DESCRIPTION OF THE EMBODIMENTS [0021] The present invention will be further described in the detailed embodiments below with reference to accompanying drawings. The following embodiments are merely exemplary, but not all the embodiments of the technical solution of the present invention.
[0022] An intelligent hand washing station in accordance with embodiments of the present 30 invention refers to a hand washing station with an automatic water spraying capability, wherein intelligence means that water is automatically sprayed and automatically stopped.
[0023] As shown in FIG. 1, FIG. 2 and FIG. 3, an intelligent hand washing station includes a
2019101355 20 Nov 2019 station body 1 with a water receiving sink 101 and a water sprayer 2 disposed on the station body 1. The water sprayer 2 includes a water output pipe 201 and a faucet 202 communicated with the water outlet pipe 201. The faucet 202 is fixed on the station body 1. A hand dryer 3 for blowing an air flow out is further disposed on the station body 1. The hand dryer 3 is 5 communicated with the faucet 202 through a ventilation pipe 301. A one-way valve 302 for preventing water in the water outlet pipe 201 from entering the hand dryer 3 is disposed in the ventilation pipe 301. The water outlet pipe 201 and the ventilation pipe 301 are communicated with the faucet 202 through a reversing valve 303. A controller 4 for controlling the reversing valve 303 to operate and a sensor 5 for detecting whether there is a need for the faucet 202 to 0 spray water are disposed on the station body 1. The sensor 5 is communicated with the controller 4. The controller 4 controls the reversing valve 303 to operate according to a parameter detected by the sensor 5.
[0024] The hand dryer 3 has a capability of outputting wind power. The hand dryer 3 is of a conventional structure in the prior art and can be commercially available.
[0025] The sensor 5 may be of a structure with a detecting capability, such as a proximity sensor 5. The sensor 5 and the controller 4 are both of a structure in the prior art and can be commercially available. The controller 4 should have a certain logic control capability. For example, the controller 4 should control the water spraying duration of the faucet 202 and the operating duration of the hand dryer 3, that is, after the sensor 5 detects that a user approaches, 0 the controller 4 controls the faucet 202 to spray water. When the water spraying duration is out, the controller 4 controls the reversing valve 303 and the hand dryer 3 to operate for performing a hand drying operation. When the operating duration of the hand dryer 3 is out, the controller 4 controls the hand dryer 3 to stop operating and the reversing valve 303 to reset for preparing for one operation.
[0026] The present invention enables the hand washing station to have capabilities of washing and drying hands, thereby optimizing the performance of the hand washing station. Moreover, the user may be effectively prevented from shaking water stains on the hands off to deteriorate the environment of the washroom.
[0027] In some possible embodiments, the ventilation pipe 301 includes a first horizontal 30 portion, a second horizontal portion, and a curved portion between the first horizontal portion and the second horizontal portion. The first horizontal portion, the second horizontal portion, and the curved portion are of an integrated structure. The curved portion is higher than the first horizontal portion. The one-way valve 302 is positioned within the second horizontal portion. The curved portion is mainly used to prevent the residual water in the faucet 202 from flowing
2019101355 20 Nov 2019 back to the hand dryer 3, so that the performance of the intelligent hand washing station is optimized.
[0028] An accommodating groove 102 for accommodating the ventilation pipe 301 is provided on the station body 1. A drain hole is further provided on the station body 1. The drain 5 hole is communicated with the accommodating groove 102.
[0029] The ventilation pipe 301 may be of an L-shaped structure, that is, the ventilation pipe 301 includes a horizontal portion and a vertical portion. The one-way valve 302 is positioned on the vertical portion to prevent the residual water in the faucet 202 from flowing back to the hand dryer 3.
[0030] The drain hole is mainly used to discharge the accumulated water in the accommodating groove 102, so that the performance of the intelligent hand dryer 3 is optimized.
[0031] In some possible embodiments, a mounting groove for accommodating the reversing valve 303 is provided on the station body 1. The reversing valve 303 is engaged in the mounting 5 groove. A clamping tongue for fixing the reversing valve 303 and having an elastic deformation capability is bonded to a side wall of the mounting groove. A water outlet hole is further provided on the station body 1. The water outlet hole is communicated with the mounting groove. The water outlet hole is mainly used to drain the accumulated water in the mounting groove, so that the performance of the intelligent hand washing station is optimized.
[0032] The hand dryer 3 includes a housing. A fan 304 is disposed within the housing. An electric heater 305 is further disposed within the housing. The fan 304 supplies air to the ventilation pipe 301 through the electric heater 305. A heat radiating fin for increasing the heat radiating efficiency of the electric heater 305 is disposed on the electric heater 305.
[0033] Both the fan 304 and the electric heater 305 are fixed within the housing by screws.
The housing may be fixed on the hand washing station by a screw. The housing may be bonded to the hand washing station. An air inlet hole should be provided on the housing. The air inlet hole supplies air to the fan 304. A filter may be provided within the air inlet hole to filter air, so that the service life of the fan 304 is prolonged.
