Description

Newness and distinctiveness reside in the features of the Aluminium extrusion designed to fit Polyester Fabric with silicon edge. Used as a Photography Backdrop. Frame uses aluminium curve sections to create seamless image for photographers. Skin is a printed Polyester Fabric with silicon edge sewn all around. Silicon edge is inserted all around the frame. Polyester Fabric is a Dye Sub print - this means it is colourfast and stainproof. Fabric can be washed after each use and re-used for next Photo Shoot.
Overall dimensions are subject to change due to customer demands.
Aluminium Frame (Easi-Frame):
A special extrusion designed with a groove for silicon edge (that is sewed onto the fabric skin) to be inserted in the frame. The Frame is connected by metal joins and special curved sections that allow the fabric to seamlessly transition from a vertical to horizontal position - these sections are tightened with an Allen Key. A cross section piece sits in the middle for extra support and allows the frame to be free standing if not placed against the wall.
Extrusion cross section size is 35mm x 19mm. It includes a channel to allow 15mm silicon edge. Other channels allow for the corner joins to be inserted.
Frame can be powder coated in colours as required by customers.
Fabric Skin:
The ‘Fabric Skin’ is made of a polyester fabric with a silicon edge all around. The Fabric is machine washable and colourfast. The graphic print is made with Dye sub print.
With the silicon edge stitched around the edges, it allows the user to change the skin with 3-4 mins. This is much quicker/simpler than other methods already on the market.

  1. • Claim 1: Newness and distinctiveness reside in the ‘Curved Extrusion Sections’ that allow the fabric to seamlessly transition from a vertical to horizontal position.
