Abstract

This invention discloses a cutting-type can opener, including working box 10 and a working chamber 16 disposed in the working box 10, wherein the working chamber 16 is provided with a cutting device 100. The cutting device 100 comprises a cutting blade 15 capable of adjusting its position. A power chamber 34 is disposed in the working box 10. The invention is simple in structure and convenient in use, and when the can which needs to be opened is placed in the apparatus of the invention, the lid can be automatically cut to open the can, and the whole process is automated, which improves the safety compared with a traditional method of manually opening by a can cutter; meanwhile, the position of the cutting blade of the apparatus is adjustable, in this way, the apparatus can be applicable to cans in different diameters, and has a wider applicable range.

A CUTTING-TYPE CAN OPENER
TECHNICAL FIELD [0001] The present invention relates to the technical field of machinery, in particular to a cutting-type can opener.

[0013] As shown in Figures 1-2, a cutting-type can opener of the invention comprises a working box 10 and a working chamber 16 disposed in the working box 10, wherein the working chamber 16 is provided with a cutting device 100 therein; the cutting device 100 comprises a cutting blade 15 capable of adjusting its position; a power chamber 34 is disposed in the working box 10; a power device 200 is disposed in the power chamber 34, and the power device 200 comprises a motor 35; a clamping device 300 is disposed in the power chamber 34, and the clamping device 300 is connected with the power device 200 in a transmission way, wherein the clamping device 300 comprises a lifting block 40, and the lifting block 40 is provided with clamping plates 20 therein; a can to be opened is placed between the clamping plates 20 during use, and the clamping device 300 is provided with a control rod 45 therein, which is pressed to separate the clamping plates 20 during the use; the power chamber 34 is provided with a locating device 400 therein, and the locating device 400 is connected to the power device 200 in a transmission way; the locating device 400 comprises a coupling rod 27; the clamping device 300 is provided with a locating ring 39, and a locating hole 41 is disposed in the locating ring 39; when the locating hole 41 is coupled with the coupling rod 27, the power device 200 drives the clamping device 300 to rise, and when the locating hole 41 disengages from the coupling rod 27, the power device 200 drives the clamping device 300 to rotate.

[0016] Advantageously, the clamping device 300 comprises a lower screw rod 24 threadedly fitted to the threaded sleeve 25; an upper end of the lower screw rod 24 is fixedly provided with the lifting block 40, and the locating ring 39 is fixedly disposed on an outer circumferential surface of the lifting block 40; the locating hole 41 which extends vertically through the locating ring 39 is disposed in the locating ring 39; a placement groove 22 is disposed in the lifting block 40, and the lifting block 40 is provided therein with a cavity 47 communicating with the placement groove 22; sliding cavities 38 are symmetrically disposed in a bottom wall of the cavity 47; each of the sliding cavities 38 is slidably provided with each of pushing blocks 23 therein; each of compressing springs 37 is connected between one side end surface of each of the pushing blocks 23 and an inner wall of each of the sliding cavities 38, and the other side end surface of each of the pushing blocks 23 is fixedly provided with each of connecting rods 21 extending into the placement groove 22; each of the connecting rods 21 is fixedly provided with each of the clamping plates 20 at one end thereof opposite to each of the pushing blocks 23; a bottom wall of the cavity 47 is provided with a bottom chute 42, and the bottom chute 42 is slidably provided with a control block 44; a pressure spring 43 is connected between an end surface of the control block 44 and a wall of the bottom chute 42, and each of hinged rods 46 is hinged between an upper end surface of the control block 44 and an end surface of each of the pushing blocks 23, and a second end surface of the control block 44 is fixedly provided with the control rod 45; and during the use, when the control rod 45 is pushed to one side, the clamping plates 20 are separated and the can is placed therebetween.

1. A cutting-type can opener, comprising:
a working box and a working chamber disposed in the working box;
wherein the working chamber is provided with a cutting device therein;
the cutting device which comprises a cutting blade capable of adjusting its position;
a power chamber disposed in the working box;
a power device which comprises a motor disposed in the power chamber;
a clamping device which is connected with the power device in a transmission way disposed in the power chamber;
wherein the clamping device comprises a lifting block, and the lifting block is provided with clamping plates therein;
a can to be opened placed between the clamping plates during use, and the clamping device provided with a control rod which is pressed to separate the clamping plates during the use;
the power chamber provided with a locating device which is connected to the power device in a transmission way;
the locating device which comprises a coupling rod;
the clamping device provided with a locating ring, and a locating hole disposed in the locating ring;
whereby when the locating hole is coupled with the coupling rod, the power device drives the clamping device to rise, and when the locating hole disengages from the coupling rod, the power device drives the clamping device to rotate.

whereby providing power to the clamping device and the locating device when the power device is started.
3. The cutting-type can opener as defined in claim 1, wherein the clamping device comprises a lower screw rod threadedly fitted to the threaded sleeve;
an upper end of the lower screw rod is fixedly provided with the lifting block, and the locating ring is fixedly disposed on an outer circumferential surface of the lifting block;

each of the connecting rods is fixedly provided with each of the clamping plates at one end thereof opposite to each of the pushing blocks;
a bottom wall of the cavity is provided with a bottom chute, and the bottom chute is slidably provided with a control block;
a pressure spring is connected between an end surface of the control block and a wall of the bottom chute, and each of hinged rods is hinged between an upper end surface of the control block and an end surface of each of the pushing blocks, and a second end surface of the control block is fixedly provided with the control rod;
whereby during the use, when the control rod is pushed to one side, the clamping plates are separated and the can is placed therebetween.
4. The cutting-type can opener as defined in claim 1, wherein the locating device comprises a rotating shaft that is rotatably disposed in a second wall of the cam chamber;
an end of the rotating shaft couples with the transmission shaft by a disc-shaped ratchet; the rotating shaft is fixedly provided with a cam;
