Abstract
A liquid heater comprises a kettle body for containing a liquid and a heating unit (1) for heating the liquid in the kettle body. The kettle body mainly comprises a transparent glass inner pot (2) and an outer housing (3) sleeved outside of the inner pot (2), and an air layer (6) is disposed between the inner pot (2) and the outer housing (3). Since the kettle body of the liquid heater adopts a double-layer structure, and the inner pot of the kettle body is made of borosilicate glass which is safe and environmentally friendly, the hidden danger of excessive manganese in the housing is effectively avoided. Moreover, the air layer between the inner pot and the outer housing helps to reduce heat dissipation, so it can not only save energy but also prevent scalds. Figure accompanying the abstract: FIG. 2

TECHNICAL FIELD
The utility model relates to a liquid heater, in particular to an electric kettle, a soybean milk machine and the like.
BACKGROUND
In the prior art, the housing of the liquid heater such as the soybean milk machine is typically made of stainless steel or plastic. The stainless steel housing not only has the hidden danger of excessive manganese after being heated, but also is difficult for the user to observe the heating process in the housing. The plastic housing has problems such as being prone to age and deform, and even precipitation of toxic substances after being heated.
SUMMARY
In order to overcome the above technical problems, the present utility model provides a liquid heater, which is safe and environmentally friendly, and effectively avoids the hidden danger of excessive manganese in the housing.
To achieve the above object, the present utility model provides a liquid heater comprising a kettle body for containing a liquid and a heating unit for heating the liquid in the kettle body. The kettle body mainly comprises a glass inner pot and an outer housing sleeved outside of the inner pot, and an air layer is disposed between the inner pot and the outer housing. Since the kettle body of the liquid heater adopts a double-layer structure, and the inner pot of the kettle body is made of borosilicate glass which is safe and environmentally friendly, the hidden danger of excessive manganese in the housing is effectively avoided. Moreover, the air layer between the inner pot and the outer housing helps to reduce heat dissipation, so it can not only save energy but also prevent scalds.
Further, the kettle body further comprises a base and a stainless steel spout. The inner pot is of a cylindrical structure, and the lower end and the upper end of the inner pot are fixedly connected to the base and the spout respectively by a silicone adhesive.
Further, the heater is a heating plate mounted on the upper part of the base and enclosing the lower end of the inner pot, and the bottom of the base is provided with a bottom cover enclosing the base.

Further, the outer housing is made of transparent plastic. Moreover, a light ring is disposed between the base and the heating unit, and is exposed to the air layer. The cooperation of the transparent outer housing with the glass inner pot and the air layer facilitates the user seeing the cooking process in the kettle body in real time and realizing real-time monitoring. The light ring is illuminated when the liquid heater works, and can be used for decoration and facilitating the user’s real-time monitoring.

The embodiments of the present utility model are described in detail below. The kettle body mainly comprises of a glass inner pot 2, a transparent plastic outer housing 3 sleeved outside of the inner pot 2, a base 4 and a stainless steel spout 5. An air layer 6 is disposed between the inner pot 2 and the outer housing 3. The inner pot 2 is of a cylindrical structure, and the lower end and the upper end of the inner pot 2 are fixedly connected to the base 4 and the spout 5 respectively by a silicone adhesive.

The heating unit 1 is a heating plate mounted on the upper part of the base 4 and enclosing the lower end of the inner pot 2. The bottom of the base 4 is provided with a bottom cover 7 enclosing the base 4.
As shown in FIG. 2, the bottom of the outer housing 3 is provided with an outer housing groove, and the upper part of the outer housing 3 is provided with an outer housing flange. The edge of the base 4 is provided with a base flange to be engaged with the outer housing groove, and the edge of the spout 5 is provided with a spout groove to be engaged with the outer housing flange. A light ring 8 is disposed between the base 4 and the heating unit 1, and the light ring 8 is exposed to the air layer 6.
The kettle body of the liquid heater of the present utility model comprises the glass inner pot 2 and the transparent plastic outer housing 3, and an air layer 6 is further disposed between the glass inner pot 2 and the transparent plastic outer housing 3. The inner pot 2 for containing the liquid is made of borosilicate glass, so the hidden danger of excessive manganese in the housing can be avoided; moreover, the glass is a transparent material, so with the cooperation with the transparent plastic outer housing 3 and the air layer 6, the user can conveniently observe the cooking process inside the kettle body. The air layer 6 is provided to facilitate thermal insulation, so it can not only save energy but also prevent the user from being scalded.
Claims (2)
1. A liquid heater comprising a kettle body for containing a liquid and a heating unit (1) for heating the liquid in the kettle body, characterized in that, the kettle body mainly comprises a transparent glass inner pot (2) and an outer housing (3) sleeved outside of the inner pot (2), and an air layer (6) is disposed between the inner pot (2) and the outer housing (3);
the kettle body further comprises a base (4) and a stainless steel spout (5), the inner pot (2) is of a cylindrical structure, and a lower end and an upper end of the inner pot (2) are fixedly connected to the base (4) and the spout (5) respectively by a silicone adhesive;
the heating unit (1) is a heating plate mounted on an upper part of the base (4) and enclosing the lower end of the inner pot (2), and a bottom of the base (4) is provided with a bottom cover (7) enclosing the base (4);
the outer housing (3) is made of transparent plastic; and a light ring (8) is disposed between the base (4) and the heating unit (1), and is exposed to the air layer (6).

The liquid heater according to claim 1, characterized in that, a bottom of the outer housing (3) is provided with an outer housing groove, an upper part of the outer housing (3) is provided with an outer housing flange, an edge of the base (4) is provided with a base flange to be engaged with the outer housing groove, and an edge of the spout (5) is provided with a spout groove to be engaged with the outer housing flange.
