Abstract

This invention discloses a decorative LED lamp, including a base 10, wherein the base 10 has a working chamber 11 that includes a lifting mechanism 80 driven through belt friction; a steering mechanism 81 on the upper side of the lifting mechanism 80 and a lighting mechanism 82 arranged on the upper side of the steering mechanism 81. The device applies three LED light panels with two different patterns, allowing automatic sequential switch of patterns, which has good visual effects and is suitable for decoration or display of various occasions such as office buildings. In addition, only one motor is used in the whole device, making it closely linked and the transmission efficient.

Description

A DECORATIVE LED LAMP TECHNICAL FIELD
[0001] The present invention relates to the field of decoration, in particular to a
decorative LED lamp.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
[0002] LED lamps will produce different colors under different currents, which
is very suitable for decoration. However, most of the existing decorative LED lamps
are in static color changing with poor visual effect, which is easy to cause aesthetic
fatigue. Most of the application places are in the open air, which is not novel enough
for LED lamps as interior decorations.
BRIEF SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
[0003] The technical problem to be solved by the invention is to provide a
decorative LED lamp so as to overcome the above-mentioned problems existing in the
prior art.
[0004] The following technical plan is adopted by the invention: a decorative
LED lamp, including a base. The base has a working chamber that includes a lifting
mechanism. The lifting mechanism that is driven through belt friction contains a
lifting motor, an L-shaped bar and two lifting gears, wherein the lifting motor,
working as power source, is able to drive the whole device to operate. A steering
mechanism on the upper side of the lifting mechanism includes output gears, an arc
groove, an annular block, triangular blocks and swinging blocks. When the L-shaped
bar is in the arc groove, one of the lifting gears on one side engages with the respective one of the output gears, and when the L-shaped bar is separated from the arc groove, the other one of the lifting gears on the other side engages with the respective one of the output gears. The up and down movement of the annular block can push the triangular blocks and the swinging blocks to move repeatedly, and when the triangular blocks move to one side, the swinging blocks are driven to move to the other side. The steering mechanism also has a rotating rod, and a lighting mechanism arranged on the upper side of the steering mechanism contains a locating block, limiting rods and cross bars. The rotating rod can drive the locating block to rotate together until the limiting rods are blocked by the cross bars, and the rotating rod begins to move up and down.
[0005] Preferably, the lifting mechanism includes a long board, wherein the
long board is fixed on the upper side of a bottom block, wherein the bottom block is
slidably connected with a cross groove which is on the lower end wall of the working
chamber, and wide slots are symmetrically arranged on the upper end wall of the
working chamber, and one end of the cross groove is fixedly provided with a cross
spring, wherein the other end of the cross spring is fixedly connected with the bottom
block. The lifting motor with a driving shaft is fixed on the upper end surface of the
long board. A driving pulley is fixed on the driving shaft, and a driving gear fixed on
the driving shaft is arranged on the upper side of the driving pulley. A transmitting
shaft is rotatably arranged on the upper end surface of the long board, wherein a
transmitting gear engaged with the driving gear is fixedly mounted on the transmitting
shaft, and the transmitting shaft is fixedly provided with a transmission pulley. Taking
the lifting motor as the center, output shafts are symmetrically arranged on and in
power connection with the long board, wherein output pulleys are fixed on the output
shafts, wherein one of the output pulleys on one side and the transmission pulley are
transmitted through belt friction, and the other one of the output pulleys on the other
side and the driving pulley are transmitted through belt friction. The lifting gears are
fixed on the upper ends of the output shafts and the L-shaped bar isfixedly connected
with the upper end surface of the long board.
[0006] Preferably, the steering mechanism includes a channel bar, wherein the
channel bar is rotatably connected to the upper end surface of a support block fixed on
one end wall of the working chamber. Between the channel bar and the base, there is a
torque spring. Inside the channel bar, there is the arc groove. A hollow shaft on the
upper side of the channel bar is internally provided with a swinging channel, in which
the upper end of the channel bar is located. The end walls of the swinging channel are
internally provided with ring channel, wherein arc blocks fixedly connected with the
channel bar are symmetrically and slidably arranged in the ring channel. A reel and a
winder are fixedly connected with the channel bar. One end wall of the swinging
channel is symmetrically provided with square slots, and on the two sides inside the
swinging channel, vertical slots are symmetrically arranged. There are transmission
rods fixedly mounted on one end of each of square blocks which are slidably arranged
inside the square slots on one side. One of the transmission rods on one side is fixedly
connected with the winder through a cord, and the other one of the transmission rods
on the other side is fixedly connected with the reel through the cord. Two translational
slots are arranged inside the upper end walls of the square slots and two protruding
slots are arranged inside the upper ends wall of the vertical slots. Each one of diagonal
rods is mounted on one end of the respective one of translational blocks which are
inside the translational slots. Each one of the diagonal rods is provided with a
respective one of the triangular blocks on one end surface, and the lower end surfaces
of the diagonal rods are internally provided with telescopic chutes, wherein the upper
end walls of the telescopic chutes are fixedly provided with telescopic springs which
are fixedly connected with the transmission rods. Threaded ring is fixed on the hollow
shaft and in threaded engagement with the annular block, and the annular block is
provided with the rotating rod at the surface of one end.
[0007] Preferably, the lighting mechanism includes the locating block. On the
lower sides of an upper lamp ring that is mounted on the upper side of the threaded
ring, a middle lamp ring is arranged, and a lower lamp ring is under the middle lamp
ring. The lower end surfaces of the upper lamp rings, the middle lamp ring and the lower lamp ring are provided with the limiting rods on one side. The lower end surface of the upper lamp ring is provided with a circular slot, in which the upper end of said hollow shaft is located, wherein the end wall of one side of the circular slot is fixedly provided with the locating block. A linking block is fixed inside the middle lamp ring, and a bottom block is fixed inside the lower lamp ring, and an annular groove is arranged on the lower end surface of the upper lamp ring. An upper rotation slot is arranged on the upper end surface of the middle lamp ring, wherein the lower end wall of the upper rotation slot is provided with a lower rotation slot, and the upper end surface of the lower lamp ring has a top slot. The two sides of upper end surface of the base are symmetrically provided with pressure bars, wherein each one of the pressure bars is provided with three of the cross bars on one end. One end of each of the cross bars on the upper side is provided with a respective one of T-shaped rods which are slidably connected with the annular groove, wherein the lower ends of the
T-shaped rods are fixedly provided with rotation blocks which are slidably connected
with the upper rotation slots. One end of each of the cross bars in the middle is fixedly
provided with a respective one of moving rods which are slidably connected with the
lower rotation slot, and the lower ends of the moving rods are fixedly provided with
top blocks which are slidably connected with the top slot.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

[0014] As shown in Figure 1-2, the embodiments of this invention: a decorative LED lamp, including a base 10. The base 10 has a working chamber 11 that includes a lifting mechanism 80. The lifting mechanism 80 that is driven through belt friction contains a lifting motor 67, an L-shaped bar 64 and two lifting gears 14, wherein the lifting motor 67, working as power source, is able to drive the whole device to operate. A steering mechanism 81 on the upper side of the lifting mechanism 80 includes output gears 15, an arc groove 65, an annular block 37, triangular blocks 34 and swinging blocks 50. When the L-shaped bar 64 is in the arc groove 65, one of the lifting gears 14 on one side engages with the respective one of the output gears 15, and when the L-shaped bar 64 is separated from the arc groove 65, the other one of the lifting gears 14 on the other side engages with the respective one of the output gears 15. The up and down movement of the annular block 37 can push the triangular blocks 34 and the swinging blocks 50 to move repeatedly, and when the triangular blocks 34 move to one side, the swinging blocks 50 are driven to move to the other side. The steering mechanism 81 also has a rotating rod 38, and a lighting mechanism
82 arranged on the upper side of the steering mechanism 81 contains a locating block
, limiting rods 46 and cross bars 74. The rotating rod 38 can drive the locating
block 30 to rotate together until the limiting rods 46 are blocked by the cross bars 74,
and the rotating rod 38 begins to move up and down.
[0015] In a beneficial manner, the lifting mechanism 80 includes a long board
52, wherein the long board 52 is fixed on the upper side of a bottom block 55,
wherein the bottom block 55 is slidably connected with a cross groove 54 which is on
the lower end wall of the working chamber 11, and wide slots 56 are symmetrically
arranged on the upper end wall of the working chamber 11, and one end of the cross
groove 54 is fixedly provided with a cross spring 73, wherein the other end of the
cross spring 73 is fixedly connected with the bottom block 55. The lifting motor 67
with a driving shaft 66 is fixed on the upper end surface of the long board 52. A
driving pulley 68 is fixed on the driving shaft 66, and a driving gear 69 fixed on the
driving shaft 66 is arranged on the upper side of the driving pulley 68. A transmitting
shaft 70 is rotatably arranged on the upper end surface of the long board 52, wherein a
transmitting gear 72 engaged with the driving gear 69 is fixedly mounted on the
transmitting shaft 70, and the transmitting shaft 70 is fixedly provided with a
transmission pulley 71. Taking the lifting motor 67 as the center, output shafts 12 are
symmetrically arranged on and in power connection with the long board 52, wherein
output pulleys 13 are fixed on the output shafts 12, wherein one of the output pulleys
13 on one side and the transmission pulley 71 are transmitted through belt friction,
and the other one of the output pulleys 13 on the other side and the driving pulley 68
are transmitted through belt friction. The lifting gears 14 are fixed on the upper ends
of the output shafts 12 and the L-shaped bar 64 is fixedly connected with the upper
end surface of the long board 52.
[0016] In a beneficial manner, the steering mechanism 81 includes a channel bar 57, wherein the channel bar 57 is rotatably connected to the upper end surface of a support block 53 fixed on one end wall of the working chamber 11. Between the channel bar 57 and the base 10, there is a torque spring 63. Inside the channel bar 57, there is the arc groove 65. A hollow shaft 40 on the upper side of the channel bar 57 is internally provided with a swinging channel 45, in which the upper end of the channel bar 57 is located. The end walls of the swinging channel 45 are internally provided with ring channel 58, wherein arc blocks 59 fixedly connected with the channel bar 57 are symmetrically and slidably arranged in the ring channel 58. A reel 60 and a winder 62 are fixedly connected with the channel bar 57. One end wall of the swinging channel 45 is symmetrically provided with square slots 49, and on the two sides inside the swinging channel 45, vertical slots 48 are symmetrically arranged. There are transmission rods 47 fixedly mounted on one end of each of square blocks 51 which are slidably arranged inside the square slots 49 on one side. One of the transmission rods 47 on one side is fixedly connected with the winder 62 through a cord 61, and the other one of the transmission rods 47 on the other side is fixedly connected with the reel 60 through the cord 61. Two translational slots 33 are arranged inside the upper end walls of the square slots 49 and two protruding slots 36 are arranged inside the upper ends wall of the vertical slots 48. Each one of diagonal rods 39 is mounted on one end of the respective one of translational blocks 32 which are inside the translational slots 33. Each one of the diagonal rods 39 is provided with a respective one of the triangular blocks 34 on one end surface, and the lower end surfaces of the diagonal rods 39 are internally provided with telescopic chutes 41, wherein the upper end walls of the telescopic chutes 41 are fixedly provided with telescopic springs 42 which are fixedly connected with the transmission rods 47. Threaded ring 43 is fixed on the hollow shaft 40 and in threaded engagement with the annular block 37, and the annular block 37 is provided with the rotating rod 38 at the surface of one end.
[0017] In a beneficial manner, the lighting mechanism 82 includes the locating block 30. On the lower sides of an upper lamp ring 31 that is mounted on the upper side of the threaded ring 43, a middle lamp ring 24 is arranged, and a lower lamp ring
17 is under the middle lamp ring 24. The lower end surfaces of the upper lamp rings
31, the middle lamp ring 24 and the lower lamp ring 17 are provided with the limiting
rods 46 on one side. The lower end surface of the upper lamp ring 31 is provided with
a circular slot 35, in which the upper end of said hollow shaft 40 is located, wherein
the end wall of one side of the circular slot 35 is fixedly provided with the locating
block 30. A linking block 25 is fixed inside the middle lamp ring 24, and a bottom
block 18 is fixed inside the lower lamp ring 17, and an annular groove 29 is arranged
on the lower end surface of the upper lamp ring 31. An upper rotation slot 27 is
arranged on the upper end surface of the middle lamp ring 24, wherein the lower end
wall of the upper rotation slot 27 is provided with a lower rotation slot 23, and the
upper end surface of the lower lamp ring 17 has a top slot 20. The two sides of upper
end surface of the base 10 are symmetrically provided with pressure bars 77,wherein
each one of the pressure bars 77 is provided with three of the cross bars 74 on one end.
One end of each of the cross bars 74 on the upper side is provided with a respective
one of T-shaped rods 28 which are slidably connected with the annular groove 29,
wherein the lower ends of the T-shaped rods 28 are fixedly provided with rotation
blocks 26 which are slidably connected with the upper rotation slots 27. One end of
each of the cross bars 74 in the middle is fixedly provided with a respective one of
moving rods 21 which are slidably connected with the lower rotation slot 23, and the
lower ends of the moving rods 21 are fixedly provided with top blocks 19 which are
slidably connected with the top slot 20.
[0018] The following is the applicant's detailed introduction of the use methods
of a decorative LED lamp current applied by reference to the figures 1-2 and the
composition of the decorative LED lamp current applied as described above:
[0019] To use the lamp, the lifting motor 67 is started to drive the driving pulley
68 and the driving gear 69 to rotate, and through belt transmission, the driving pulley
68 drive the output pulleys 13 to rotate, so that the lifting gears 14 are driven to rotate,
and the output gears 15 are driven to rotate through the engagement with the lifting
gears 14, and then the output gears 15 drive the rotating rod 38 to rotate, and after the
upper lamp ring 31 is pushed to rotate for a certain angle, the limiting rods 46 are
blocked by the cross bars 74. Then under the threaded engagement of the threaded
ring 43 and the annular block 37, the rotating rod 38 is driven to descend to push the
middle lamp ring 24 to rotate. When the middle lamp ring 24 rotates to a certain angle,
the limiting rods 46 in the middle are blocked by the cross bars 74, and the rotating
rod 38 continues move downward, driving the lower lamp ring 17 to rotate. When the
upper lamp ring 31, the middle lamp ring 24 and the lower lamp ring 17 are
sequentially rotated by a certain angle at a certain time interval, the annular block 37
continues to descend, pushing the two swinging blocks 50 move closer to each other,
and the two triangular blocks 34 move away from each other into the circular slot 35,
and the cord 61 is loosened, and the torque spring 63 is reset, driving the the arc
groove 65 to rotate, so that the L-shaped bar 64 is disengaged from the arc groove 65.
The L-shaped bar 64 is moved to one side by a distance to drive one of the lifting
gears 14 disengages from the respective one of the output gears 15 on one side, and
meanwhile, the other one of the lifting gears 14 engages with the respective one of the
output gears 15 on the other side, driving the lower lamp ring 17, the middle lamp
ring 24 and the upper lamp ring 31 to rotate sequentially for a certain angle, and then
they are reset, and the annular block 37 is moved upward until the device is reset.

Claims (2)

1. A decorative LED lamp, comprising:
a base, wherein the base has a working chamber that includes a lifting mechanism,
wherein the lifting mechanism that is driven through belt friction contains a lifting motor, an
L-shaped bar and two lifting gears,
wherein the lifting motor, working as power source, is able to drive the whole device to
operate; a steering mechanism on the upper side of the lifting mechanism comprising output
gears, an arc groove, an annular block, triangular blocks and swinging blocks, wherein when
the L-shaped bar is in the arc groove, one of the lifting gears on one side engages with the
respective one of the output gears, and when the L-shaped bar is separated from the arc
groove, the other one of the lifting gears on the other side engages with the respective one of
the output gears, and the up and down movement of the annular block can push the triangular
blocks and the swinging blocks to move repeatedly, and when the triangular blocks move to
one side, the swinging blocks are driven to move to the other side;
wherein the steering mechanism also comprises a rotating rod, and a lighting mechanism
arranged on the upper side of the steering mechanism contains a locating block, limiting rods
and cross bars, and the rotating rod can drive the locating block to rotate together until the
limiting rods are blocked by the cross bars, and the rotating rod begins to move up and down;
whereby the lifting mechanism drives the device to move up and down, and the lifting gears
on both sides engage with the output gears respectively, and the cross bars can block the
rotation of the upper lamp ring, the middle lamp ring and the lower lamp ring.
2. The decorative LED lamp according to claim 1, wherein the lifting mechanism
comprises a long board,
wherein the long board is fixed on the upper side of a bottom block,
wherein the bottom block is slidably connected with a cross groove which is on the lower end
wall of the working chamber, and wide slots are symmetrically arranged on the upper end
wall of the working chamber, and one end of the cross groove is fixedly provided with a cross
spring,
wherein the other end of the cross spring isfixedly connected with the bottom block, and the
lifting motor with a driving shaft is fixed on the upper end surface of the long board;
a driving pulley fixed on the driving shaft;
a driving gear, which is fixed on the driving shaft, arranged on the upper side of the driving
pulley;
a transmitting shaft rotatably arranged on the upper end surface of the long board,
wherein a transmitting gear engaged with the driving gear is fixedly mounted on the
transmitting shaft, and the transmitting shaft is fixedly provided with a transmission pulley,
and taking the lifting motor as the center, output shafts are symmetrically arranged on and in
power connection with the long board,
wherein output pulleys are fixed on the output shafts, wherein one of the output pulleys on
one side and the transmission pulley are transmitted through belt friction, and the other one of
the output pulleys on the other side and the driving pulley are transmitted through belt
friction, and the lifting gears are fixed on the upper ends of the output shafts and the L-shaped bar is fixedly connected with the upper end surface of the long board; whereby the lifting motor can drive the driving shaft to rotate, and the lifting gears are driven to rotate by the transmission of the belt friction.
3. The decorative LED lamp according to claim 1, wherein the steering mechanism includes a channel bar,
wherein the channel bar is rotatably connected to the upper end surface of a support block fixed on one end wall of the working chamber, and between the channel bar and the base, there is a torque spring, and inside the channel bar, there is the arc groove;
a hollow shaft on the upper side of the channel bar, which is internally provided with a swinging channel, wherein the upper end of the channel bar is located in the swinging channel,
wherein the end walls of the swinging channel are internally provided with ring channel,
wherein arc blocks fixedly connected with the channel bar are symmetrically and slidably arranged in the ring channel;
a reel and a winder fixedly connected with the channel bar,
wherein one end wall of the swinging channel is symmetrically provided with square slots, and on the two sides inside the swinging channel, vertical slots are symmetrically arranged;
transmission rods fixedly mounted on one end of each of square blocks which are slidably arranged inside the square slots on one side, wherein one of the transmission rods on one side is fixedly connected with the winder through a cord, and the other one of the transmission rods on the other side is fixedly connected with the reel through the cord; translational slots arranged inside the upper end walls of the square slots and two protruding slots are arranged inside the upper ends wall of the vertical slots, wherein each one of diagonal rods is mounted on one end of the respective one of translational blocks which are inside the translational slots, and each one of the diagonal rods is provided with a respective one of the triangular blocks on one end surface, and the lower end surfaces of the diagonal rods are internally provided with telescopic chutes, wherein the upper end walls of the telescopic chutes are fixedly provided with telescopic springs which are fixedly connected with the transmission rods; threaded ring fixed on the hollow shaft and in threaded engagement with the annular block, wherein the annular block is provided with the rotating rod at the surface of one end; whereby the torque spring is in a state of compression, and the annular block can move up and down on the threaded ring, and the annular block can drive the triangular blocks to be close to and far away from each other, and the reel and the winder can wind and release the cord at the same time.
4. The decorative LED lamp according to claim 1, wherein the lighting mechanism includes the locating block, and on the lower sides of an upper lamp ring that is mounted on the upper side of the threaded ring, a middle lamp ring is arranged,
wherein a lower lamp ring is under the middle lamp ring, and the lower end surfaces of the upper lamp rings, the middle lamp ring and the lower lamp ring are provided with the limiting rods on one side, and the lower end surface of the upper lamp ring is provided with a circular slot, in which the upper end of said hollow shaft is located, wherein the end wall of one side of the circular slot is fixedly provided with the locating block; a linking block fixed inside the middle lamp ring; a bottom block fixed inside the lower lamp ring; an annular groove arranged on the lower end surface of the upper lamp ring; an upper rotation slot arranged on the upper end surface of the middle lamp ring, wherein the lower end wall of the upper rotation slot is provided with a lower rotation slot, and the upper end surface of the lower lamp ring has a top slot, and the two sides of upper end surface of the base are symmetrically provided with pressure bars, wherein each one of the pressure bars is provided with three of the cross bars on one end, and one end of each of the cross bars on the upper side is provided with a respective one of T shaped rods which are slidably connected with the annular groove, wherein the lower ends of the T-shaped rods are fixedly provided with rotation blocks which are slidably connected with the upper rotation slots, and one end of each of the cross bars in the middle is fixedly provided with a respective one of moving rods which are slidably connected with the lower rotation slot, and the lower ends of the moving rods are fixedly provided with top blocks which are slidably connected with the top slot; whereby the upper lamp ring, the middle lamp ring and the lower lamp ring rotate sequentially at a certain time interval, and the pressure bars are used to support the three lamp rings, and the cross bars can block the rotation of the limiting rods and thus the rotation of the three light rings are blocked.
