Abstract
KETTLEBELL DRINK BOTTLE SUITABLE FOR USE AS A LIQUID
CONTAINING AND LIQUID SUPPLYING PORTABLE LIGHT WEIGHT AND
WEIGHT ADJUSTABLE DEVICE, WITH A DUAL FUNCTION FOR USE IN
EXERCISE DISCIPLINES AND/OR REHABILITATION
Abstract
The kettlebell drink bottle is a liquid-containing and liquid-supplying device in the shape of a
kettlebell usable on land, in the air and/or in water and is suitable for use as a convenient and
portable water source and in all exercise disciplines including but not limited to: fitness
training, strength training, endurance training, sport specific training, resistance training,
altitude training, agility training, grip strength training, mobility training, functional
movement and/or rehabilitation. According to one embodiment, the device may include an
open or closed receptacle, a portion of which may be transparent or translucent allowing the
contents to be visible externally. The receptacle may contain any matter including solids or
liquids. A function of this device is to provide easily accessible fluid to the user. This device
also facilitates use in all exercise and rehabilitation forms, including; sport specific training in
the sport of kettlebells. The lightweight, weight adjustable versatile design makes it
accessible and useful to all users at any strength or fitness levels. Safety features include:
decrease of force generated through inertia as a result of lighter mass than existing kettlebell
equipment/ accessories thus reducing risk of injury. Due to the lightweight, adaptable design
this equipment mitigates risk of injury by creating less joint load and physical strain, through
transporting this device. Designed responsibly to be refilled and reused. Facilitating and
promoting health and wellbeing
