Abstract

Abstract: As the application of electric vehicles in home users is becoming more and more common, the adjustment of the electric vehicle electricity consumption plan has also become crucial. This patent proposes a model that consider the cost of users and utility simultaneously. For household users, a demand response model for optimizing the charging strategy of electric vehicles is established. The purpose of this model is to adjust the charging and scheme of electric vehicles based on real-time electricity price information, so that the user's electricity cost can be reduced. In addition, from the perspective of the power grid, the model optimizes the power generation strategy of the power grid so that the power generation cost of the power system can be minimized under the condition of satisfying the electricity consumption of domestic users. In the process of solv ing this problem, it is divided into two sub-problems to solve, using first-order neural dynamics algorithms and second-order neural dynamics algorithms re spectively. The effectiveness and feasibility of the algorithms have been verified by numerical simulation.
