Abstract

The invention discloses the guide device for a cutting machine, which comprises a cutting machine body, a workbench, a first motor, a first lead screw, a first guide groove, a left movable seat, a first lead screw seat, a second motor, a third lead screw, a polish rod, a connecting belt, a movable seat, a third motor, a fixed piece, a second lead screw, a right movable seat, a second lead 5 screw seat, a fourth lead screw, a vertical movable seat, and a second guide groove. The invention has the beneficial effects of reasonable and simple structure, low production cost, and complete functions and is convenient to install. THE GUIDE DEVICE FOR A CUTTING MACHINE TECHNICAL FIELD
[0001] The present invention relates to the technical field of textile machinery, in particular to the guide device for a cutting machine.
BACKGROUND
[0002] Traditional cutting machines operate manually by workers and control cutting directions, such that the workers not only take a large number of efforts to control the
directions of the cutting machines but also maintain certain linear directions, resulting in
the consumption of a large amount of energy and incapability of improving working
efficiency very well. Once the directions are not controlled well, fabrics will be scrapped
to greatly increase production costs. However, with increasing demands on cutting
processes, modem people desire high-speed efficiency while pursuing high-quality
cutting. For example, cutting fabrics or leather with different lengths and different widths
is completed manually by the workers at most times, which is difficult to ensure cutting
quality and also cause lower efficiency.
SUMMARY
[0003] Aiming at solving the above problems, the present invention provides the guide device for a cutting machine and solves the problems that the existing cutting machine
needs to cut manually by workers to cause difficulty in ensuring cutting quality and lower
efficiency.

solution: the guide device for a cutting machine comprises a cutting machine body. The
innovative point lies in that the guide device further comprises a workbench, a first motor,
a first lead screw, a first guide groove, a left movable seat, a first lead screw seat, a d e s crip tion second motor, a third lead screw, a polish rod, a connecting belt, a movable seat, a third motor, a fixed piece, a second lead screw, a right movable seat, a second lead screw seat, a fourth lead screw, a vertical movable seat and a second guide groove, wherein the first guide groove is formed in a left side of the workbench, the second guide groove is formed in a right side of the workbench, the first motor is fixedly connected to an upper left side of the first guide groove, the first lead screw isfixedly connected to an output shaft of the first motor, the first lead screw is movably connected to thefirst guide groove, the first lead screw seat is movably connected to the first lead screw, a lower side of the first lead screw is connected to a lower side of the second lead screw through the connecting belt, the second lead screw is movably connected to the second guide groove, the second lead screw seat is movably connected to the second lead screw, the first lead screw seat is longitudinally and movably connected to the first guide groove, the left movable seat is fixedly connected to an upper surface of the first lead screw seat, the second lead screw seat is longitudinally and movably connected to the second guide groove, the right movable seat is fixedly connected to an upper surface of the second lead screw seat, the second motor is fixedly connected to an upper left side of the left movable seat, an output shaft at a right side of the second motor isfixedly connected with a left end of the third lead screw, a right end of the third lead screw is movably connected to a left side of the right movable seat, a left end of the polish rod is movably connected to a right side of the left movable seat, a right end of the polish rod is movably connected to a left side of the right movable seat, the movable seat is movably connected to the third lead screw and the polish rod in a left-right manner, an upper surface of the movable seat is fixedly connected to the third motor through the fixed piece, an output shaft at the bottom of the third motor is fixedly connected with the fourth lead screw, the fourth lead screw is movably connected to an upper side of the interior of the vertical movable seat, the vertical movable seat is vertically and movably connected to the interior of a lower side of the movable seat, and the cutting machine body is fixedly connected to the bottom of the vertical movable seat.

seat and the right movable seat is also ensured, i.e., the quality of the fabrics or leather
after cutting is further ensured. When the guide device is used for cutting, the cutting
machine body and the third motor are firstly started, the third motor herein can drive the
cutting machine body to move downwards to cut the fabrics or leather, and then the
second motor is started to drive the movable seat to move leftwards and rightwards, i.e.,
the cutting machine body moves leftwards and rightwards to cut the fabrics of leather.

When the guide device is used for cutting, the cutting machine body (19) and the third motor (12) are firstly started, the third motor (12) herein can drive the cutting machine body (19) to move downwards to cut the fabrics or leather, and then the second motor (7) is started to drive the movable seat (11) to move leftwards and rightwards, i.e., the cutting machine body (19) moves leftwards and rightwards to cut the fabrics of d e s crip tion leather.
