Community Links Patent Description Community Links is a program developed by Intereach LTD that provides community members support to access mainstream and community services and to access services delivered by Intereach LTD.
This program is delivered by Intereach's 'Community Linker'staff. 'Community Linkers'are trained with the skills and knowledge of their local communities, services and supports that Intereach offer. They also work towards greater accessibility and inclusion for all people, and will be a continuous link to communities to ensure the longevity of Intereach.

SA stronger link between Intereach LTD and the communities Intereach LTD services. • Present a strengths based, person centred approach to assist people in linking to services, information, resources and opportunities with the aim of increasing skills, confidence and independence in their local communities. * Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders, to engage and participate in effective partnerships for the benefit of people Intereach LTD works with, community, programs and organisations. • Support positive partnerships between people, families & carers with local organisations and the broader community to build a more inclusive, welcoming and accessible community. • Actively participate and contribute to local community education and information sharing activities. • Promote and adhere to the Intereach LTD's Community Engagement and Capacity Development and maintain relevant data systems to ensure currency of community data. • Provide support to Intereach LTD services to meet contract requirements when required. • Provide effective and professional customer service in all duties when working with internal and external stakeholders and people, including people who are vulnerable and experience a range of complexities. • Provide and support the administration and delivery of relevant community activities, events, information and resources within the office in line with contract and organisation requirements.
