This invention discloses a coffee cup capable of automatically making coffee, including a cup
body 10, a cup lid 11, a rotation cavity 12, a rotating block 13, a groove 14; a spline shaft 15
which is in spline connection with the rotating block 13 is slidably connected with and
arranged in the groove 14. Coffee beans are naturally cracked by the extruding and grinding
between the grinding plate and the coffee beans, so that the coffee is more delicious; in
addition, the grinding and brewing processes of the coffee beans are continuous, thereby
reducing the oxidation and deterioration of the ground coffee when being exposed to the air,
and keeping the flavor of the coffee; furthermore, the coffee cup is convenient to carry and
use.

[0001] The present invention relates to the technical field of daily supplies, in particular to a coffee cup capable of automatically making coffee.
[0002] The current coffee cup only has the function of accommodating coffee. When the coffee beans are made into coffee and then poured into the coffee cup, the coffee will lose flavor. In addition, the direct brewing of the coffee after the coffee beans are milled will maintain the flavor of the coffee. However, when going out, it is inconvenient to produce coffee due to the lack of a grinding device. Therefore, it is necessary to make a further improvement for the coffee cup in the prior art to improve the convenience of the coffee making process.

[0004] A coffee cup capable of automatically making coffee adopted by the invention comprises a cup body, wherein a cup lid is in threaded connection to an upper end of the cup body; a rotation cavity is disposed in the cup lid; a rotating block is rotationally disposed in the rotation cavity; a groove is disposed in an upper side of the rotation cavity in a way of communicating; a spline shaft in spline connection with the rotating block is slidably connected with and arranged in the groove; a contraction groove with a threaded inner end wall is disposed in a lower side of the rotation cavity in the way of communicating; a lower end of the spline shaft extends into the contraction groove and is fixedly provided with a grinding plate, wherein the grinding plate in threaded connection with the contraction groove; a grinding cavity is disposed in the cup body; a clamping groove is disposed in a left side of the grinding cavity in the way of communicating; a pull groove is disposed in a right side of the grinding cavity in the way of communicating, a closing plate capable of closing a lower side of the grinding cavity is slidably disposed in the pull groove; a connecting spring is fixedly disposed between a left end of the closing plate and the clamping groove, wherein a right end of the closing plate extends into external space and is fixedly provided with a pull block; a filter cavity is disposed in the lower side of the grinding cavity in the way of communicating; a brewing device is disposed on a left side of the filter cavity, wherein the brewing device is used for brewing coffee; a rotating plate is rotationally disposed in the filter cavity; a rotation device is disposed on a right side of the filter cavity, wherein the rotation device is meshed with the rotating plate; a filter screen is fixedly disposed on a lower end of the rotating plate; a cavity is disposed in a lower side of the filter cavity, wherein the cavity is communicated with the filter cavity through a tube; a water cup is slidably disposed in the cavity, wherein the water cup is provided with an accommodating cavity therein; chutes are symmetrically disposed in the cavity at front and back in the way of communicating; an annular groove is disposed in the chutes in the way of communicating; wherein the water cup is fixedly provided with clamping blocks that are slidably connected with the annular groove in a bilateral symmetry manner; transmission device is disposed on upper side of the annular groove, wherein the transmission device is abutted against the clamping blocks; and the grinding plate is ascended and descended and rotated to grind coffee beans in the grinding cavity, and ground coffee is located on the filter screen, and coffee produced by brewing flows into the accommodating cavity.
[0005] As an optimized technical proposal, the brewing device includes a slide cavity which is communicated with the filter cavity; a sliding rod with a right end extending into the filter cavity is slidably disposed in the slide cavity; a water hole is disposed in the sliding rod; a water channel is disposed on an upper side of the slide cavity; a through hole is disposed between the water channel and the slide cavity in a communication manner, wherein the through hole is communicated with the water hole; a meshing groove is disposed in a lower side of the slide cavity in the way of communicating; a meshing gear is rotationally disposed in the meshing groove through a mandrel, wherein the meshing gear is meshed with the sliding rod, and the mandrel is in power connection with the rotation device through a belt; and hot water is added through the water channel, and the meshing gear is rotated to drive the sliding rod to horizontally move, so that the ground coffee is uniformly brewed.
[0006] As an optimized technical proposal, the rotation device includes a rotation groove which is communicated with the filter cavity; a rotating gear meshed with the rotating plate is rotationally disposed in the rotation groove through a gear shaft; a motor isfixedly disposed on an upper end wall of the rotation groove , wherein the motor is in power connection with an upper end of the gear shaft; a transmission cavity is disposed in a lower side of the rotation groove in the way of communicating; a lower end of the gear shaft extends into the transmission cavity and is fixedly provided with a first bevel gear; a second bevel gear meshed with the first bevel gear is rotationally disposed in the transmission cavity by a rotating shaft, and the transmission cavity is in power connection with the mandrel through the belt; and the motor works to drive the rotating gear to rotate, and then the filter screen rotates, and the coffee is uniformly brewed.
[0007] As an optimized technical proposal, the transmission device includes a pressure groove which is communicated with the annular groove; a pressure block abutting against one of the clamping blocks is slidably disposed in the pressure groove; a pressure spring is fixedly disposed between the pressure block and the pressure groove; an abutting groove is disposed in the pressure block; a connecting groove is disposed between the pressure groove and the tube in the way of communicating; a sealing block is slidably disposed in the connecting groove; a through groove is disposed in the sealing block; a telescopic spring is fixedly disposed between the sealing block and the connecting groove; and the pressure block rises to enable the sealing block to move leftward to seal the tube.

[0013] Referring to Figures 1-3, a coffee cup capable of automatically making coffee according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a cup body 10, wherein a cup lid 11 is in threaded connection to an upper end of the cup body 10; a rotation cavity 12 is disposed in the cup lid 11; a rotating block 13 is rotationally disposed in the rotation cavity 12; a groove 14 is disposed in an upper side of the rotation cavity 12 in a way of communicating; a spline shaft 15 in spline connection with the rotating block 13 is slidably connected with and arranged in the groove 14; a contraction groove 16 with a threaded inner end wall is disposed in a lower side of the rotation cavity 12 in the way of communicating; a lower end of the spline shaft 15 extends into the contraction groove 16 and is fixedly provided with a grinding plate 17, wherein the grinding plate 17 in threaded connection with the contraction groove 16; a grinding cavity 18 is disposed in the cup body 10; a clamping groove 19 is disposed in a left side of the grinding cavity 18 in the way of communicating; a pull groove 20 is disposed in a right side of the grinding cavity 18 in the way of communicating, a closing plate 21 capable of closing a lower side of the grinding cavity 18 is slidably disposed in the pull groove 20; a connecting spring 22 is fixedly disposed between a left end of the closing plate 21 and the clamping groove 19, wherein a right end of the closing plate 21 extends into external space and is fixedly provided with a pull block 23; a filter cavity 24 is disposed in the lower side of the grinding cavity 18 in the way of communicating; a brewing device 100 is disposed on a left side of the filter cavity 24, wherein the brewing device 100 is used for brewing coffee; a rotating plate 33 is rotationally disposed in the filter cavity 24; a rotation device 200 is disposed on a right side of the filter cavity 24, wherein the rotation device 200 is meshed with the rotating plate 33; a filter screen 34 is fixedly disposed on a lower end of the rotating plate 33; a cavity 44 is disposed in a lower side of the filter cavity 24, wherein the cavity 44 is communicated with the filter cavity 24 through a tube 43; a water cup 47 is slidably disposed in the cavity 44, wherein the water cup 47 is provided with an accommodating cavity 48 therein; chutes 45 are symmetrically disposed in the cavity 44 at front and back in the way of communicating; an annular groove 46 is disposed in the chutes 45 in the way of communicating; wherein the water cup 47 is fixedly provided with clamping blocks 49 that are slidably connected with the annular groove 46 in a bilateral symmetry manner; transmission device 300 is disposed on upper side of the annular groove 46, wherein the transmission device 300 is abutted against the clamping blocks 49; and the grinding plate 17 is ascended and descended and rotated to grind coffee beans in the grinding cavity 18, and ground coffee is located on the filter screen 34, and coffee produced by brewing flows into the accommodating cavity 48.
[0014] Advantageously, the brewing device 100 includes a slide cavity 25 which is communicated with the filter cavity 24; a sliding rod 26 with a right end extending into the filter cavity 24 is slidably disposed in the slide cavity 25; a water hole 27 is disposed in the sliding rod 26; a water channel 29 is disposed on an upper side of the slide cavity 25; a through hole 28 is disposed between the water channel 29 and the slide cavity 25 in a communication manner, wherein the through hole 28 is communicated with the water hole 27; a meshing groove 30 is disposed in a lower side of the slide cavity 25 in the way of communicating; a meshing gear 32 is rotationally disposed in the meshing groove 30 through a mandrel 31, wherein the meshing gear 32 is meshed with the sliding rod 26, and the mandrel 31 is in power connection with the rotation device 200 through a belt 58; and hot water is added through the water channel 29, and the meshing gear 32 is rotated to drive the sliding rod 26 to horizontally move, so that the ground coffee is uniformly brewed.
[0015] Advantageously, the rotation device 200 includes a rotation groove 35 which is communicated with the filter cavity 24; a rotating gear 36 meshed with the rotating plate 33 is rotationally disposed in the rotation groove 35 through a gear shaft 37; a motor 38 is fixedly disposed on an upper end wall of the rotation groove 35, wherein the motor 38 is in power connection with an upper end of the gear shaft 37; a transmission cavity 39 is disposed in a lower side of the rotation groove 35 in the way of communicating; a lower end of the gear shaft 37 extends into the transmission cavity 39 and is fixedly provided with a first bevel gear ; a second bevel gear 42 meshed with the first bevel gear 40 is rotationally disposed in the transmission cavity 39 by a rotating shaft 41, and the transmission cavity 39 is in power connection with the mandrel 31 through the belt 58; and the motor 38 works to drive the rotating gear 36 to rotate, and then the filter screen 34 rotates, and the coffee is uniformly brewed.
[0016] Advantageously, the transmission device 300 includes a pressure groove 50 which is communicated with the annular groove 46; a pressure block 51 abutting against one of the clamping blocks 49 is slidably disposed in the pressure groove 50; a pressure spring 53 is fixedly disposed between the pressure block 51 and the pressure groove 50; an abutting groove 52 is disposed in the pressure block 51; a connecting groove 54 is disposed between the pressure groove 50 and the tube 43 in the way of communicating; a sealing block 55 is slidably disposed in the connecting groove 54; a through groove 57 is disposed in the sealing block 55; a telescopic spring 56 is fixedly disposed between the sealing block 55 and the connecting groove 54; and the pressure block 51 rises to enable the sealing block 55 to move leftward to seal the tube 43.
[0017] At an initial state, the closing plate 21 closes the grinding cavity 18, and the sliding rod 26 is contracted into the slide cavity 25, and a piece of filter paper is paved on the filter screen 34, and the compression spring 53 and the telescopic springs 56 are all in a compressed state.
[0018] When a device needs to work, the coffee beans are placed in the grinding cavity 18, and the cup body 10 and the cup lid 11 are sealed by threads, and the rotating block 13 is rotated, so that the spline shaft 15 is rotated, then the contraction groove 16 is rotated in the grinding cavity 18 and is descended to grind the coffee beans in the grinding cavity 18; the rotating block 13 is rotated according to necessary sizes of the coffee beans; after the grinding is completed, the pull block 23 is pulled rightward, so that the grinding cavity 18 is opened by the closing plate 21, and then the ground coffee falls onto the filter paper on the filter screen 34; the motor 38 works, then the gear shaft 37 is rotated to drive the second bevel gear 42 to rotate, and the meshing gear 32 is driven to rotate through the belt 58, and then the sliding rod
26 moves into the filter cavity 24, so that a right end of the sliding rod 26 and a center of the filter screen 34 are located on an identical straight line; thereafter, the cup lid 11 is opened, and the motor 38 is rotated in a reverse direction, so that the rotating gear 36 is rotated to drive the rotating plate 33 to rotate, and the meshing gear 32 is reversely rotated, so that the sliding rod 26 moves leftward, and in the process, boiled water stewed for two minutes is poured into the water channel 29, and the coffee is uniformly brewed from inside to outside through the water hole 27, and the brewed coffee flows into the accommodating cavity 48 through the tube 43; and then, the water cup 47 is rotated, so that the clamping blocks 49 are rotated into the chutes 45, and then the pressure block 51 is descended under action of the pressure spring 53, and in this way, the sealing block 55 moves leftward to seal the tube 43, and the coffee can be drunk by taking out the water cup 47 downward.

Claims (4)
1. A coffee cup capable of automatically making coffee, comprising:
a cup body, wherein a cup lid is in threaded connection to an upper end of the cup body;
a rotation cavity disposed in the cup lid;
a rotating block rotationally disposed in the rotation cavity;
a groove disposed in an upper side of the rotation cavity in a way of communicating;
a spline shaft in spline connection with the rotating block slidably connected with and arranged in the groove;
a contraction groove with a threaded inner end wall disposed in a lower side of the rotation cavity in the way of communicating;
wherein a lower end of the spline shaft extends into the contraction groove and is fixedly provided with a grinding plate,
wherein the grinding plate is in threaded connection with the contraction groove;
a grinding cavity disposed in the cup body;
a clamping groove disposed in a left side of the grinding cavity in the way of communicating;
a pull groove disposed in a right side of the grinding cavity in the way of communicating,
a closing plate capable of closing a lower side of the grinding cavity slidably disposed in the pull groove; a connecting spring fixedly disposed between a left end of the closing plate and the clamping groove, wherein a right end of the closing plate extends into external space and isfixedly provided with a pull block; a filter cavity disposed in the lower side of the grinding cavity in the way of communicating; a brewing device disposed on a left side of the filter cavity, wherein the brewing device is used for brewing coffee; a rotating plate rotationally disposed in the filter cavity; a rotation device disposed on a right side of the filter cavity, wherein the rotation device is meshed with the rotating plate; a filter screen fixedly disposed on a lower end of the rotating plate; a cavity disposed in a lower side of the filter cavity, wherein the cavity is communicated with the filter cavity through a tube; a water cup slidably disposed in the cavity, wherein the water cup is provided with an accommodating cavity therein; chutes symmetrically disposed in the cavity at front and back in the way of communicating; an annular groove disposed in the chutes in the way of communicating; wherein the water cup is fixedly provided with clamping blocks that are slidably connected with the annular groove in a bilateral symmetry manner; transmission device disposed on upper side of the annular groove, wherein the transmission device is abutted against the clamping blocks; whereby the grinding plate is ascended and descended and rotated to grind coffee beans in the grinding cavity, and ground coffee is located on the filter screen, and coffee produced by brewing flows into the accommodating cavity.
2. The coffee cup capable of automatically making coffee as defined in claim 1, wherein the brewing device comprises a slide cavity which is communicated with the filter cavity;
a sliding rod with a right end extending into the filter cavity slidably disposed in the slide cavity;
a water hole disposed in the sliding rod;
a water channel disposed on an upper side of the slide cavity;
a through hole disposed between the water channel and the slide cavity in a communication manner,
wherein the through hole is communicated with the water hole;
a meshing groove disposed in a lower side of the slide cavity in the way of communicating;
a meshing gear rotationally disposed in the meshing groove through a mandrel,
wherein the meshing gear is meshed with the sliding rod, and the mandrel is in power connection with the rotation device through a belt;
whereby hot water is added through the water channel, and the meshing gear is rotated to drive the sliding rod to horizontally move, so that the ground coffee is uniformly brewed.
3. The coffee cup capable of automatically making coffee as defined in claim 1, wherein the rotation device comprises a rotation groove which is communicated with the filter cavity; a rotating gear meshed with the rotating plate is rotationally disposed in the rotation groove through a gear shaft; a motor fixedly disposed on an upper end wall of the rotation groove, wherein the motor is in power connection with an upper end of the gear shaft; a transmission cavity disposed in a lower side of the rotation groove in the way of communicating; wherein a lower end of the gear shaft extends into the transmission cavity and is fixedly provided with a first bevel gear; wherein a second bevel gear meshed with the first bevel gear is rotationally disposed in the transmission cavity by a rotating shaft, and the transmission cavity is in power connection with the mandrel through the belt; whereby the motor works to drive the rotating gear to rotate, and then the filter screen rotates, and the coffee is uniformly brewed.
4. The coffee cup capable of automatically making coffee as defined in claim 1, wherein the transmission device comprises a pressure groove which is communicated with the annular groove;
a pressure block abutting against one of the clamping blocks slidably disposed in the pressure groove;
a pressure spring fixedly disposed between the pressure block and the pressure groove;
an abutting groove disposed in the pressure block;
a connecting groove disposed between the pressure groove and the tube in the way of communicating; a sealing block slidably disposed in the connecting groove, wherein a through groove disposed in the sealing block, and a telescopic spring is fixedly disposed between the sealing block and the connecting groove; whereby the pressure block rises to enable the sealing block to move leftward to seal the tube.
