DESCRIPTION BUILDINGS FIELD
[0001] The present invention relates to buildings, such as houses or the like.
BACKGROUND
[0002] If there are many "dead ends" in the layout of a house, the number of times of going back and forth in the same space will be increased, and sometimes the efficiency of housework may be poor. Therefore, as in the case of the building in the patent document 1, circulating travel lines comprising the inside of the storage room at the center and the peripheries of the storage room are formed to improve the ease of movement in the building.
Prior Art Literature Patent Documents:
[0003] Patent document 1: Patent Publication No. JP2013-124468
SUMMARY Technical Problem
[0004] In addition, the building in the patent document 1 is provided with multiple rooms arranged radially centering on a storage room. Therefore, although the travel lines through the storage room make it easy to go and back among the rooms, it is difficult to apply them to a building with a layout different from the layout in which the storage room is arranged at the center. Moreover, for example, sometimes a room (e.g., a closet 11c) is arranged outside a corner part of the storage room; in such a case, it may be difficult to move between that room and other rooms (e.g., a kitchen 12).
[0005] The present invention is developed in view of the above-mentioned problem. The technical problem of the present invention is to form highly universal and efficient circulating travel lines compared with the conventional techniques.
[0006] The invention in technical scheme 1 is characterized in that, building 1, for example, as shown in Figs. 1-4, comprises corridor 10 (first corridor 10) extending from a hallway (hallway door 34) to the center of the building 1, and a plurality of zones 11-15 and 35 adjacent to the corridor 10 with walls Oa-Of interposed therebetween,
DESCRIPTION a plurality of circulating travel lines TL1-TL4 are formed in a way that they overlap with each other through the corridor 10, and enables movement from the corridor 10 through any of the plurality of zones 11-15 and 35 and back to the corridor 10.
[0007] According to the invention in technical scheme 1, since a plurality of circulating travel lines TL1-TL4 are formed in a way that they overlap with each other through the corridor 10 and enables movement from the corridor 10 through any of the plurality of zones 11-15 and 35 and back to the corridor 10, the corridor 10 and the plurality of zones 11-15 and adjacent to the corridor 10 with wallslOa-10f interposed therebetween can be connected by the plurality of circulating travel lines TL1-TL4. Accordingly, it is possible to move around the corridor 10 extending from the hallway to the center of the building 1 and the plurality of zones 11-15 and 35 adjacent to the corridor 10 continuously. Thus, compared with conventional techniques, a highly universal and efficient circulating travel lines can be formed.
[0008] The invention in technical scheme 2 is characterized in that, for example, as shown in Figs. 3 and 4, in the building1 according to the technical scheme 1, wherein: the plurality of zones 11-15 and 35 comprise a main bedroom 11, a kitchen 12, a first storage room 13 located between the main bedroom 11 and the kitchen 12, a garage 14, a second storage room 15 adjacent to the garage 14, and outdoor space connecting the hallway (hallway door 34) and the garage 14 (including the outdoor space of hallway entrance 35), the main bedroom 11, the kitchen 12, and the first storage room 13 are arranged in a way that they are aligned along one side in the length direction of the corridor 10, and the garage 14 and the second storage room 15 are arranged in a way that they are aligned along the other side in the length direction of the corridor 10.
[00091 According to the invention in technical scheme 2, since the plurality of zones 11-15 and 35 comprise a main bedroom 11, a kitchen 12, a first storage room 13, a garage 14, a second storage room 15, and outdoor space, it is possible to move around those zones 11-15 and 35 through the corridor 10. In addition, since the main bedroom 11, the kitchen 12, and the first storage room 13 are arranged in a way that they are aligned along one side in the length direction of the corridor 10, while the garage 14 and the second storage room 15 are arranged in a way that they are aligned along the other side in the length direction of the corridor 10, a highly universal layout centering on the elongated corridor 10 extending from the hallway to the
DESCRIPTION center of the building 1 can be realized.
[00101 The invention in technical scheme 3 is characterized in that, for example, as shown in Figs. 3 and 4, in the building1 according to the technical scheme 2, wherein the plurality of circulating travel lines TL1-TL4 comprise: a first circulating travel line TL1 enabling movement around the corridor 10, the main bedroom 11, and the first storage room 13, a second circulating travel line TL2 enabling movement around the corridor 10, the kitchen 12, and the first storage room 13, and a third circulating travel line TL3 enabling movement around the corridor 10, the garage 14, the second storage room 15, and the outdoor space.
[00111 According to the invention in technical scheme 3, a plurality of circulating travel lines TL1-TL4 comprise: a first circulating travel line TL enabling movement around the corridor 10, the main bedroom 11, and the first storage room 13, a second circulating travel line TL2 enabling movement around the corridor 10, the kitchen 12, and the first storage room 13, and a third circulating travel line TL3 enabling movement around the corridor 10, the garage 14, the second storage room 15, and the outdoor space. Therefore, it is possible to move around the main bedroom 11, the kitchen 12, and the garage 14 continuously through the first storage room 13, the second storage room 15, and the outdoor space, without passing through the centrally located corridor 10.
[00121 The invention in technical scheme 4 is characterized in that, for example, as shown in Figs. 3 and 4, in the building 1 according to the technical scheme 3, wherein the first circulating travel line TL1 and the second circulating travel line TL2 further overlap with each other in the direction orthogonal to the length direction of the corridor 10.
[0013] According to the invention in technical scheme 4, since the first circulating travel line TL1 and the second circulating travel line TL2 further overlap with each other in the direction orthogonal to the length direction of the corridor 10, the continuity of the first circulating travel line TLl and the second circulating travel line TL2 is improved, and the movement between the zones in the first circulating travel line TLl and the zones in the second circulating travel line TL2 is more efficient.
[00141 The invention in technical scheme 5 is characterized in that, for example, as shown in Figs. 3 and 4, in the building 1 according to the technical scheme 3 or 4,
DESCRIPTION wherein an island-type kitchen counter 12c is arranged in the kitchen 12 away from the internal walls of the building 1, and a plurality of circulating travel lines TL1-TL4 comprise an auxiliary circulating travel line TL4 enabling movement around the corridor 10 and the kitchen counter 12c in the kitchen 12, and the circulating auxiliary travel line and the second circulating travel line overlap with each other in the direction orthogonal to the length direction of the corridor.
[0015] According to the invention in technical scheme 5, since the plurality of circulating travel lines TL1-TL4 comprise an auxiliary circulating travel line TL4 enabling movement around the corridor 10 and the island-type kitchen counter 12c in the kitchen 12, the around-movement scope can be enlarged by the part of auxiliary circulating travel line TL4. In addition, since the auxiliary circulating travel line TL4 and the second circulating travel line TL2 overlap with each other in the direction orthogonal to the length direction of the corridor 10, the continuity of the auxiliary circulating travel line TL4 and the second circulating travel line TL2 is improved, and the movement between the zones in the auxiliary circulating travel line TL4 and the zones in the second circulating travel line TL2 is more efficient.
[0016] The invention in technical scheme 6 is characterized in that, for example, as shown in Figs. 3 and 4, in the building1 according to any of the technical schemes 2-5, wherein the main bedroom 11 comprises a bed space 11a, a water space 11b, and a walk-in closet 11c, and wherein the first circulating travel line TLl is formed in a way that it enables movement from the corridor 10 through the bed space 1la, the water space 1lb, the walk-in closet 11c, the first storage room 13, and back to the corridor 10.
[0017] According to the invention in technical scheme 6, since the first circulating travel line TL1 centering on the main bedroom 11 comprising a bed space 1la, a water space lb and a walk-in closet 11c is formed in a way passing from the corridor 10 through the bed space 11a, the water space 11b, the walk-in closet 11c, the first storage room 13, and back to the corridor 10, living activities such as sleeping, getting up, dressing, and washing, etc. can be carried out efficiently in the first circulating travel line TL1L Effects of the Invention
[0018] Compared with the conventional techniques, highly universal and efficient circulating travel lines can be formed according to the present invention.

In addition, the toilet 19b is arranged at the inner side of the back outer wall 6 at the southern side, and a water closet 126 is provided in it.
[0042] A plurality of rooms 20-23 are arranged at the southern side of the second corridor 19. The plurality of rooms 20-23 are arranged in a way that they are aligned along the southern side in the length direction of the second corridor 19. One room among the plurality of rooms 20-23 is a bathroom 21, and the other rooms 20, 22 and 23 are used as children's room and bedroom in this embodiment, but may also be used for other purposes (e.g., guest rooms). Storage portions 127, 128 and 129 produced for storing clothes and the like are arranged in the rooms 20, 22, and 23. A bath tub 130 and a wash basin 131 are arranged in the bathroom 21. In addition, a storage portion 132 produced for storing linen products (e.g., towels) is arranged in the bathroom 21. In addition, a shower room 133 is arranged at the northern side of the storage portion 132 for storing linen products in the bathroom 21.
[0043] In the building 1 formed as described above, a plurality of circulating travel lines TL1-TL4 are formed in a way that they overlap with each other through the first corridor 10, and enables movement from the first corridor 10 through any of the plurality of zones (including the main bedroom 11, the kitchen 12, the first storage room 13, the garage 14, the second storage room 15, and the indoor space of the hallway entrance 35) and back to the first corridor 10. In addition, the circulating travel lines refers to circulation lines enabling movement around (circumduction) the spaces in the building, specifically circulation lines enabling movement from a position (origin) in the building through other positions and finally back to the origin. That is to say, they are passable spaces designed for movement around in the building for the purpose of reducing "dead ends" in the building as far as possible. The plurality of circulating travel lines TL1-TL4 include a first circulating travel line
DESCRIPTION TLl, a second circulating travel line TL2, a third circulating travel line TL3, and an auxiliary circulating travel line TL4.
[0044] The first circulating travel line TL enables movement around the first corridor 10, the main bedroom 11, and the first storage room 13. Described in more detail, the first circulating travel line TL1 is formed in a way that it enables movement from the first corridor through the bed space 11a, the water space 11b (Ib1 and 11b3), the walk-in closet 11c, the first storage room 13, and returns to the first corridor 10. Moreover, the movement may be reversed. In the first circulating travel line TLl, a door Dl between the first corridor 10 and the bed space 1l a, a door D2 between the water space 1lb and the walk-in closet 1Ic, a door D3 between the walk-in closet 11 cand the first storage room 13, and a door D4 between the first storage room 13 and the first corridor 10 are arranged.
[0045] With such a first circulating travel line TL1, the users may carried out living activities such as sleeping and getting up in the bed space 11a, dressing or washing in the washroom 1bl, bathing in the bathroom 11b3, and selecting or changing clothes in the walk-in closet 11c, etc. In addition, since linen products and the like are stored in the first storage room 13, it is easy to store and take out the towels and the like used in the bathroom 11b3 or the washroom 11bl.
[0046] The second circulating travel line'TL2 enables movement around the first corridor , the kitchen 12, and the first storage room 13. Described in more detail, the second circulating travel line TL2 is formed in a way that it enables movement from the first corridor through the kitchen 12, the first storage room 13, and back to the first corridor 10. Moreover, the movement may be reversed. In the second circulating travel line TL2, a door D4 between the first storage room 13 and the first corridor 10, an entrance 13a between the kitchen 12 and the first storage room 13, and an entrance 12a between the kitchen 12 and the first corridor 10 are arranged.
[0047] With such a second circulating travel line TL2, the users may carried out living activities, such as cooking in the kitchen 12, and storing and replenishing food and the like in the first storage room 13, etc. In addition, since linen products and the like are stored in the first storage room 13, it is easy to store and take out the towels and the like used in the kitchen 12.
[0048] The third circulating travel line TL3 enables movement around the first corridor 10,
DESCRIPTION the garage 14, the second storage room 15, and the above-mentioned*outdoor space. Described in more detail, the third circulating travel line TL3 is arranged in a way that it enables movement from the first corridor 10 through the second storage room 15, the garage 14 and the outdoor space including the hallway entrance 35, and back to the first corridor 10. Moreover, the movement may be reversed. In addition, the outdoor space that constitute the third circulating travel line TL3 refers to outdoor space in a movement essentially in a shape of a Japanese katakana character " : " (substantially C shape or substantially U shape) in the top view, including a position at the exit from the garage 14 to the outdoor space, a section from that position to the position of the hallway entrance 35, and the hallway entrance 35. In addition, in the case that a side door is arranged in the garage shutter door 41, the side door is preferably arranged at a position near the side of the hallway entrance 35 in the garage shutter door 41. In the third circulating travel line TL3, a door D5 between the garage 14 and the second storage room 15, a garage shutter door 41 between the garage 14 and the outdoor space, and a hallway door 34 between the hallway entrance 35 and the first corridor 10 are arranged, and an entrance 15a between the first corridor 10 and the second storage room 15 is formed.
[0049] With such a third circulating travel line TL3, after the users get on/off the vehicles or load/unload the goods in the garage 14, they can move toward the side of the second storage room 15 or the side of the hallway door 34. In addition, the user may carry out living activities, such as repairing the vehicles in the garage 14, storing tools, shoes and the like and washing clothes in the second storage room 15, etc.
[0050] The auxiliary circulating travel line TL4 enables movement around the first corridor and the island-type kitchen counter 12c in the kitchen 12. Described in more detail, the auxiliary circulating travel line TL4 is formed in a way that it allows movement from the first corridor 10 through the kitchen 12, the dining room 16, and back to the first corridor 10. Moreover, the movement may be reversed. An entrance 12a between the first corridor 10 and the kitchen 12 is formed in the auxiliary circulating travel line TL4.
[0051] With such an auxiliary travel line TL4, the users may take the food prepared in the kitchen 12 to the dining room 16 or wash the dishware after the meal.
[0052] Since the plurality of circulating travel lines TL1-TL4 overlap with each other
DESCRIPTION through the first corridor 10, they may also take a role of a big circulating travel line. Therefore, the living activities carried out in the circulating travel lines TL1-TL4 may be incorporated in a series. For example, the user may carry out living activities in a series, including getting up in the bed space lla, bathing in the bathroom 11b3, dressing in the washroom 1Ibi or the walk-in closet 1Ic, preparing food in the kitchen 12, having meals in the dining room 16, and getting on the vehicles in the garage 14 and driving away. That is to say, in such an example, the user seldom encounter a "dead end" and can complete an outgoing process smoothly and successfully, from getting up in the morning to going out to work. In summary, since the plurality of circulating travel lines TL1-TL4 overlap with each other through the first corridor , a scenario of delay at a "dead end" position is seldom encountered during living activities in the building 1, and the living activities can be completed more smoothly and successfully. Moreover, the first circulating travel line TL1 and the second circulating travel line TL2 further overlap with each other in a direction orthogonal to the length direction of the first corridor 10. More specifically, the first circulating travel line TL1 and the second circulating travel line TL2 overlap with each other in the first storage room 13. Therefore, these circulating travel lines TL1 and TL2 not only are continuous in the first corridor 10, but also are continuous in the direction orthogonal to the first corridor 10. Therefore, the living activities in these circulating travel lines TLl and TL2 may be carried out in combination easily. Furthermore, the auxiliary circulating travel line TL4 and the second circulating travel line TL2 further overlap with each other in the direction orthogonal to the length direction of the first corridor 10. More specifically, the auxiliary circulating travel line TL4 and the second circulating travel line TL2 overlap with each other between the kitchen counter with stove 12b and the island-type kitchen counter 12c in the kitchen 12. Therefore, these circulating travel lines TL4 and TL2 not only are continuous in the first corridor 10, but also are continuous in the direction orthogonal to the first corridor 10. Therefore, the living activities in these circulating travel lines TL4 and TL2 may be carried out in combination easily.
[0053J Moreover, for the doors (hallway door 34, doors Dl-D5, and other doors) used by the building 1 described above, there is no particular restriction on the door opening/closing form (hinged door, sliding door, double-sliding door, inwardly opened door, or retracting
DESCRIPTION door, etc.). That is to say, an appropriate opening/closing form may be employed according to the specific arrangement of the door. Moreover, as the plurality of zones adjacent to the first corridor 10 with the walls 1Oa-1Of interposed therebetween, the indoor space including the main bedroom 11, the kitchen 12, the first storage room 13, the garage 14, the second storage room 15, and of the hallway entrance 35 can be cited, but the zones are not limited to those rooms and spaces, and may further include rooms for other functions. For example, a guest room or the like may be included in replacement of the garage 14. In that case, the third circulating travel line TL3 may not include outdoor space.
[0054J According to this embodiment, since a plurality of circulating travel lines TL1-TL4 are formed in a way that they overlap with each other through the first corridor 10 and enables movement from the first corridor 10 through any of the plurality of zones 11-15 and and back to the first corridor 10, the first corridor 10 and the plurality of zones 11-15 and adjacent to the first corridor 10 with the walls1Oa-10f interposed therebetween can be connected by the plurality of circulating travel lines TL1-TL4. Accordingly, it is possible to move around the first corridor 10 extending from the hallway to the center of the building 1 and the plurality of zones 11-15 and 35 adjacent to the first corridor 10 continuously. Thus, compared with the conventional techniques, highly universal and efficient circulating travel lines can be formed.
[00551 In addition, since the plurality of zones 11-15 and 35 comprise the main bedroom 11, the kitchen 12, the first storage room 13, the garage 14, the second storage room 15, and outdoor space, it is possible to move around those zones 11-15 and 35 through the first corridor 10. In addition, since the main bedroom 11, the kitchen 12, and the first storage room 13 are arranged in a way that they are aligned along one side in the length direction of the first corridor 10, while the garage 14 and the second storage room 15 are arranged in a way that they are aligned along the other side in the length direction of the first corridor 10, a highly universal layout centering on the elongated-shaped first corridor 10 extending from the hallway to the center of the building 1 can be realized.
[0056] Moreover, the plurality of circulating travel lines TLl-TL4 comprise a first circulating travel line TL1 enabling movement around the first corridor 10, the main bedroom 11, and the first storage room 13, a second circulating travel line TL2 enabling movement
DESCRIPTION around the first corridor 10, the kitchen 12, and the first storage room 13, and a third circulating travel line TL3 enabling movement around the first corridor 10, the garage 14, the second storage room 15, and the outdoor space. Therefore, it is possible to move around the main bedroom 11, the kitchen 12 and the garage 14 continuously through the first storage room 13, the second storage room 15 and the outdoor space, even without passing through the first corridor 10 that is located in the center.
[0057] Moreover, since the first circulating travel line TL1 and the second circulating travel line TL2 further overlap with each other in the direction orthogonal to the length direction of the corridor 10, the continuity of the first circulating travel line TLl and the second circulating travel line TL2 is improved, and the movement between the zones in the first circulating travel line TL1 and the zones in the second circulating travel line TL2 is more efficient.
[0058] Moreover, since the plurality of circulating travel lines TL1-TL4 comprise an auxiliary circulating travel line TL4 enabling movement around the first corridor 10 and surrounding regions of the island-type kitchen counter 12c in the kitchen 12, the around-moving scope corresponding to the auxiliary circulating travel line TL4 can be enlarged.
[0059] Moreover, since the first circulating travel line TL1 centering on the main bedroom 11 comprising a bed space 11a, a water space 11b and a walk-in closet 1Ic is formed in a way that it enables movement from the first corridor 10 through the bed space 11a, the water space 1Ib, the walk-in closet 11c, the first storage room 13, and back to the first corridor 10, living activities such as sleeping, getting up, dressing and washing, etc. can be carried out in the first circulating travel line TL1
