Abstract

This invention discloses a T-shirt folding device, including a center plate 24, and a connection cavity 21 is arranged in the center plate 24. A measuring scale device 901 is disposed in the connection cavity 21. Sliding rail 22 which is penetrated vertically is disposed in the center plate 24. Clamping devices 902 which are disposed in a bilateral symmetry manner are slidably connected in the sliding rail 22. A bracket 15 is disposed at a lower end of the center plate 24. A T-SHIRT FOLDING DEVICE TECHNICAL FIELD
[0001] The present invention relates to the field of daily necessities, in particular to a T-shirt folding device.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
[0002] Folding clothes is a necessary step for putting away clothes. The folding quality affects the service life of clothes. Folding clothes into factory shapes requires great user skills. Therefore, a device that can achieve folding clothes simply has become an inevitable trend in the development of today's industry.
BRIEF SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
[0003] The aim of the invention is to provide a T-shirt folding device so as to overcome the problems existing in the prior art.
[0004] A T-shirt folding device according to the present invention comprises a center plate; a connection cavity is arranged in the center plate; a measuring scale device is disposed in the connection cavity; sliding rail which is penetrated vertically is disposed in the center plate; clamping devices which are disposed in a bilateral symmetry manner are slidably connected in the sliding rail; a bracket is disposed at a lower end of the center plate; an inner toothed frame is disposed on the bracket; a groove with an upward opening is disposed in the inner toothed frame; a motor is disposed on an inner wall of a bottom end of the groove; a transmission shaft which is rotationally connected with the center plate and extends vertically is in power connection to an upper end of the motor; a lower coupling which is disposed in the connection cavity is disposed on the transmission shaft, wherein the lower coupling implements power control on the measuring scale device; a turnover device which is disposed at the lower end of the center plate is disposed on the transmission shaft, wherein the turnover device implements control on the clamping devices; and cuff portions of clothing are turned over by the turnover device and are fixed by the clamping devices to ensure the clothing not to fall off in a overturning process, and then the clothing is folded and stacked according to the measuring scale device.
[0005] As an optimized technical proposal, the measuring scale device comprises a shaft sleeve which is slidably connected with an inner wall of a top end of the connection cavity; a pressing plate which is disposed on an outer side of a top of the connection cavity is disposed on the shaft sleeve; an upper coupling which is abutted against the lower coupling is disposed on the shaft sleeve; a lead screw is in splined connection with the connection cavity; a shrinkage block which is disposed at an upper end of the center plate is in threaded connection to the lead screw; a lifting cavity is arranged in the shrinkage block; a polished rod which is fixedly connected with an end surface of a top end of the center plate is slidably connected to a lower end of the lifting cavity; and the lead screw is driven by rotation of the upper coupling to rotate to enable the shrinkage block to be moved downward, so that the clothing is folded according to an edge of an upper end of the shrinkage block.
[0006] As an optimized technical proposal, the clamping devices comprise slide bars which are slidably connected with the sliding rail and are in the bilateral symmetry manner; sliding cavities which are communicated vertically are arranged in the slide bars; clamping tanks which are disposed at the upper end of the center plate are disposed on the slide bars; opening grooves which are communicated and connected with the sliding cavities are arranged in the clamping tanks; unlocking rods are slidably connected to inner walls of ends of the sliding cavities close to symmetric centers; connection rods which are located in the sliding cavities are disposed on the unlocking rods; pushing balls which are disposed in the opening grooves are disposed on the connection rods; bonding plates which are abutted against the pushing balls and are vertically symmetric are disposed in the opening grooves; compression springs are connected between sides, far away from symmetric centers ,of the bonding plates and inner walls of the opening grooves; unlocking grooves are arranged in an inner wall of an end of the sliding rail in a communicating manner; a disengaging plate which is abutted against the unlocking rods is slidably connected in the unlocking groove; a return spring is connected between the disengaging plate and the unlocking groove; and the push balls are reversely pushed with sliding of the disengaging plate, so that the bonding plates are opened out and then clamp the clothing.

[0008] The benefits of the invention are as follows: the invention adopts two rotations of forward and reverse rotations on one shaft at the same time, while synchronous forward and reverse rotations can enable the cuffs at both horizontal ends to be folded at the same time; an auxiliary clamping mechanism can automatically loosen limitation to the clothing when the clothing reaches a vertical point; and through using a measuring scale device to represent the folding distance, regular, rapid and simple clothing folding is realized, so that the demands on folding skills are reduced, and the working efficiency is improved.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
[0013] A T-shirt folding device according to the present invention comprises a center plate 24; a connection cavity 21 is arranged in the center plate 24; a measuring scale device 901 is disposed in the connection cavity 21; sliding rail 22 which is penetrated vertically is disposed in the center plate 24; clamping devices 902 which are disposed in a bilateral symmetry manner are slidably connected in the sliding rail 22; a bracket 15 is disposed at a lower end of the center plate 24; an inner toothed frame 12 is disposed on the bracket 15; a groove 47 with an upward opening is disposed in the inner toothed frame 12; a motor 11 is disposed on an inner wall of a bottom end of the groove 47; a transmission shaft 38 which is rotationally connected with the center plate 24 and extends vertically is in power connection to an upper end of the motor 11; a lower coupling 33 which is disposed in the connection cavity 21 is disposed on the transmission shaft 38, wherein the lower coupling 33 implements power control on the measuring scale device 901; a turnover device 903 which is disposed at the lower end of the center plate 24 is disposed on the transmission shaft 38, wherein the turnover device 903 implements control on the clamping devices 902; and cuff portions of clothing are turned over by the turnover device 903 and are fixed by the clamping devices 902 to ensure the clothing not to fall off in a overturning process, and then the clothing is folded and stacked according to the measuring scale device 901.
[0014] Advantageously, the measuring scale device 901 comprises a shaft sleeve 25 which is slidably connected with an inner wall of a top end of the connection cavity 21; a pressing plate 26 which is disposed on an outer side of a top of the connection cavity 21 is disposed on the shaft sleeve 25; an upper coupling 32 which is abutted against the lower coupling 33 is disposed on the shaft sleeve 25; a lead screw 28 is in splined connection with the connection cavity 21; a shrinkage block 30 which is disposed at an upper end of the center plate 24 is in threaded connection to the lead screw 28; a lifting cavity 29 is arranged in the shrinkage block 30; a polished rod 31 which is fixedly connected with an end surface of a top end of the center plate 24 is slidably connected to a lower end of the lifting cavity 29; and the lead screw 28 is driven by rotation of the upper coupling 32 to rotate to enable the shrinkage block 30 to be moved downward, so that the clothing is folded according to an edge of an upper end of the shrinkage block 30.
[0015] Advantageously, the clamping devices 902 comprise slide bars 34 which are slidably connected with the sliding rail 22 and are in the bilateral symmetry manner; sliding cavities 42 which are communicated vertically are arranged in the slide bars 34; clamping tanks 23 which are disposed at the upper end of the center plate 24 are disposed on the slide bars 34; opening grooves 43 which are communicated and connected with the sliding cavities 42 are arranged in the clamping tanks 23; unlocking rods 48 are slidably connected to inner walls of ends of the sliding cavities 42 close to symmetric centers; connection rods 45 which are located in the sliding cavities 42 are disposed on the unlocking rods 48; pushing balls 44 which are disposed in the opening grooves 43 are disposed on the connection rods 45; bonding plates 27 which are abutted against the pushing balls 44 and are vertically symmetric are disposed in the opening grooves 43; compression springs 46 are connected between sides, far away from symmetric centers, of the bonding plates 27 and inner walls of the opening grooves 43; unlocking grooves 40 are arranged in an inner wall of an end of the sliding rail 22 in a communicating manner; a disengaging plate 41 which is abutted against the unlocking rods 48 is slidably connected in the unlocking groove 40; a return spring 39 is connected between the disengaging plate 41 and the unlocking groove 40; and the push balls 44 are reversely pushed with sliding of the disengaging plate 41, so that the bonding plates 27 are opened out and then clamp the clothing.
[0016] Advantageously, the turnover device 903 comprises an upper turning block 35 which is rotationally connected with the transmission shaft 38; the upper turning block 35 is abutted against one of the slide bars 34 at a first side; a transmission cavity 37 is arranged in the upper turning block 35; an upper abutting block 36 is disposed in the transmission cavity 37; an upper poking rod 20 which is abutted against the upper abutting block 36 is disposed in the transmission shaft 38; a center tooth 13 which is disposed on a lower side of the upper turning block 35 is disposed on the transmission shaft 38; a revolution rod 16 which is disposed on an upper side of the center tooth 13 is in sleeved connection to the transmission shaft 38; reversed teeth 14 which are engaged and connected with the center tooth 13 are rotationally connected to the revolution rod 16; a lower turning block 19 which is abutted against one of the slide bar 34 at a second side is slidably connected to an upper side of the revolution rod 16; a lower abutting block 18 is disposed in the lower turning block 19; a lower poking rod 17 which is abutted against the lower turning block 19 is fixedly connected to the upper side of the revolution rod 16; and the lower turning block 19 and the upper turning block 35 are rotated in opposite directions through engaging transmission among the center tooth 13, the reversed teeth 14 and the inner toothed frame 12, and cuffs are turned over at the same time.
[0017] In an initial state, the upper turning block 35 and the lower turning block 19 are respectively arranged on two sides, are horizontally placed and are parallel to the center plate 24, and the upper coupling 32 is not abutted against the lower coupling 33, and the motor 11 is closed.
[0018] When the device of the invention works, the bonding plates 27 are loosened and strutted to clamp the clothing, and the motor 11 is started to enable the center tooth 13, then the upper poking rod 20 and the lower coupling 33 to be rotated through the transmission shaft 38, and the reversed teeth 14 are driven by the center tooth 13 to rotate through engaging transmission, then the reversed teeth 14 are rotated along the center tooth 13 due to limitation of the inner toothed frame 12, and the lower poking rod 17 is reversely rotated through the revolution rod 16; and at the time, the upper turning block 35 and the lower turning block 19 are relatively close to each other to rotate through abutting between the upper poking rod 20 and the upper abutting block 36 as well as abutting between the bonding plates 27 and the lower turning block 19, and the slide bars 34 are driven to move toward the disengaging plate 41 until being abutted to the disengaging plate 41, and the unlocking rods 48 are reversely pushed by the disengaging plate 41, and the unlocking rods 48 sequentially pass through the connection rods 45 and the pushing balls 44 to enable the bonding plates 27 to move in a reverse direction and loose the clothing, and the pressing plate 26 is manually pushed, then the upper coupling 32 is abutted against the lower coupling 33 through the shaft sleeve 25, and the lead screw 28 is rotated through the shaft sleeve 25 in a splined abutting manner, and the lead screw 28 enables the shrinkage block 30 to smoothly move downward depending on threaded transmission and limitation of the polished rod 31, and the clothing is manually folded and stacked along an edge of the upper side of the shrinkage block 30.
[0019] After work is finished, the clothing is horizontally moved outward in an axial direction of the lead screw 28, and the motor 11 is reversely started to enable a working process to be reversely returned.

Claims (1)

1. A T-shirt folding device, comprising:
a center plate;
a connection cavity arranged in the center plate;
a measuring scale device disposed in the connection cavity;
sliding rail which is penetrated vertically disposed in the center plate;
clamping devices which are disposed in a bilateral symmetry manner slidably connected in the sliding rail;
a bracket disposed at a lower end of the center plate;
an inner toothed frame disposed on the bracket;
a groove with an upward opening disposed in the inner toothed frame;
a motor disposed on an inner wall of a bottom end of the groove;
a transmission shaft which is rotationally connected with the center plate and extends vertically, in power connection to an upper end of the motor;
a lower coupling which is disposed in the connection cavity disposed on the transmission shaft, wherein the lower coupling implements power control on the measuring scale device;
a turnover device which is disposed at the lower end of the center plate disposed on the transmission shaft, wherein the turnover device implements control on the clamping devices; whereby cuff portions of clothing are turned over by the turnover device and are fixed by the clamping devices to ensure the clothing not to fall off in a overturning process, and then the clothing is folded and stacked according to the measuring scale device; wherein the measuring scale device comprises a shaft sleeve which is slidably connected with an inner wall of a top end of the connection cavity; a pressing plate which is disposed on an outer side of a top of the connection cavity is disposed on the shaft sleeve; an upper coupling which is abutted against the lower coupling is disposed on the shaft sleeve; a lead screw is in splined connection with the connection cavity; a shrinkage block which is disposed at an upper end of the center plate is in threaded connection to the lead screw; a lifting cavity is arranged in the shrinkage block; a polished rod which is fixedly connected with an end surface of a top end of the center plate is slidably connected to a lower end of the lifting cavity; whereby the lead screw is driven by rotation of the upper coupling to rotate to enable the shrinkage block to be moved downward, so that the clothing is folded according to an edge of an upper end of the shrinkage block; wherein the clamping devices comprise slide bars which are slidably connected with the sliding rail and are in the bilateral symmetry manner; sliding cavities which are communicated vertically are arranged in the slide bars; clamping tanks which are disposed at the upper end of the center plate are disposed on the slide bars; opening grooves which are communicated and connected with the sliding cavities are arranged in the clamping tanks; unlocking rods are slidably connected to inner walls of ends of the sliding cavities close to symmetric centers; connection rods which are located in the sliding cavities are disposed on the unlocking rods; pushing balls which are disposed in the opening grooves are disposed on the connection rods; bonding plates which are abutted against the pushing balls and are vertically symmetric are disposed in the opening grooves; compression springs are connected between sides, far away from symmetric centers, of the bonding plates and inner walls of the opening grooves; unlocking grooves are arranged in an inner wall of an end of the sliding rail in a communicating manner; a disengaging plate which is abutted against the unlocking rods is slidably connected in the unlocking groove; a return spring is connected between the disengaging plate and the unlocking groove; whereby the push balls are reversely pushed with sliding of the disengaging plate, so that the bonding plates loosen the fixed clothing; wherein the turnover device comprises an upper turning block which is rotationally connected with the transmission shaft; the upper turning block is abutted against one of the slide bars at a first side; a transmission cavity is arranged in the upper turning block; an upper abutting block is disposed in the transmission cavity; an upper poking rod which is abutted against the upper abutting block is disposed in the transmission shaft; a center tooth which is disposed on a lower side of the upper turning block is disposed on the transmission shaft; a revolution rod which is disposed on an upper side of the center tooth is in sleeved connection to the transmission shaft; reversed teeth which are engaged and connected with the center tooth are rotationally connected to the revolution rod; a lower turning block which is abutted against one of the slide bar at a second side is slidably connected to an upper side of the revolution rod; a lower abutting block is disposed in the lower turning block; a lower poking rod which is abutted against the lower turning block is fixedly connected to the upper side of the revolution rod; whereby the lower turning block and the upper turning block are rotated in opposite directions through engaging transmission among the center tooth, the reversed teeth and the inner toothed frame, and cuffs are turned over at the same time; when the device of the invention works, the bonding plates are loosened and strutted to clamp the clothing, and the motor is started to enable the center tooth, then the upper poking rod and the lower coupling to be rotated through the transmission shaft, and the reversed teeth are driven by the center tooth to rotate through engaging transmission, then the reversed teeth are rotated along the center tooth due to limitation of the inner toothed frame, and the lower poking rod is reversely rotated through the revolution rod ; and at the time, the upper turning block and the lower turning block are relatively close to each other to rotate through abutting between the upper poking rod and the upper abutting block as well as abutting between the bonding plates and the lower turning block, and the slide bars are driven to move toward the disengaging plate until being abutted to the disengaging plate, and the unlocking rods are reversely pushed by the disengaging plate, and the unlocking rods sequentially pass through the connection rods and the pushing balls to enable the bonding plates to move in a reverse direction and loose the clothing, and the pressing plate is manually pushed, then the upper coupling is abutted against the lower coupling through the shaft sleeve, and the lead screw is rotated through the shaft sleeve in a splined abutting manner, and the lead screw enables the shrinkage block to smoothly move downward depending on threaded transmission and limitation of the polished rod, and the clothing is manually folded and stacked along an edge of the upper side of the shrinkage block.
