A ROTARY CONTACT LENS CASE TECHNICAL FIELD
[0001] The present invention relates to the technical field of daily supplies, in particular to a rotary contact lens case.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
[0002] The existing contact lens case is a horizontal structure. The small tools inside the contact lens case are placed horizontally in the case, and the space utilization is small. The tool is easy to shake in the case and collide with the inner wall of the case. Secondly, the lens case is separated from the care solution bottle, which makes it inconvenient to carry.
[0003] Therefore, it is necessary to further improve the contact lens case in the existing technology, so as to improve the convenience of carrying and use of the case.

[0005] A rotary contact lens case according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises a case body, wherein the case body is provided with a rotating cavity; a through cavity is arranged between the rotating cavity and external space in a communication way; a rotating block is rotatably arranged in the rotating cavity by a spline shaft; a first end of the rotating block is provided with a spline groove; a first side of the rotating cavity is provided with a rotating device; the rotating device is in splined connection with the spline groove; a cavity which opens leftwards is arranged in the rotating block; a second side of the rotating cavity is provided with a closing device which is used for closing the cavity; four of open cavities which open outwards are uniformly distributed in an outer side of the cavity; open boxes are slidably arranged in the open cavities; telescopic springs arefixedly arranged between the open boxes and the open cavities; placing cavities are arranged inside the open boxes; cover plates for closing the placing cavities are rotatably arranged at ends, far away from the cavity, of the open boxes through connecting shafts; rotating springs are fixedly arranged on the connecting shafts; snap grooves are formed in the cover plates; one side of each of the open cavities is respectively provided with one of latching devices, and the latching devices are connected with the snap grooves in a locking way; limiting grooves are communicatedly arranged at two sides of the open cavities; limiting blocks, slidably connected with the limiting grooves , are fixedly arranged at two ends of the open boxes respectively; two sides, far away from the open cavities, of the limiting grooves are provided with channels, and the channels are communicated with the limiting grooves; slide blocks are slidably arranged in the channels; one ends of the slide blocks extend into the limiting grooves and are abutted against the limiting blocks; the slide blocks atfirst sides are rotatably connected with the latching devices; pushing grooves which open rightwards are arranged in sides, close to the cavity, of the open cavities; pushing rods are slidably arranged in the pushing grooves and are rotatably connected with the latching devices; connecting grooves are arranged between the pushing grooves and the channels at first sides; fixed rods abutted against the pushing rods are slidably arranged in the connecting grooves, and the fixed rods are fixedly connected with the slide blocks; extrusion springs are fixedly arranged between the fixed rods and the connecting grooves; whereby the rotating device works to make the rotating block rotate, and then, one of the open cavities is opposite to the through cavity so that content in the placing cavities is able to be taken out.
[0006] In a further technical proposal, the rotating device comprises an operating groove which opens rightwards; a spline block that is in splined connection with the spline groove is rotatably arranged in the operating groove; a compression spring is abutted and sleeved between the spline block and the operating groove; the spline block is provided with four of toggling levers; a ring groove is formed in an outer side of the operating groove in a communication way; outer ends of the toggling levers extend into the ring groove; the operating groove is in communication with the rotating cavity; a first side of the operating groove is slidably provided with a sliding rod with a first end being abutted against the toggling levers and a second end extending into the rotating cavity; a resetting assembly is fixedly arranged at the sliding rod in a longitudinal symmetry way, and the resetting assembly has an effect of resetting after pressing the sliding rod; the toggling levers are rotated to make the rotating block rotate, and the toggling levers are pressed to make the sliding rod horizontally move.
[0007] In a further technical proposal, the closing device comprises an open groove for communicating the rotating cavity with external space; a sealing plate is rotatably arranged in the open groove; a torsional spring is fixedly arranged between the sealing plate and the open groove; a locking groove is formed in the sealing plate; a pulling groove is formed in an upper side of the open groove in a communication way; a locking rod in snap connection with the locking groove is slidably arranged in the pulling groove; a pressing spring isfixedly arranged between the locking rod and the pulling groove; the cavity is able to be closed by the sealing plate; the sealing plate is able to be unlocked by upwards pulling the locking rod, and at the moment, the cavity is able to be opened.
[0008] In a further technical proposal,the latching devices comprise sliding chutes in communication with the open cavities; snap blocks in snap connection with the snap grooves are slidably arranged in the sliding chutes; connecting cavities are arranged between the sliding chutes and the channels at second sides in a communication way; linkages are slidably arranged in the connecting cavities, and the linkages are fixedly connected with the snap blocks and the slide block; connecting springs are fixedly arranged between the linkages and the connecting cavities; rotating grooves are arranged between the channels and the pushing grooves in a communication way; rotating rods are rotatably arranged in the rotating grooves;
two ends of the rotating rods are respectively rotatably connected with the slide blocks and the pushing rods; and the pushing rods move leftwards to make the slide blocks and the snap blocks rightwards move, so that the open boxes are unlocked.
[0009] The present invention has the beneficial effects that the rotary contact lens case is simple in structure and convenient to operate; the rotating block is rotated to make the required open boxes rotate to be opposite to the through cavity and the open boxes automatically opened, so that it is convenient to directly take out the contents inside the open boxes and the spatial utilization ratio of the contents in the cavity is large; secondarily, the cavity in the case body can be used for placing the care solution bottle; the device is small in size and convenient to carry; and the lens tools inside the case body are stably placed.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
[0015] The preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail in the following in combination with the drawings above. For better explanation, the orientations described hereinafter are defined as follows: directions of up, down, left, right, front and rear in the text are identical to the directions of up, down, left, right, front and rear of FIG.1.
[0016] Referring to FIGS. 1-5, a rotary contact lens case according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises a case body 10, wherein the case body 10 is provided with a rotating cavity 11; a through cavity 12 is arranged between the rotating cavity 11 and external space in a communication way; a rotating block 13 is rotatably arranged in the rotating cavity 11 by a spline shaft 50; a first end of the rotating block 13 is provided with a spline groove 54; a first side of the rotating cavity 11 is provided with a rotating device 100; the rotating device 100 is in splined connection with the spline groove 54; a cavity 45 which opens leftwards is arranged in the rotating block 13; a second side of the rotating cavity 11 is provided with a closing device 200 which is used for closing the cavity 45; four of open cavities 14 which open outwards are uniformly distributed in an outer side of the cavity 45; open boxes 15 are slidably arranged in the open cavities 14; telescopic springs 16 are fixedly arranged between the open boxes 15 and the open cavities 14; placing cavities 21 are arranged inside the open boxes 15; cover plates 17 for closing the placing cavities 21 are rotatably arranged at ends, far away from the cavity 45, of the open boxes 15 through connecting shafts 44; rotating springs 43 are fixedly arranged on the connecting shafts 44; snap grooves 20 are formed in the cover plates 17; one side of each of the open cavities 14 is respectively provided with one of latching devices 300, and the latching devices 300 are connected with the snap grooves 20 in a locking way; limiting grooves 18 are communicatedly arranged at two sides of the open cavities 14; limiting blocks 19, slidably connected with the limiting grooves 18, are fixedly arranged at two ends of the open boxes 15 respectively; two sides, far away from the open cavities 14, of the limiting grooves 18 are provided with channels 27, and the channels 27 are communicated with the limiting grooves 18; slide blocks 28 are slidably arranged in the channels 27; one ends of the slide blocks 28 extend into the limiting grooves 18 and are abutted against the limiting blocks 19; the slide blocks 28 atfirst sides are rotatably connected with the latching devices 300; pushing grooves 32 which open rightwards are arranged in sides, close to the cavity 45, of the open cavities 14; pushing rods 31 are slidably arranged in the pushing grooves 32 and are rotatably connected with the latching devices 300; connecting grooves 34 are arranged between the pushing grooves 32 and the channels 27 at first sides; fixed rods 33 abutted against the pushing rods 31 are slidably arranged in the connecting grooves 34, and the fixed rods 33 are fixedly connected with the slide blocks 28; extrusion springs 35 are fixedly arranged between the fixed rods 33 and the connecting grooves 34; whereby the rotating device 100 works to make the rotating block 13 rotate, and then, one of the open cavities 14 is opposite to the through cavity 12 so that content in the placing cavities 21 is able to be taken out.
[0017] Beneficially, the rotating device 100 comprises an operating groove 46 which opens rightwards; a spline block 49 that is in splined connection with the spline groove 54 is rotatably arranged in the operating groove 46; a compression spring 53 is abutted and sleeved between the spline block 49 and the operating groove 46; the spline block 49 is provided with four of toggling levers 51; a ring groove 52 is formed in an outer side of the operating groove 46 in a communication way; outer ends of the toggling levers 51 extend into the ring groove 52; the operating groove 46 is in communication with the rotating cavity 11; a first side of the operating groove 46 is slidably provided with a sliding rod 47 with a first end being abutted against the toggling levers 51 and a second end extending into the rotating cavity 11; a resetting assembly 48 is fixedly arranged at the sliding rod 47 in a longitudinal symmetry way, and the resetting assembly 48 has an effect of resetting after pressing the sliding rod 47; the toggling levers 51 are rotated to make the rotating block 13 rotate, and the toggling levers 51 are pressed to make the sliding rod 47 horizontally move.
[0018] Beneficially, the closing device 200 comprises an open groove 36 for communicating the rotating cavity 11 with external space; a sealing plate 37 is rotatably arranged in the open groove 36; a torsional spring 38 is fixedly arranged between the sealing plate 37 and the open groove 36; a locking groove 39 is formed in the sealing plate 37; a pulling groove 40 is formed in an upper side of the open groove 36 in a communication way; a locking rod 41 in snap connection with the locking groove 39 is slidably arranged in the pulling groove 40; a pressing spring 42 is fixedly arranged between the locking rod 41 and the pulling groove 40; the cavity 45 is able to be closed by the sealing plate 37; the sealing plate 37 is able to be unlocked by upwards pulling the locking rod 41, and at the moment, the cavity 45 is able to be opened.
[0019] Beneficially, the latching devices 300 comprise sliding chutes 22 in communication with the open cavities 14; snap blocks 23 in snap connection with the snap grooves 20 are slidably arranged in the sliding chutes 22; connecting cavities 24 are arranged between the sliding chutes 22 and the channels 27 at second sides in a communication way; linkages 25 are slidably arranged in the connecting cavities 24, and the linkages 25 arefixedly connected with the snap blocks 23 and the slide block 28; connecting springs 26 arefixedly arranged between the linkages 25 and the connecting cavities 24; rotating grooves 30 are arranged between the channels 27 and the pushing grooves 32 in a communication way; rotating rods 29 are rotatably arranged in the rotating grooves 30; two ends of the rotating rods 29 are respectively rotatably connected with the slide blocks 28 and the pushing rods 31; and the pushing rods 31 move leftwards to make the slide blocks 28 and the snap blocks 23 rightwards move, so that the open boxes 15 are unlocked.
[0020] In an initial state, the snap grooves 20 are connected with the snap blocks 23 in a locking way; the limiting blocks 19 are abutted against the slide blocks 28; the open boxes 15 are located in the open cavities 14; the telescopic springs 16 are in a compressed state; tools required by different contact lenses are respectively placed in the four of the placing cavities 21; and the cavity 45 is closed by the sealing plate 37.
[0021] When the device is required to work, the toggling levers 51 are rotated; the rotating block 13 is enabled to rotate by virtue of the spline block 49, and the open cavities 14 required to be opened are rotated to be opposite to the through cavity 12; next, the toggling levers 51 are pressed to make the sliding rod 47 leftwards move to push the pushing rods 31 to leftwards move; the slide blocks 28 at first sides rightwards move by virtue of the rotating rods 29 so as to be separated from the limiting blocks 19; the linkages 25 drive the snap blocks 23 to be separated from the snap grooves 20 to unlock the cover plates 17 so that the placing cavities 21 is opened; first ends of the pushing rods 31 push the fixed rods 33 to leftwards move, and then, the slide blocks 28 at second sides are separated from the limiting blocks 19; the open boxes 15 penetrate through the through groove 12 and extend into the external space under the actions of the telescopic springs 16, and thus, the tools in the placing cavities 21 are taken out; during resetting, the cover plates 17 are rotated to close the placing cavities 21 and are downwards pressed to realize the snap connection of the limiting blocks 19 and the limiting grooves 18; a care solution bottle is able to be placed in the cavity 45, and the locking rod 41 is upwards pulled to make the cavity 45 separated from the locking groove 39; then, the sealing plate 37 rotates counterclockwise under the action of the torsional spring 38 to open the cavity 45, and thus, the care solution bottle in the cavity 45 may be taken out.

1. A rotary contact lens case, comprising: a case body, wherein the case body is provided with a rotating cavity; a through cavity is arranged between the rotating cavity and external space in a
communication way;
a rotating block is rotatably arranged in the rotating cavity by a spline shaft; a first end of the rotating block is provided with a spline groove; a first side of the rotating cavity is provided with a rotating device; the rotating device is in splined connection with the spline groove; a cavity which opens leftwards is arranged in the rotating block; a second side of the rotating cavity is provided with a closing device which is used for closing the cavity; four of open cavities which open outwards are uniformly distributed in an outer side of the cavity;
open boxes are slidably arranged in the open cavities; telescopic springs are fixedly arranged between the open boxes and the open cavities; placing cavities are arranged inside the open boxes; cover plates for closing the placing cavities are rotatably arranged at ends, far away from the cavity, of the open boxes through connecting shafts; rotating springs are fixedly arranged on the connecting shafts; snap grooves are formed in the cover plates; one side of each of the open cavities is respectively provided with one of latching devices, and the latching devices are connected with the snap grooves in a locking way; limiting grooves are communicatedly arranged at two sides of the open cavities; limiting blocks, slidably connected with the limiting grooves, are fixedly arranged at two ends of the open boxes respectively; two sides, far away from the open cavities, of the limiting grooves are provided with channels, and the channels are communicated with the limiting grooves; slide blocks are slidably arranged in the channels; one ends of the slide blocks extend into the limiting grooves and are abutted against the limiting blocks; the slide blocks at first sides are rotatably connected with the latching devices; pushing grooves which open rightwards are arranged in sides, close to the cavity, of the open cavities; pushing rods are slidably arranged in the pushing grooves and are rotatably connected with the latching devices; connecting grooves are arranged between the pushing grooves and the channels atfirst sides; fixed rods abutted against the pushing rods are slidably arranged in the connecting grooves, and the fixed rods are fixedly connected with the slide blocks; extrusion springs are fixedly arranged between the fixed rods and the connecting grooves; whereby the rotating device works to make the rotating block rotate, and then, one of the open cavities is opposite to the through cavity so that content in the placing cavities is able to be taken out; wherein the rotating device comprises an operating groove which opens rightwards; a spline block that is in splined connection with the spline groove is rotatably arranged in the operating groove; a compression spring is abutted and sleeved between the spline block and the operating groove; the spline block is provided with four of toggling levers; a ring groove is formed in an outer side of the operating groove in a communication way; outer ends of the toggling levers extend into the ring groove; the operating groove is in communication with the rotating cavity; a first side of the operating groove is slidably provided with a sliding rod with a first end being abutted against the toggling levers and a second end extending into the rotating cavity; a resetting assembly is fixedly arranged at the sliding rod in a longitudinal symmetry way, and the resetting assembly has an effect of resetting after pressing the sliding rod; the toggling levers are rotated to make the rotating block rotate, and the toggling levers are pressed to make the sliding rod horizontally move; wherein the closing device comprises an open groove for communicating the rotating cavity with external space; a sealing plate is rotatably arranged in the open groove; a torsional spring is fixedly arranged between the sealing plate and the open groove; a locking groove is formed in the sealing plate; a pulling groove is formed in an upper side of the open groove in a communication way; a locking rod in snap connection with the locking groove is slidably arranged in the pulling groove; a pressing spring is fixedly arranged between the locking rod and the pulling groove; and the cavity is able to be closed by the sealing plate; the sealing plate is able to be unlocked by upwards pulling the locking rod, and at the moment, the cavity is able to be opened; wherein the latching devices comprise sliding chutes in communication with the open cavities; snap blocks in snap connection with the snap grooves are slidably arranged in the sliding chutes; connecting cavities are arranged between the sliding chutes and the channels at second sides in a communication way; linkages are slidably arranged in the connecting cavities, and the linkages are fixedly connected with the snap blocks and the slide block; connecting springs are fixedly arranged between the linkages and the connecting cavities; rotating grooves are arranged between the channels and the pushing grooves in a communication way; rotating rods are rotatably arranged in the rotating grooves; two ends of the rotating rods are respectively rotatably connected with the slide blocks and the pushing rods; and the pushing rods move leftwards to make the slide blocks and the snap blocks rightwards move, so that the open boxes are unlocked.
