Abstract

This invention discloses a small-sized contact lens case, including main bodies 11 in a bilateral symmetry manner. Herein, main bodies 11 at a first side of the device of the small-sized contact lens case is taken as an example for detailed description. The main bodies 11 at a first side is provided therein with one of main chambers 12 in which one of case bodies 13 is disposed. One of the case bodies 13 is provided with one of case covers 15 at a first end thereof. The invention is simple in structure, convenient in operation and easy to produce; the contact lens case is placed axially and is portable due to its small size; the small-sized contact lens case can be used for storing items such as the care solutions and has multiple functions; and thereby the small-sized contact lens case has higher use and promotion value.

Description

A SMALL-SIZED CONTACT LENS CASE
TECHNICAL FIELD [0001] The present invention relates to the field of daily necessities, in particular to a small-sized contact lens case.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION [0002] Contact lenses are popular among people because they can avoid frame glasses covering the eyes. At present, most contact lenses cases are arranged horizontally with large size and are not easy to carry. Therefore, the present invention aims to design a small-sized and portable contact lens case.
BRIEF SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION [0003] The aim of the invention is to provide a small-sized contact lens case so as to overcome the above problems existing in the prior art.
[0004] A small-sized contact lens case of the present invention comprises main bodies in a bilateral symmetry manner; the main bodies are provided therein with main chambers in which case bodies are disposed; the case bodies are provided with case covers at first ends thereof, and the case bodies are internally provided with contact lens chambers, and telescopic devices are symmetrically disposed in upper and lower sides of the main chambers; and storage chambers are disposed in first walls of the main chambers, and the storage chambers are provided therein with turnover devices; wherein, the main chambers, the case bodies, the case covers, the contact lens chambers, the telescopic devices, the storage chambers, and the turnover devices disposed in the storage chambers in both main bodies are all horizontally symmetrical, and the telescopic devices is able to control expanding and contracting of the contact lens case; the telescopic devices comprise inner slide plates slidably disposed in the main chambers; top ends of the inner slide plates are provided with racks; lower ends of the inner slide plates are provided with upper first shafts; upper first wheels are disposed at lower ends of the upper first shafts; upper second shafts are disposed at the lower ends of the inner
2019202218 13 May 2019 slide plates; upper second wheels are disposed at lower ends of the upper second shafts; first chains are drivingly disposed between the upper second wheels and the upper first wheels; rear ends of the first chains are fixedly connected to rear walls of the main chambers; the main chambers are slidably provided therein with middle slide plates; rotating shafts are rotatably disposed between the case bodies and the middle slide plates; outer walls of the rotating shafts are provided with gears, and tops of the middle slide plates are fixedly connected to front ends of the first chains; lower ends of the middle slide plates are provided with lower first shafts; lower first wheels are disposed at lower ends of the lower first shafts; lower second shafts are disposed at the lower ends of the middle slide plates; lower second wheels are disposed at lower ends of the lower second shafts; second chains are drivingly disposed between the lower second wheels and the lower first wheels, and rear ends of the second chains are fixedly connected to the rear walls of the main chambers; and the main chambers are slidably provided with outer slide plates; top ends of the outer slide plates are fixedly connected to top ends of the second chains, and the outer slide plates are fixedly connected to the main bodies; and the telescopic devices can reduce a size of the small-sized contact lens case to enable portability; the turnover devices comprise care frames disposed in the storage chambers; the care frames are provided therein with care solutions; bottom walls of the storage chambers are provided with power chambers; the power chambers are provided therein with auxiliary shafts; top ends of the auxiliary shafts are fixedly connected to bottom ends of the care frames; outer walls of the auxiliary shafts are provided with auxiliary pulleys; outer walls of the auxiliary pulleys are provided with ratchets; power storage springs are elastically disposed between bottom ends of the auxiliary shafts and bottom walls of the power chambers; the power chambers are provided therein with main shafts, and outer walls of the main shafts are provided with turntables; main pulleys are disposed at top ends of the main shafts; belts are drivingly disposed between the main pulleys and the auxiliary pulleys; the bottom walls of the power chambers are provided therein with limiting grooves; limiting rods are disposed in the limiting grooves; limiting grooves are elastically disposed between the limiting rods and first walls of the limiting grooves, and top ends of the limiting rods are provided with pawls; and the turnover devices are used for storing the care solutions of contact lenses, thereby improving multiple functions of the small-sized contact lens case.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION [0010] As shown in Figures 1-3, a small-sized contact lens case of the present invention comprises main bodies 11 in a bilateral symmetry manner; the main bodies 11 are provided therein with main chambers 12 in which case bodies 13 are disposed; the case bodies 13 are provided with case covers 15 at first ends thereof, and the case bodies 13 are internally provided with contact lens chambers 14, and telescopic devices 200 are symmetrically disposed in upper and lower sides of the main chambers 12; and storage chambers 18 are disposed in first walls of the main chambers 12, and the storage chambers 18 are provided therein with turnover devices 100; wherein, the main chambers 12, the case bodies 13, the case covers 15, the contact lens chambers 14, the telescopic devices 200, the storage chambers 18, and the turnover devices 100 disposed in the storage chambers 18 in both main bodies 11 are all horizontally symmetrical, and the telescopic devices 200 is able to control expanding and contracting of the contact lens case; the telescopic devices 200 comprise inner slide plates 20 slidably disposed in the main chambers 12; top ends of the inner slide plates 20 are provided with racks 22; lower ends of the inner slide plates 20 are provided with upper first shafts 34; upper first wheels 33 are disposed at lower ends of the
2019202218 13 May 2019 upper first shafts 34; upper second shafts 23 are disposed at the lower ends of the inner slide plates 20; upper second wheels 24 are disposed at lower ends of the upper second shafts 23; first chains 25 are drivingly disposed between the upper second wheels 24 and the upper first wheels 33; rear ends of the first chains 25 are fixedly connected to rear walls of the main chambers 12; the main chambers 12 are slidably provided therein with middle slide plates 26; rotating shafts 19 are rotatably disposed between the case bodies 13 and the middle slide plates 26; outer walls of the rotating shafts 19 are provided with gears 21, and tops of the middle slide plates 26 are fixedly connected to front ends of the first chains 25; lower ends of the middle slide plates 26 are provided with lower first shafts 27; lower first wheels 28 are disposed at lower ends of the lower first shafts 27; lower second shafts 32 are disposed at the lower ends of the middle slide plates 26; lower second wheels 31 are disposed at lower ends of the lower second shafts 32; second chains 29 are drivingly disposed between the lower second wheels 31 and the lower first wheels 28, and rear ends of the second chains 29 are fixedly connected to the rear walls of the main chambers 12; and the main chambers 12 are slidably provided with outer slide plates 30; top ends of the outer slide plates 30 are fixedly connected to top ends of the second chains 29, and one of the outer slide plates 30 is fixedly connected to a other one of the main bodies 11; and the telescopic devices 200 can reduce a size of the small-sized contact lens case to enable portability; the turnover devices 100 comprise care frames 16 disposed in the storage chambers 18; the care frames 16 are provided therein with care solutions 17; bottom walls of the storage chambers 18 are provided with power chambers 35; the power chambers 35 are provided therein with auxiliary shafts 40; top ends of the auxiliary shafts 40 are fixedly connected to bottom ends of the care frames 16; outer walls of the auxiliary shafts 40 are provided with auxiliary pulleys 41; outer walls of the auxiliary pulleys 41 are provided with ratchets 39; power storage springs 38 are elastically disposed between bottom ends of the auxiliary shafts 40 and bottom walls of the power chambers 35; the power chambers 35 are provided therein with main shafts 44, and outer walls of the main shafts 44 are provided with turntables 45; main pulleys 43 are disposed at top ends of the main shafts 44; belts 42 are drivingly disposed between the main pulleys 43 and the auxiliary pulleys 41; the bottom walls of the power chambers 35 are provided therein with limiting grooves 47; limiting rods 46 are disposed in the limiting grooves 47; limiting grooves 47 are elastically disposed between the limiting rods 46 and first walls of the limiting grooves 47, and top ends of the limiting rods 46 are provided with pawls 37; and the turnover devices 100 are used for storing the care solutions 17 of contact lenses, thereby improving

[0011] In an initial state, both sides of the main bodies 11 are coupled with each other, and the ratchets 39 are coupled with the pawls 37, and the care solutions 17 are in the storage chambers 18;
[0012] When the small-sized contact lens case is used, both of the main bodies 11 are manually pulled to slide in opposite directions, and then the middle slide plates 26 are driven to slide outward by the outer slide plates 30, the second chains 29, the lower first wheels 28 and the lower first shafts 27, thereby driving the case bodies 13 to slide outward by the rotating shafts 19; while the middle slide plates 26 drive the inner slide plates 20 to slide outward through the first chains 25, the upper second wheels 24 and the upper second shafts 23; at the same time, the inner slide plates 20 drive the racks 22 to slide, and the racks 22 drive the gears 21 to rotate, further the case bodies 13 are driven to rotate by the rotating shafts 19; when the care solutions 17 are taken, the turntables 45 are manually rotated, then the care frames 16 are driven to rotate by the turntables 45, the main pulleys 43, the belts 42, the auxiliary pulleys 41 and the auxiliary shafts 40, and at the same time, elastic potential energy of the power storage springs 38 is increased; and when the care solutions 17 are placed, the limiting rods 46 are manually pressed to slide to a first side, thereby driving the pawls 37 to slide to a first side to be disengaged from the ratchets 39, then the elastic potential energy of the power storage springs 38 is released, and the care frames 16 are driven to rotate in an opposite direction by the auxiliary shafts 40, so as to store the care solutions 17.
[0013] The invention has an advantageous effect that the invention is simple in structure, convenient in operation and easy to produce; the contact lens case is placed axially and is portable due to its small size; the small-sized contact lens case can be used for storing items such as the care solutions and has multiple functions; and thereby the small-sized contact lens case has higher use and promotion value.

Claims (1)

1. A small-sized contact lens case, comprising:
main bodies in a bilateral symmetry manner;
the main bodies provided with main chambers in which case bodies are disposed;
the case bodies provided with case covers at first ends thereof, and the case bodies internally provided with contact lens chambers;
and telescopic devices are disposed symmetrically in upper and lower sides of the main chambers;
storage chambers disposed in first walls of the main chambers;
the storage chambers provided therein with turnover devices;
wherein, the main chambers, the case bodies, the case covers, the contact lens chambers, the telescopic devices, the storage chambers, and the turnover devices disposed in the storage chambers in both main bodies are all horizontally symmetrical;
whereby the telescopic devices is able to control expanding and contracting of the contact lens case;
the telescopic devices comprise inner slide plates slidably disposed in the main chambers;
top ends of the inner slide plates are provided with racks; lower ends of the inner slide plates are provided with upper first shafts;
upper first wheels are disposed at lower ends of the upper first shafts;
upper second shafts are disposed at the lower ends of the inner slide plates;

first chains are drivingly disposed between the upper second wheels and the upper first wheels;
rear ends of the first chains are fixedly connected to rear walls of the main chambers;
the main chambers are slidably provided therein with middle slide plates;
rotating shafts are rotatably disposed between the case bodies and the middle slide plates;
outer walls of the rotating shafts are provided with gears, and tops of the middle slide plates are fixedly connected to front ends of the first chains;
lower ends of the middle slide plates are provided with lower first shafts;
lower first wheels are disposed at lower ends of the lower first shafts;
lower second shafts are disposed at the lower ends of the middle slide plates;
lower second wheels are disposed at lower ends of the lower second shafts;
second chains are drivingly disposed between the lower second wheels and the lower first wheels, and rear ends of the second chains are fixedly connected to the rear walls of the main chambers;
the main chambers are slidably provided with outer slide plates;
top ends of the outer slide plates are fixedly connected to top ends of the second chains, and the outer slide plates are fixedly connected to the main bodies;
whereby the telescopic devices can reduce a size of the small-sized contact lens case to enable portability;
the turnover devices comprise care frames disposed in the storage chambers;

belts are drivingly disposed between the main pulleys and the auxiliary pulleys;
the bottom walls of the power chambers are provided therein with limiting grooves;
limiting rods are disposed in the limiting grooves;
limiting grooves are elastically disposed between the limiting rods and first walls of the limiting grooves, and top ends of the limiting rods are provided with pawls;
whereby the turnover devices are used for storing the care solutions of contact lenses, thereby improving multiple functions of the small-sized contact lens case.
