Description

Plastic cabinet with doors having rounded corner pads BACKGROUND
The present invention relates to the field of furniture, and more specifically relates to a plastic cabinet with doors having rounded corner pads.
Venues like gym rooms, bathrooms, water parks, and offices require plastic cabinets for storage purpose. A plastic cabinet is formed by at least two side panels, a door panel, a rear panel and two traverse panels. Currently, the door panel is made integrally from a hard plastic material. Therefore, corners of the door panel are sharp, and users may easily get hurt during use if they happen to bump into the corners of the door panel.
SUMMARY
The present invention provides a plastic cabinet with doors having rounded corner pads, so as to provide safety use of the cabinet and prevent the corners of the door from hurting the users.
The above objects of the present invention are achieved as follows:
A plastic cabinet with doors having rounded corner pads, comprising cabinet units; a door is mounted at an opening of each of the cabinet units; an inner side of the door is hinged with one side of the opening of the corresponding cabinet unit, characterized in that, an upper corner and a lower corner of an outer side of the door are each provided with a soft rounded corner pad; the door comprises a primary door panel and a secondary door panel; the primary door panel and the secondary door panel are connected together to form the door; internal surfaces of the two rounded corner pads are respectively provided between two corner portions at an outer side of the primary door panel and two corresponding corner portions at an outer side of the secondary door panel; the internal surfaces of each rounded corner pad are provided with fixing through holes; each of the corner portions at the outer side of the primary door panel is provided with fixing rods corresponding to the fixing through holes of the corresponding rounded corner pad; each of the corner portions at the outer side of the secondary door panel is provided with fixing ribs corresponding to the fixing through holes of the corresponding rounded corner pad; the fixing rods at each of the corner portions and the corresponding fixing ribs at each of the corner portions are inserted into and thus buckled to the fixing through holes of each of the rounded corner pads from two opposite opening ends of the fixing through holes respectively; external surfaces of each rounded corner pad are exposed from and extended out of the corresponding corner portion at the outer side of the primary door panel and the corresponding corner portion at the outer side of the secondary door panel.
The corner portions at the outer side of the primary door panel and the corner portions at the outer side of the secondary door panel have an arc shape.
By means of the above technical solutions, the upper corner and the lower corner of the outer side of the door are each provided with a soft rounded corner pad. Internal surfaces of the two rounded corner pads are respectively provided between two corner portions at an outer side of a primary door panel of the door and two corresponding corner portions at an outer side of a secondary door panel of the door. External surfaces of each rounded corner pad are exposed from and extended out of the corresponding corner portion at the outer side of the primary door panel and the corresponding corner portion at the outer side of the secondary door panel, so that the rounded corner pads can achieve better buffering effect to prevent hurting the users in case the users bump into the upper corner or the lower corner of the outer side of the door. Accordingly, the present invention has the advantage of promoting safety use.
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Figure 1 is a schematic structural view of the present invention.

Figure 3 is a front view of the door according to the present invention.
Figure 4 is a sectional view along line A-A of figure 3.
In order to further explain the technical solutions provided by the present invention, the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to an embodiment.
As shown in FIGs. 1-4, the present invention is a plastic cabinet with doors having rounded corner pads, comprising cabinet units 1; a door 2 is mounted at an opening 11 of each of the cabinet units 1; an inner side of the door 2 is hinged with one side of the opening 11 of a corresponding cabinet unit 1.
The present invention is characterized in that, an upper corner and a lower corner of an outer side of the door 2 are each provided with a soft rounded corner pad 3. The rounded corner pad 3 is made by soft material such as TPE, TPU, TPR or PU. The door 2 comprises a primary door panel 21 and a secondary door panel 22; the primary door panel 21 and the secondary door panel 22 are connected together to form the door 2. Internal surfaces of the two rounded corner pads 3 are respectively provided between two corner portions 210 at an outer side of the primary door panel 21 and two corresponding corner portions 220 at an outer side of the secondary door panel 22. The internal surfaces of each rounded corner pad 3 are provided with fixing through holes 31; each of the corner portions 210 at the outer side of the primary door panel 21 is provided with fixing rods 211 corresponding to the fixing through holes 31 of the corresponding rounded corner pad 3; each of the corner portions 220 at the outer side of the secondary door panel 22 is provided with fixing ribs 221 corresponding to the fixing through holes 31 of the corresponding rounded corner pad 3; the fixing rods 211 at each of the corner portions 210 and the corresponding fixing ribs 221 at each of the corner portions 220 are inserted into and thus buckled to the fixing through holes 31 of each of the rounded corner pads 3 from two opposite opening ends of the fixing through holes 31 respectively. Therefore, the internal surfaces of each rounded corner pad 3 is fixed between the corresponding corner portion 210 at the outer side of the primary door panel 21 and the corresponding corner portion 220 at the outer side of the secondary door panel 22. External surfaces of each rounded corner pad 3 are exposed from and extended out of the corresponding corner portion 210 at the outer side of the primary door panel 21 and the corresponding corner portion 220 at the outer side of the secondary door panel 22, so that the rounded corner pads 3 can achieve better buffering effect to prevent hurting the users in case the users bump into the upper corner or the lower corner of the outer side of the door 2. Accordingly, the present invention has the advantage of promoting safety use.
Further, as shown in FIG. 3, the corner portions 210 at the outer side of the primary door panel 21 and the corner portions 220 at the outer side of the secondary door panel 22 have an arc shape. As such, the upper corner and the lower corner at the outer side of the door 2 are further prevented from hurting users in case the users bump into the upper corner and the lower corner.

    The claims defining the invention are as follows:
    1. A plastic cabinet, comprising cabinet units; a door is mounted at an opening of each of the cabinet units; an inner side of the door is hinged with one side of the opening of the corresponding cabinet unit, characterized in that:
    an upper corner and a lower corner of an outer side of the door are each provided with a soft rounded corner pad;
    the door comprises a primary door panel and a secondary door panel; the primary door panel and the secondary door panel are connected together to form the door; internal surfaces of the two rounded corner pads are respectively provided between two corner portions at an outer side of the primary door panel and two corresponding corner portions at an outer side of the secondary door panel; the internal surfaces of each rounded corner pad are provided with fixing through holes; each of the corner portions at the outer side of the primary door panel is provided with fixing rods corresponding to the fixing through holes of the corresponding rounded corner pad; each of the corner portions at the outer side of the secondary door panel is provided with fixing ribs corresponding to the fixing through holes of the corresponding rounded corner pad; the fixing rods at each of the corner portions at the outer side of the primary door panel and the corresponding fixing ribs at each of the corner portions at the outer side of the secondary door panel are inserted into and thus buckled to the fixing through holes of each of the rounded corner pads from two opposite opening ends of the fixing through holes respectively; external surfaces of each rounded corner pad are exposed from and extended out of the corresponding corner portion at the outer side of the primary door panel and the corresponding corner portion at the outer side of the secondary door panel.
  2. 2. The plastic cabinet of claim 1, wherein the corner portions at the outer side of the primary door panel and the corner portions at the outer side of the secondary 5 door panel have an arc shape.
