in Fig. 6,
comprising a lamp body 6 and a control part 7, and further comprising any one of the
above-mentioned junction box 5.
[0037] In the embodiment, the control part 7 is a switch, and the switch is
connected with the junction box 5 to control the on or off of the lamp body 6.

through the threading hole 21 and is clamped with the two box covers via the
threading hole 21 and the annular clampinggroove 12, and the limit clamping rib 13 and the annular clamping groove 12 in the wire clip body 11limit the wire clip body 11 on the two box covers buckled with each other. In the wiring process, the fixing and pulling resistant effect of the wire are obviously improved, and the direct contact between the box body and the wire can be avoided, and the safety of the lamp in the using process is improved.

Claims (3)

In the Claims:
1. A junction box, comprising:
two box covers mutually buckled and fixed, wherein a threading hole is
formed in the side wall where the two box covers are buckled;
a wire clip body used for fixing a wire, wherein an annular clamping groove
used for being set on the threading hole and clamped with the two box covers is
arranged in the periphery of the wire clip body; and
a limit clamping rib fixedly arranged at one end of the wire clip body used for
clamping with the inner side of a box cover, wherein the limit clamping rib is used for
abutting against the inner side wall of the box cover; and
the wire clip body is clamped with the two box covers and limited on the two
box covers mutually buckled by the limit clamping rib and the annular clamping
groove on the wire clip body.
2. The junction box of claim 1, wherein a length of the limit clamping rib is less
than the length of the wire clip body.
3. The junction box of claim 1 or 2, wherein the wire clip body and the limit
clamping rib are integrally formed.
4. The junction box of claim 1 or 2, wherein one end of the box cover is
provided with a limit clamping groove used for accommodating the limit clamping
rib.
5. The junction box of claim 1 or 2, wherein the junction box further comprises:
a PCB board arranged in the space enclosed by the two box covers.
6. The junction box of claim 5, wherein a positioning rib used for positioning
the PCB board is fixedly provided at a bottom end of the inner side of the box cover.
7. The junction box of claim 1, 2 or 6, wherein the two box covers areclamped
and cooperated with each other.
8. The junction box of claim 7, wherein the inner side wall of the box cover is
provided with a groove, and the outer side wall of the other box cover is provided
with a buckle, and the groove is clamped and cooperated with the buckle for fixing
the two box covers.
9. The junction box of claim 1, 2 or 6, wherein a first tooth along a height of the
limit clamping rib is fixedly arranged on an abutting surface of the limit clamping rib abutting against the inner side wall of the box cover, and a second tooth meshed with the first tooth and along the height of the box cover is fixedly arranged on an abutting surface of the inner side wall of the box cover abutting against the limit clamping rib.
10. A panel lamp comprises a lamp body and a control part, wherein further
comprising a junction box according to any one of claims 1-9.
