Description

A CREATIVE COFFEE STIRRING SPOON WITH A THERMOSTATIC CONTROL TECHNICAL FIELD
[0001] The present invention relates to the technical field of living utensils, in particular to a creative coffee stirring spoon with a thermostatic control.

[0004] The invention is realized through the following technical scheme: a creative coffee stirring spoon with a thermostatic control of this invention comprises a spoon handle; a bottom end of the spoon handle is fixedly provided with a cylinder, wherein a bottom end of the cylinder is fixedly provided with a spoon head, and a first cavity with an upward opening is arrangged in the cylinder; a first spline shaft is rotatably set at a bottom end of thefirst cavity; a top end of the spoon handle isfixedly provided with a storage battery, wherein a top end of the storage battery is fixedly connected with a pressing switch, and a bottom end of the storage battery is fixedly connected with a driving motor; a bottom end of the driving motor is in power connection with a second spline shaft; the second spline shaft extends into the first cavity; the first spline shaft is provided with a spline housing; the spline housing is in transmission fit with the second spline shaft, and the spline housing is fixedly provided with a first ring; first permanent magnets are symmetrically arranged in an outer side of the first ring; an annular groove is set at an outer side of the cylinder, and a second ring is slidably arranged in the annular groove; two of second permanent magnets are respectively andfixedly disposed on an inner wall of the second ring in a bilateral symmetry way, and outer sides of the second ring are fixedly provided with blades; a suspension stirring device is arranged between the second ring and the first ring; the spoon handle located at a first side of the second spline shaft is provided with a first sliding chute with a downward opening; the first sliding chute is communicated with the first cavity, and a first slide block is slidably arranged in the first sliding chute; the first slide block extends into the first cavity, wherein a lower end of the first slide block in the first cavity is fixedly provided with afixed block; first springs arefixedly connected between the fixed block and a bottom surface of the spoon handle; a second sliding chute is set in the spoon head, and a second slide block is slidably set in the second sliding chute; a top end of the second slide block isfixedly provided with afirst conductive block; the second sliding chute in a bottom end of the second slide block is provided with an alcohol; a second spring is fixedly connected between the first conductive block and a top surface of the second sliding chute; a bottom end of the second sliding chute is fixedly provided with a second cavity, and contacts are fixedly and respectively arranged on two ends of the second cavity; an electric heating wire is connected between two of the contacts; a pushing heating device is arranged between the storage battery and the electric heating wire.

[0012] Referring to FIG. 1-2, a creative coffee stirring spoon with a thermostatic control of this invention comprises a spoon handle 10; a bottom end of the spoon handle 10 is fixedly provided with a cylinder 25, wherein a bottom end of the cylinder 25 isfixedly provided with a spoon head 30, and a first cavity 22 with an upward opening is arranged in the cylinder 25; a first spline shaft 29 is rotatably set at a bottom end of the first cavity 22; a top end of the spoon handle 10 isfixedly provided with a storage battery 12, wherein a top end of the storage battery 12 is fixedly connected with a pressing switch 11, and a bottom end of the storage battery 12 is fixedly connected with a driving motor 13; a bottom end of the driving motor 13 is in power connection with a second spline shaft 15; the second spline shaft extends into the first cavity 22; the first spline shaft 29 is provided with a spline housing 27; the spline housing 27 is in transmission fit with the second spline shaft 15, and the spline housing 27 is fixedly provided with a first ring 24; first permanent magnets 23 are symmetrically arranged in an outer side of the first ring 24; an annular groove 36 is set at an outer side of the cylinder 25, and a second ring 35 is slidably arranged in the annular groove 36; two of second permanent magnets 33 are respectively and fixedly disposed on an inner wall of the second ring 35 in a bilateral symmetry way, and outer sides of the second ring 35 are fixedly provided with blades 34; a suspension stirring device 91 is arranged between the second ring 35 and the first ring 24; the spoon handle 10 located at a first side of the second spline shaft 15 is provided with a first sliding chute 16 with a downward opening; the first sliding chute 16 is communicated with the first cavity 22, and a first slide block 20 is slidably arranged in the first sliding chute 16; the first slide block 20 extends into the first cavity 22, wherein a lower end of the first slide block 20 in the first cavity 22 isfixedly provided with a fixed block 21; first springs 19 are fixedly connected between the fixed block 21 and a bottom surface of the spoon handle 10; a second sliding chute 38 is set in the spoon head 30, and a second slide block 42 is slidably set in the second sliding chute 38 ; a top end of the second slide block 42 is fixedly provided with a first conductive block 40; the second sliding chute 38 in a bottom end of the second slide block 42 is provided with an alcohol 43; a second spring 39 is fixedly connected between the first conductive block 40 and a top surface of the second sliding chute 38; a bottom end of the second sliding chute 38 is fixedly provided with a second cavity 44, and contacts 46 are fixedly and respectively arranged on two ends of the second cavity 44; an electric heating wire 47 is connected between two of the contacts 46; a pushing heating device 90 is arranged between the storage battery 12 and the electric heating wire 47.
[0013] The specific implementation for using the suspension stirring device 91 is introduced in detail below, wherein a bottom end of the second ring 35 isfixedly provided with connecting arms 32 which are symmetrical, wherein bottom ends of the connecting arms 32 are fixedly provided with floating balls 31; the second permanent magnets 33 and the first permanent magnets 23 attract with each other; the first spline shaft 29 is fixedly provided with a disk 28; third springs 26 are fixedly connected between the disk 28 and the first ring 24.

[0016] firstly, in an initial state, the second conductive block 18 is not connected with the first conducting wire 14 and the second conducting wire 17, and the first conductive block is connected with the second conducting wire 17 and the third conducting wire 41;
[0017] a coffee spoon is placed into coffee when used, and then, the floating balls 31 float so as to drive the second ring 35 to slide up; because the mutual attraction of the second permanent magnets 33 and the first permanent magnets 23, the second ring 35 drives the first ring 24 to slide up, and thefirst ring 24 drives the spline housing 27 to slide upwards, while the spline housing 27 is in transmission fit with the second spline shaft 15, and the first ring 24 slides upward to press against the fixed block 21, and the fixed block 21 drives thefirst slide block 20 to slide up, while the first slide block 20 drives the second conductive block 18 to be connected with the first conducting wire 14 and the second conducting wire 17;
[0018] when the coffee is at a high temperature, the alcohol 43 is heated to expand so as to drive the second slide block 42 to upwards slide up, and an upward movement of the first conductive block 40 is disconnected with the second conducting wire 17 and the third conducting wire 41, while there is no current flowing through the electric heating wire 47, and therefore, at the moment, the electric heating wire 47 does not generate heat energy;
[0019] when the coffee is at a relatively low temperature, the alcohol 43 is cooled to shrink, and the first conductive block 40 slides downward so as to make the second conducting wire 17 be connected with the third conducting wire 41, so that a circuit loop is formed in the electric heating wire 47; at the moment, the pressing switch 11 is pressed down, and the pressing switch 11 is started to electrify the storage battery 12 so that the driving motor 13 rotates; the driving motor 13 drives the second spline shaft 15 to rotate, and the second spline shaft 15 drives the spline housing 27 to rotate, while the spline housing 27 drives the first ring 24 to rotate; because the attraction of the first permanent magnets 23 and the second permanent magnets 33, the first permanent magnets 23 drive the second permanent magnets 33 to rotate, and the second permanent magnets 33 drive the second ring 35 to rotate; the second ring 35 drives the blades 34 to rotate, and the blades 34 rotate for stirring; and meanwhile, the current flows through the electric heating wire 47, and the electric heating wire 47 generates heat to heat a coffee and maintain the coffee to a certain temperature

1. A creative coffee stirring spoon with a thermostatic control of this invention,
comprising:
a spoon handle;
a bottom end of the spoon handle fixedly provided with a cylinder,
wherein a bottom end of the cylinder is fixedly provided with a spoon head, and a first cavity
with an upward opening is arranged in the cylinder;
a first spline shaft rotatably set at a bottom end of thefirst cavity;
wherein a top end of the spoon handle isfixedly provided with a storage battery,
wherein a top end of the storage battery is fixedly connected with a pressing switch, and a
bottom end of the storage battery is fixedly connected with a driving motor;
wherein a bottom end of the driving motor is in power connection with a second spline shaft,
and the second spline shaft extends into the first cavity;
the first spline shaft provided with a spline housing;
wherein the spline housing is in transmission fit with the second spline shaft, and the spline
housing is fixedly provided with a first ring;
first permanent magnets symmetrically arranged in an outer side of the first ring; an annular groove set at an outer side of the cylinder, wherein a second ring is slidably arranged in the annular groove; two of second permanent magnets are respectively and fixedly disposed on an inner wall of the second ring in a bilateral symmetry way; wherein outer sides of the second ring are fixedly provided with blades; a suspension stirring device arranged between the second ring and the first ring; the spoon handle located at a first side of the second spline shaft is provided with a first sliding chute with a downward opening; wherein the first sliding chute is communicated with the first cavity, and a first slide block is slidably arranged in the first sliding chute; the first slide block extending into the first cavity, wherein a lower end of the first slide block in the first cavity isfixedly provided with a fixed block; first springs fixedly connected between the fixed block and a bottom surface of the spoon handle; a second sliding chute set in the spoon head, wherein a second slide block is slidably set in the second sliding chute, and a top end of the second slide block is fixedly provided with a first conductive block; wherein the second sliding chute in a bottom end of the second slide block is provided with an alcohol, wherein a second spring is fixedly connected between the first conductive block and a top surface of the second sliding chute; wherein a bottom end of the second sliding chute is fixedly provided with a second cavity, and contacts are fixedly and respectively arranged on two ends of the second cavity; an electric heating wire connected between two of the contacts; a pushing heating device arranged between the storage battery and the electric heating wire; whereby the spline housing drives the first ring to rotate, and the first ring drives the blades for stirring through the first permanent magnets and the second permanent magnets; the alcohol is heated to expand so as to drive the second slide block to upwards slide up, and an upward movement of the first conductive block is disconnected with the second conducting wire and the third conducting wire, while there is no current flowing through the electric heating wire, and the heating with constant temperature is completed; wherein a bottom end of the second ring isfixedly provided with connecting arms which are symmetrical, wherein bottom ends of the connecting arms are fixedly provided with floating balls; the second permanent magnets and the first permanent magnets attract with each other; the first spline shaft is fixedly provided with a disk; third springs arefixedly connected between the disk and the first ring; whereby the floating balls float upwards so that the second spline shaft is in transmission with the spline housing, and the blades start to rotate for stirring; wherein a first conducting wire is connected between a top end of the first sliding chute and the storage battery; a second conducting wire is connected between the first sliding chute and a first side of the second sliding chute; a lower end of the first slide block in thefirst sliding chute isfixedly provided with a second conductive block; a third conducting wire is connected between the first end of the second sliding chute and the contact at a first side; the third conducting wire is located at a bottom end of the second conducting wire; a fourth conducting wire is connected between the storage battery and the contact at a second side; whereby when the alcohol is in heated to be expanded, a heating wire is powered off, and when the alcohol is heated to be contracted, a heating wire circuit is turned on, and the heating is performed at a constant temperature.
